I enjoy the benefit of the Unlimited membership with Mister Car Wash because you can go wash your vehicle as many times as you want. And having multiple locations in El Paso Txs makes it ecen better. I higly recomend visiting this bussiness and if you are staying localy in El Paso tx take advantage of the Unlimited wash membership.

They talked me into the upgrade due to my car being so dirty so it did. And still came out very dirty also only power washed one side had to remind him to do the other side and they missed the back all together!!!

They only washed the driver side, the passenger side was not touched, for some reason the brushes did not touch my truck, I asked for the top brushes not to touch but I guess they decided to do the passenger side as well, not cleaned at all.

Thank you, Mister Car Wash, located on Montana next to the Planet Fitness to be precise for a less than acceptable visit. The employee attitude (Manager) on my visit June 12th at 9am was pathetic and inexcusable. Having driven up to pay for a simple wash, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted an upgrade after which I sternly said no thank you. I know the wash I wanted and wasn't asking for anything else dry cloths, etc. To boot I was asked if I was going to leave a tip - a tip would've been warranted to a courteous and polite employee and NOT to a manager who didn't appear he wanted to be there to being with. After the wash, I used the vacuum and blower to finish off the drying of my vehicle. To my surprise, they were barely functional and not worth the aggravation of using them. I notified the manager who went to inspect, tapped the hoses and engaged the air hose all while mouthing off under his breath something I couldn't understand. I expected better but got attitude and behavior that is comparable to a disgruntled and useless employee (manager). I CANNOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE MONTANA AVENUE MISTER CAR WASH. Suggestion based on visit: All other Mister Car Wash locations are fantastic and do not offer pathetic employee attitudes that are detrimental to the company such as this location did. All other locations will remedy mechanical issues that are provided when you pay what you asked for. If you don't mind paying for equipment that is NOT functional then this is your location. If you don't mind the bad attitude this location has to offer then this is your location. Aside from that, try the other locations as they're fantastic!

My comments are not specific to this location. Your competitors are open at 7:00 am. I am at the Westown location. Staff is already on site after 7;00 am cleaning the parking lot. Customers are driving in and out because the cones are still in place not allowing anyone access to the car wash. If you already have staffs, open up the place. Otherwise in a matter of time you will loose customers because there are now options.

Assistant Manager Destiny was incredibly rude. We have a membership, so the entry gate flaps open automatically when the car approaches. Ours rarely opens on its own, so we usually have to inch forward a bit to trigger it. This time it didn’t open, so Destiny came over and lifted it. As she did, the flap came off, nothing major, it just pops back in since it’s basically a flag. Instead of apologizing, she told us to roll down our window and said, “Next time don’t damage our property.” We explained we didn’t damage anything and that we always have to inch forward, but she repeated that line several times and even said she was making a note on our vehicle. She told us that if it happens again, she’ll cancel our membership. We explained we’ve been loyal customers for years, and that 5 other family members also have memberships here. Her response: “No problem, we’ll cancel them too.” Afterward, we spoke to the actual manager, who was very kind and understanding. Props to him for handling the situation professionally. As for the assistant manager her rudeness was completely unprofessional.

Their new locations are better than their then they're old locations, maybe they should put more canopies where they block the Sun, or it won't be so hot during the day, right? We can draw our cars easier. He would help for hot climate weather they should put more shade

My first time to a Mister Car Wash 2 days ago. I was just going to get a basic car wash but Nick was very helpful and informative and had great customer service. So I got the promotion membership they had going on. After going through the car wash, there is a section you can park and vacuum your car. They also have a mat place holder so you can vacuum your mats easier. They had two different types of vacuums which I thought was convenient. Over all it was a great first experience.

I usually use the Misters on the Westside, I was staying close to this location so I decided to wash my car. I am not sure if they do not pay close attention😬😬 to their machines or if the company does not care about the quality of their washes😬😬 to the vehicles going in and out. I had to detail my car after I washed it, since the back part of my vehicle was covered in soap. Had to detail my tires too, since the product they used on the tires was just slimey and running down the tires😐... some of the vacuum cleaners were missing on the stations and I had to wait about 10 minutes to get mine back from the car next to me using it. 😶 This location also has a limited amount of vacuum cleaners, a lot of cars being washed and not enough stations to dry your car or vacuum it... Do not recommend this location at all, I pay my dues to get my car washed not to do all the work after it's not properly washed....🫣

Terrible. I’m not sure if it’s this specific location, the technician working the machines, or what it was but I had to go through the wash FOUR times before I got a somewhat decent wash. Every time, they reassured me it would be better but after the fourth time I gave up and just left. As much as I pay per month I expected better service at the very least. Picture posted to see what it looked like EVERY time I came out of there. I won’t be visiting this location again.

Entering the car wash the guy told me that i should be careful and not to have any mud on my truck to be aware for next time and he had to use the power spray to remove it to avoid getting the machine dirty.. Then why do i pay for a regular carwash service subscription. The moment is too dirty what will you be denying service?? Like if you cleaned the equipment regularly. Another location the windshield rag is always leaving smears
