I love this car wash location! They do everything right, spraying tons of soap that completely covers my windshield, so I can’t see what’s in front of me. Every Mister Car Wash should match the effort this place puts in. Not only do they use plenty of soap, but the orange hot wax completely coats my vehicle.

Paid $14 for a basic plus wash that couldn’t even remove water marks from my truck - Service was okay. Though I don’t know why they need someone to walk me through how to buy a car wash. Vacuums were on point and the only reason I gave this two stars

My vehicle was scratched by their equipment, and they refused to acknowledge the damage. The damage was bilateral to the trunk and spoiler. I had been a member for at least 5 years and cancelled my membership. Their staff is great but the equipment is terrible at THIS LOCATION!

I would NOT recommend this place! Took my black Toyota Camry there a few weeks back and now I have horrible swirls in the paint on the the entire car! I tried to call but kept getting an answering machine, I'm sure they have some BS fine print that would preclude them from paying for the damages ($400-600 to get the paint corrected), but they should at least keep their equipment clean so it doesn't ruin a car's paint job! Will never use this place again. :(

Came in for a car wash, ended up realizing I lost my keys when I finished and got home. Luckily I managed to get back to this Car Wash and with the help of Desiree, we were able to find my keys as I had accidentally threw them in the trash. Desiree took the time out of her day to help me by going through camera footage and digging through the trash to finally find them! I’ve been going to this car wash for a few years now and this just solidifies my opinion that this specific station is the best in the northeast.

Most of the time, Mister Car Wash has been exceptional. Only issue I've had as of late is working vacuums. I've visited a few times in the past month or two whereupon vacuums aren't working very well. Outside of that, been pleased with their professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness. Waving to customers prior to entering is a great touch

I absolutely adored the treatment and the relaxation it gives when you get the wash. I personally have a membership and I love it. The workers that stood out to me were Ana and Paulina and the girl in the back who's name I couldn't catch. They were amazing and assisted all of my needs. I will go back to that store for their positive conversations and great washes.

I want to start off by saying that Keshon was an absolute sweetheart. If I was basing my score on my interaction with him alone, it would be a perfect score. He was very polite and professional. However, there was issues with me running my vehicle through the wash using the membership. The last time I came through there was no issues running my wash. In fact, they signed me up for the membership. But this first and only time that I tried using the membership there was an issue with my vehicle and the status of my hood. While I understand it is a liability thing, there was no problem taking my money when I signed up for the membership initially. They did give me a full refund so I appreciate that.

Yes! I appreciate mister car wash performance of cleaning my truck. The operator took the time to wash and clean the steps on the side of my truck. That was first time ever the operator took the time to ensure the dirt was removed from the side steps. Thanks Mister for taking care of the small things, but they are important things.
