My car has never been so clean! Having just come back from 2 weeks at the beach (including all the sand and salt hurricane-force winds blew into every crack and crevice), my car needed a good cleaning. I bought the most expensive option for only $16. No more bugs smashed on the windshield. No more sand down in the edges of the rubber seal around the windshield. The tires look great and the paint on my 15 year old Scion xB is gleaming. I will definitely drive across town again just for a car wash ... And probably some fancy coffee from the place up the street.

Super great experience. All the staff were friendly and polite. I got the lowest car wash. It was super easy and in a convenient spot. Brian was super helpful and knowledgeable about the wash and different washes. I definitely have to go back and become a member! Eveyone go try this place out!

Worst car wash ever. It's the most I've ever paid for a wash and the only car wash to ever scratch up my car. Usually I go to the older small car washes and have never had a problem. I took my new car here and now there are scratches all over my door. I'm very disappointed.

5 stars down,my car looked worse after taking it through the self service wash then it did before I took it through this rip off of service machine. The brush did nothing but smear dirt on my car, I will not be back.

Been there multiple times. Has yet to get my car clean. Not once. Its close to my house and supposedly 24 hrs (is not. Opens at 6) so I have tried hard to like it, Not only does it not clean your car, last time I went it didnt even wash all the soap off. I have a white car and there was blue crap all over it. So I had to leave that wash and go directly to get an actual one. If you get the expensive wash you get 1 free token to vaccuum your whole car lol. I take mine home to.vaccuum. Not at all worth the money.

I used the dog wash today and left my debt card by accident. I called and left a message as prompted when I realized I had misplaced my card. As soon as I hung up, I received a call from my bank stating that an employee at Mister Gs car wash had called & reported a card found in the dog wash area of the business. No money was taken. I picked by card up and Sam greeted me with a very warm smile. It’s good to know there are still good people in the world. Thank you Sam! Also, I LOVE the dog wash. Although my dog is still upset with me

Meh…it’s fine and if it were less expensive it would be great. Problem is that for the price, many of the other car wash options are much nicer with better perks. The vacuum area is sad and inconveniently placed. There are also no drying rags or sprays that the other car wash we go to offers for the same price. It did the job but I won’t go back.

Facility is fine, employees are rude. Dude barked at me, unprovoked, that I could not come back unless I cleaned off the leaves and debris off the stall wall from where I was WASHING MY CAR, at get this, a CAR WASH. Sorry you hate your job bro, but that's a you problem not mine. I cleaned off the wall, which I would have done anyway. But don't worry bro, I won't be back anyway.

It’s hard to find a good car wash but this place is it! They have a touchless, soft touch and self-wash options. There’s an early bird special on the washes and vacuums that saves you $2 on automatic washes 6-9am. The vacuums work great and are pretty cheap. The basic wash is $8 and you get to decide if you want vacuums when you purchase a wash. The vacuums are also free with an automatic car wash purchase on Wednesdays. They even have a dog wash station that I really want to try soon! I will definitely be returning. A++

Love the wash so much but the dry sucks. Need a better dryer this is with most car washes. Need a better dryer that completely dries the car. My car is always still soaked in water. Not bubbles so that’s a plus but water spots.

these are pictures after my “car wash” there’s still bird shit everywhere :( i should’ve just saved my $20 and waited for it to rain bc that would’ve had the same effect. 2 stars because it was fast (obviously) and got the dust off. definitely won’t be back here

The owner is too cheap to have an attendant on duty during open hours. But you have to see the attendant in order to get your car wash if you join the membership. Don’t fall for their bait and switch!

They had a special for $15 unlimited wash so I got that never used but the 1st time . Then it was 39 each month after I called them the day before I was supposed to be charged for the next month and the day of the charge,talk to a guy that said he would cancel it and refund my money. Then later on that day I get a text saying they can't refund me .then I tell them I already been told they would and they text me back saying they could refund me but I would have to drive there and I told them I live 2 hours there and 2 hours back because I do not live in louisville.i was up there on work.now can't get an answer I have been using them off and on for a few years when I'm by 1 .but unless I get credited back my money for something that I never used no one was there when I got the plan never got nothing so could use more .and the 1 wash I did receive the first month.my 9 year old even said it didn't clean it car good at all and got the best wash plan they had .thank u please fix this for me so don't lose a customer of a few years for $39 you can clearly receive I never received one wash because y'all never gave me nothing to use the washes I was charged on my credit card ty

If I could give a zero stars I would. Customer service is so important. They provided zero. I was charged twice on my cards cause of their card reader reading “failure”. After a few attempts it finally accepted but on both cards. You can’t get a hold of anyone at their number when calling & leaving voicemail, No answer back via text. I should have gotten a refund on 1 of my cards, but instead was charged 30 dollars for 1 car wash. I believe they use those situations to rip people off. I been going here for years. I’m probably going to find a different place. They don’t care about the people who contribute to their business.

Put my car through the automatic touchless wash - got the $20 wash. Unimpressed with the results... Car is still dusty/grimy in multiple spots. I've used the self-service bays here and they're fine....but the automatic bays don't cut it - they're fancy but don't get the job done.
