The only one with full service so I decided to try it out. It was definitely mediocre services. I was shocked because the guy asked me for a review like he was confident they did a phenomenal job. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed my backseat floors weren’t cleaned properly and my quarter in my holder was missing. 🥴

This is the closest one to my house that does interior. Staff is friendly and they usually do a good job on the interior but sometimes it’s not as detailed though. Bathrooms and location is definitely clean. 👍🏼

Everyone’s super nice. Waiting area and restrooms are always clean. I really should do their member service but am always afraid I won’t come as much to make it worthwhile but I always seem to. Only suggestion is they find a way to spray off rubber floor mats (like WeatherTech) instead of just vacuuming them.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Mr. Car Wash. Their wash tunnel malfunctioned and caused damage to my truck, and unfortunately they’re refusing to take responsibility for it. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time — I’ve personally witnessed the same malfunction happen on at least three different occasions. A business that handles vehicles every day should have reliable equipment and a responsible approach when something goes wrong. Instead, I was left to deal with the damage on my own. I hope management steps up, fixes the ongoing issue with the tunnel, and starts taking customer claims seriously. Until then, I cannot recommend this location.

Had my Family SUV jeep washed. 1. The minimum is $27 and it goes up from there. 2. They have full service 3. Can due oil changes 4. have inside to allow you to wait for vehicle. Overall it was a 2 star. Sales rep went right away for the over $45 sale. No explanation until I asked. Said they will take care of my car. I got the min $27 which was vacuum, wash n dry. Vacuum very quick still left lil things behind. Wash was good but drying it was horrible, left soap on the top of my car n hood and dried up. Needs to work on better service especially if you are charging $27.

This location IS THE WORST IN EL PASO,TX. The staff is rude and lazy, all that the female staff does is laugh and play around and ignore the customers as they enter. Yesterday There was a vehicle Infront of us who was honking to receive help, and the girls literally ignore them. So I started honking as well so they can go help this person as he was holding the line. Today of course, everyone playing around, the inside facility was extremely dirty! Owner/Manager you need fire your staff, they are setting a bad image for your facility.

Don't waste your money on an interior clean. (Exterior is well done) They had to vacuum twice and there were still lots of crumbs in almost all the little cubby hole places in the doors and consoles. Also still lots of dust still on the dashboard. Should only be one star since I had to finish cleaning the inside up myself. but adding one for them being courteous and friendly.

This location sucks I’ll have a member ship and pay for the top package and they don’t offer free vacuums they want you to pay for an interior cleaning. Which is a scam because I pay for the top membership which is included in the membership I’m very unsatisfied with the service mister and the works was rude as all too at this location. I wish I could give it - starts I would I wouldn’t go to this location at all and waste yall money

If you have any doubt if this is the primer location for washing your car trust me when I say it truly is. The waiting lobby is always clean and the customer service is great. The price for regular car washes are very comparable.

I went in for a Platinum & Interior Clean and the employees handled everything, I just handed them my keys! They dusted the dashboard, made sure the floors were vacuumed and even threw the trash from inside my car. Plus, my car smelled like Cherries - highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Mister Car Wash needs to address serious consistency issues at the Cielo Vista and Mesa (close to Sunland) locations. I hold the same membership for two vehicles, a Tacoma and a Jetta. Depending on the day or who happens to be working, I am charged either $15 or $20 for the interior on either car. I’ve been given different explanations each time, ranging from “membership differences” to “vehicle size,” but none of it holds up. Same cars. Same membership. Different prices. Quality control is also uneven. One location can be detailed and attentive. The other leaves windows streaked and interiors unfinished. I have gone to both locations on the same day and had the same experience. Members of my family have as well. Same pattern. I want to trust a company I pay every month, but the pricing inconsistency and variable quality make the experience feel unreliable at best and shady at worst. Mister Car Wash can do better. Standardize pricing. Train teams to deliver the same level of service. Customers should know what they are paying for and what result to expect.

I’ve always had a great experience @ Misters. I live in horizon but always make the extra trip to come to the location off Hawkins. They always pay attention to detail & they have a very exceptional customer service & staff. I have 4 vehicles with misters carwash & if I’m being honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This is the reason I canceled my membership. This is the second time they have left my car this way. I'm not expecting a car detail but at least a good vacuum and wipe down. I always tip 10 to 20 also, so this bugs me even more. I think this sealed the deal for me. I'm done with Mister.
