Worst manager ever.. her name is ironically Karen - she canceled my membership after a small in person dispute.. I had left if alone.. went to another location a week later as normal and I was told that my membership had been canceled.. I had been a member since they opened the Vista Del Sol location (5+ years) just to get my membership revoked by this so called manager.. without speaking to me.. she just took it upon herself.. I will be taking this to corporate.. very disappointed

Brushes will scuff up your vehicle and dry cycle leaves water on back windows and bumper. They used to have two people quick drying left over streaks, but cut down to save money I guess.

Price is okay but there could be improvements. The biggest issue was getting a flat tire trying to access the establishment because neither the car wash or mcdonalds want to take responsibility in covering up a huge 3 foot pot hole. Its hard because mister car wash forces you to practically go over the pot hole if you want to access the entrance but McDonald’s has like 2 other entrances so in reality the ones suffering more from this are the reliable customers for the car wash. Other than that its very nice and not always packed.

Great car wash! The staff was helpful in getting me set up with my membership. The building is clean and the equipment seems to be well taken car of. So far, it has done an excellent job in keeping my truck clean and protected. It's convenient, fast, and works well. The unlimited wash titanium plan was much needed, especially with the intense sun and dust storms we get here in West Texas.

Mister Car Wash peeled my passenger side rear bumper back. Its plastic so i was able to attach it back in llace but now its got a tear and a dent. When they reviewed their tapes, they said there was space where that section wasnt flush and thats why it caught. If you look at most if not all tahoes/suburbans from that generation, its normal wear and tear. Having it peeled back is not normal, that should not be expected. Tbey didnt deny their machine did it, they just denied liability. They know if you're using their carwash, you're not gonna hire a lawyer to fight them.
