Prices are good, but the quality of the wash was poor. I still had obvious salt stains from snow days. It seemed very rushed.

Do not! I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ and time here. I know they work hard but they don't pay attention to any detail whatsoever; they just want to put your car through the machine and wait for you to pay. It better to pay a few more bucks somewhere else but not here. They don't do anything; their $20 deals is a waste. My car wasn't even dried when I left and the dash wasn't even cleaned even though I paid for it. They only vacuum the front of the car they don't care about the back.

They’re so convenient but they such a bad job that literally the day after getting a wash on Wednesday a guy at the light flagged me to say nice truck, you just need to get a wash 🙃🥹🤭🥴

$26 for a car wash that is dirty. Some of the mechanisms don't work. They barely vacuum your car. I asked for wheel cleaning. One wheel was clean with a brush. The other three were not. When I went through the car wash the right side doesn't seem to be working very well. When it came out they took maybe 30 seconds to wipe the inside of the car. Also, when they wipe the outside of the car they don't change towels from car to car. Just basic stuff they don't do. I've given these guys multiple chances but I think you lost my business. Really stinks too because there's not many car washes in DC. What a waste of money.

Horrible hand car wash. All rushed. not cleaned at all. JUST SPRAY AND DRY. Do not go here. I paid close to $24 but I can pay $15 and get a better job done.

The wash is ok. It's good for getting the majority of snow and salt off your car. The guys who dry your car, well.... could be better, and their towels leave small threads on the finish. The Works wash is $17 + $3 up charge for a small SUV.

Efficient - $14 wash, $3 wheel clean. Got my floor mats washed, could have been better at the dash wipe and rims but I was in and out of there with a light detour to work.

I'm done. I have been going here for years. Not worth the headache. They use to be good...you have to babysit the workers once the car comes out of the wash. My car is still dirty. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to inspect it before leaving. Once I got home, I did and all I could do was shake my head at the dirt left on the car, rims not cleaned and the tires were half shined. Unless you have time to babysit, you're better off going thru a gas station wash.

A Great value for the price. I was in D C for an event & found this car wash close to where I was working. I am a high end car service driver & it is important that my car is clean & presentable when picking up passengers. These fellas definitely helped me do just that. $21 for "The Works" kept my Escalade looking brand new. The staff very friendly & good at what they do.

Honestly, one of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten. My car was still dirty, after they finished. They also somehow broke my mirrors, which automatically fold when the car is locked. They probably didn’t know, but they forcefully closed them so hard that now they don’t fold on lock. My windows were still dirty and hard streaks on them. Something dried up on the front my car, and after the car wash it still remained. Just wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic family owned car wash with an old school personal touch. I have been to newer ones, but never have I been to one where the owner watches to make sure your car is so clean and well cared for!

I used to love them because they hose your mats ! Fast forward to 2026 A waste of time they went down bad over the years. The staff is rude and dismissive all they have to do is wipe and vacuum thy barely want do that ! I used to go once a week before I moved. I don’t know why I came on this side but I’ll never return to this carwash

Not good. My cars wheels, cup holders, arm rest are never really cleaned. They even left the crayon number they put on my wimdow.
