UPDATE 4-5-2025 The owner requested that I "reach out to them directly" but did not provide a method for contact. SMH. I lowered the two star to one star! I DO NOT recommend this car wash. The $17 car wash is really the $10 car wash. Just pay the $10 if you go there. You car will still be dirty even if you pre-wash it with their big solution. You’re better off paying $2 more and going to Tommy’s. You get what you pay for!

I recently visited ModWash in Dover, DE, and I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed. After getting my car washed, I noticed multiple scratches all over my brand new vehicle. I went to speak with the associate/managers about the damage, but they were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all. It felt like they were more concerned about the $28 I spent on the wash than the condition of my car being damage that they caused at their car wash. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service. I expected better care for my vehicle and a more responsible approach to handling customer concerns. I got a call later in the week saying that they can’t do anything for my vehicle and they believed that the scratches were there before which was completely false information, which I had pictures of me buying the car and shows the complete opposite after coming out of their tunnel and car wash. I won’t be returning and I would highly recommend using another company for ur car washes needs/services in the near future very disappointing. if i could give this place a 0 on google I would.

These people at Mod Wash deserve all the stars. They are always so polite, they are standing out there in all the weather, no matter what, and always there to help. Today it was 20 degrees out, and I needed a wash to get the salt and ice off my car. Not only did I get a great wash like always, but Chris came out and knocked all the leftover ice off my car. The really are the best wash service around.

I’ve been to other car washes and they do not push your mirrors in for you but the wonderful employees at mod wash do just that! Highly recommend if you want quality clean for a decent price. I typically wash my vehicles myself, but with -4° wind chill I was looking for a car wash that could get all of the road salt off of my truck. ModWash not only left the truck looking great, but the staff was super nice and very helpful. If I can't wash my vehicle myself this is the the place I'm going. AND... they supply microfiber towels at the vacuum stations.

Came here to finish cleaning my car after the car wash racetracks vacuum wasn't working. The workers are very happy and outgoing and the automatic car was did a great job. The dryer blowers were honestly the best I've ever seen and didn't have streaks on the windows. Best part free vacuum that stays on so you don't have to rush before it shuts off and they let you use their microfiber cloth and glass cleaner. I never write reviews on Google, but had to let others know how great they are since this area only has a few options

Place is a SCAM. Paid for the top service and got the lowest, completely missed the back and side panels. The woman who was working had long black hair and long pink acrylic nails and I went in around 3pm on Sunday, they won’t call or email back and certainly no refund.

We moved from Chattanooga (HQ of Mod I believe) a few years ago and I was thrilled to see a location here! Loved them there and the same quality and pricing structure here in Dover. Other places charge for rags, but Mod does not. The equipment always work and who else gives free air fresheners away at each visit?!?! Nobody!
