Mike was absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! Our car's backseat was crumb central thanks to the kids, complete with sticky spots and stains. I would 100% recommend Mike with Premere! From the first time I contacted the business, I received top-notch professional treatment. Mike was down to earth, easy to talk with, answered all my questions regarding detailing, and we were able to book my appointment right then and there on the spot (whereas other detailers I contacted needed me to fill out a form before I could even talk with someone…). Mike was equally professional when arriving to do the job. He arrived early, walked me through the process of what we would do to the car and again, answered all my questions. He was very kind and did not make me feel rushed (cars are NOT my area, so I had a lot of questions!). He worked on my car at my home while I was at work, and kept in touch with me throughout the day as to the process. He sent me pictures at the end of the final result and again, made himself available for questions. Overall, highly professional service and treatment of customers! Book Premere now!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Premere Auto Detail. I got some hard water stains on my car from the garage in my apartment building. I called Premere Auto Detail on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out early the next morning to clean my car. Another company was unable to get out all the stains, but Premere was able t get all the water stains out without damaging the paint on my car. I cannot recommend them enough!

Awesome care attention to detail. Explained what needed to be done and why, didn’t try to upsell unnecessarily, spent extra time and attention to ensure a job well done. Scheduling was a breeze - they reached out quickly after I entered my information, and they were responsive and able to determine what services would be most needed based on our car and what it had been through (check out the before and after of our trunk where a 5-gallon tank of hot chocolate spilled a while back). Doesn’t hurt that they come to you, either! Knocked it all out right in our underground parking garage; well equipped to work wherever your car is parked. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I highly recommend this company. Mike is the best! He is very professional yet down to earth at the same time. Always does timely, effective, and quality work for my 2020 Honda Civic sport (red) car. Mike takes his time as though my car were his own! I appreciate how easy it is to schedule with him and how timely the company is. Plus, the perk of being mobile puts them above the rest! Mike is always on time and will make you feel like you are a friend! He takes the time to explain what is happening with my car paint / surface and describes all options in detail. I have never felt like he was trying to upsell me (in fact, it might be the opposite!). Mike is so trustworthy, I often want MORE services than a Honda needs :) Further, he takes the time to explain to me about car paint / scratches and solutions to address them…so I feel that I get an education each time! Mike never looks down on me or makes me feel stupid for being “that girl” that is picky about her car:) Support this company!! They are worth it!

Never having done any detailing on a car, I really depended on Yelpers to help me choose Premere. Mike was professional on the phone and promptly scheduled me for an at home appointment. Details were confirmed in advance and communication was good on the day of the service. Detailing was A++++++! I had just bought this car from a neighbor and wanted to make it my own, start off super clean and remove the dirt and pet smells from the previous owner, and boy did Mike deliver. The car was absolutely pristine inside and out! My 2011 car feels brand new. Mike was such a great person to work with. Great experience, will be booking with Premere again, no doubt about it.

As someone who is an avid car enthusiast, I honestly believe that clean cars drive better. Mike from Premere came to my home two weeks ago and spent hours working on my car (black 2013 Porsche Boxster), paying attention to every detail. My white car was covered in stains from an oak tree that dumped its leaves during a week of rain. Mike took on the challenge and not only successfully removed the stains, he buffed out some unsightly scuffs and kept me at a very reasonable price. All this and I didn’t have to drive anywhere or disrupt my work schedule because he came right to me. Mike communicated throughout and was simply a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Wow where should I start?? Mike was an absolute gem! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He did an amazing job with my car! Hasn’t looked this clean since I got it.
