Worst car wash ever!!! 3rd time this month that the wash isn’t open on time. What’s the point of having a sign that says that you open at 7:00 AM and it’s never open on time??? Also the amount of scratches and chips my car has gotten from this one car wash in particular it’s insane. Definitely cancelling. Don’t you dare bring your car here unless you want to have a chipped and scratched car…. Not to mention, it’s never open when you need to use it!!! Do better….

i spent $22 on their best car wash and the photo attached is my truck bed liner immediately after. the young gentleman helping me gave great customer service, that’s why i’m still giving two stars. but after $22, my windshield still had bug guts, and my truck bed liner still had bird poop.

I always love my car wash, but I'm just a little confused by the messaging. Since I bought the $18 wash I was expecting the small package with the dash wipe, the drying towel, and air freshener. When I pulled up to put my car in neutral I asked the guy working about it, and he stated they were out. No worries. I went inside with my receipt to simply ask for an air freshener, and another worker got the guy I originally asked and relayed my request. The guy I originally asked went into the back, grabbed an air freshener and this blue towel (pictured below). Now I'm fine with receiving what I got, but I just think this specific car wash location needs to be more consistent with what's listed on the website. Also, if you're out that's fine too, but please have an alternative. It may be small, but you're not getting what's advertised and that's misleading to consumers.

I'm not recommended this place .the blower dryer damaged my one of my mirror, and they said the mirror was already damaged when they saw on the video that the mirror was in perfect condition before the car got in .

Probably the worst location. When i tell you the vacuums NEVER work. I just tried 8 of them and they’re on but they have zero suction. As im sitting here, ive counted 10 bays or parking spots. If 8 of the vacuums dont work, you do the math. Mind you, ive had a membership for 6 years and this is the closest location to home. And dont ask the staff. The guy in the Cartier glasses is more concerned about hitting on me than anything else.

Update: to their credit the gate and spinning brush are now working. I still can't tell if the underbody is spraying but I will reach out abt it. Getting run down. Broken gates for weeks. The under carriage wash hasn't worked all winter which is the entire reason I go here. One of the right side spinning brushes hasnt worked for months either. 1 star and cancelling membership until these issues are fixed.

I like MooMoo enough to have joined the monthly car wash program, one of the great things about it is that you can skip the line a bit over the people paying for an individual wash. Not at this location. They have 2 lanes, but keep the express lane closed.

I’m not sure if there was a policy change regarding the members vs the pay as you go lines. I tried to get a wash Monday, it was not very busy and I had 20 minutes to spare, usually way more than enough time to get through. Our line never moved so I left. Today I tried again. Members only had a long line going halfway to Livingston and the pay as you go line was short, only 2 people in front of me. I sat and watched as the entire members line was let through the gate. Still we sat. More members pulled up. They were let through, while the 3 non member cars sat idling. I again left. If this is how it is going to be from now on, I will go somewhere else. It was ridiculous.
