I just wanted to give some very much needed praise after a full year me coming to this 📍 location, man these ladies and gentlemen are the most hardworking professionals I have ever encountered when visiting a full service carwash no matter the climate they defenitley give it there all and always pay attention to detail I have personally 2 memberships of my own. There are multiple full-service misters around in close vicinity but there is none that compares to this family here In other words they don't play around🫡. N.Mesa at DeLeon locación is the best!!! Staff is very friendly. Today I had lots of bugs and critters and the attendant went above and beyond and sprayed down the front of my car and windshield!

I was very disappointed in the service the last two times and again today. Maybe I'm expecting too much for $47 and a $5 tip for literally 4 mins of work after the initial wash. But there is a serious lack in the quality of cleaning. It wasn't busy today and there were 3 guys. Probably not going back.

I just left the car wash. I paid to get the inside clean. I will be posting a picture underneath the driver's seat. It wasn't vacuumed. Very disappointed. Really bad job.

Very nice people, answered whatever questions I had and from the outside the car looks clean. However, I paid the $32 (plus tip) dollar plan that included dusting and general grime cleaning, and there's still plenty of dirt+grime on the interior part of my car that is easily removable if you touch it. For the price I paid I did expected things like that to be removed since they were so superficial. They also do not remove stains any longer but I was not aware of that. Its an alright place but the price is a bit steep to miss things like the grime cleaning.

Highly don’t recommend this location. Went in today for a car wash after driving back to town. I paid for the basic car wash but after it was done the windshield and the front of the truck was still covered with bugs. I spoke to the manager who started by recommending the most expensive service they got and the monthly contract but the funny part is that he said that it is still not guaranteed that it will clean the bugs lol. Just go somewhere else

I've been coming here for awhile for my car washes, yesterday I went to have my interior cleaned, paid for it plus tip and they barely spent 5 mins in my car, when they called me to my car the lady said oops I forgot to vacuum this side and vacuumed the driver side for 30 seconds. Me and my husband are driving to our honeymoon in a dusty car we paid for to have cleaned and it wasn't. Next time we will take it to a do it yourself vacuum, we could do a better job ourselves for a few quarters. I have pictures of the very bad job they did but the site won't let me post the pics...hmm wonder why you can't upload pics now...

If you use Master Car Wash stop immediately. I canceled my subscription back in January, and found out a couple days ago that they've been taking the membership money out of my account every month since. I checked on the website and my account still shows that it's closed since january. I called them and was able to determine that apparently a second account was opened attached to that credit card and is being actively used by someone who goes through the car wash frequently. But Mister Car Wash refused to refund me or give me information on the second account or do anything except just cancel my credit card connected to the account. So now I have to contact my bank and possibly file a police report in order to get anything back. So again stop using Mister Car Wash, and spread this around to protect others you know.

This is the only place nearby that washes inside and outside without calling it a “detail” which is wild to me. So I continue to come here. Everytime I do I have the same lady up front checking in my car. Her name is Karame I believe. Every time I ask her a question she looks at me like I’m stupid! She doesn’t explain anything and waves the price list in my face to figure it out myself. Last time I thought it was just a bad day for her, but it seems like every time I come she has poor customer service. Maybe she should be put in the actual car washing section rather than the face of the business. It’s not a very warm welcoming. The guys that are drying my car are so nice. Ones name is Adrielle and he was so helpful and professional. Everyone should follow his example. It’s so important for your staff to be kind. Other than that, I’m very surprised that the prices are so high in El Paso what costs me $40 here only costed me $25 in Los Angeles!

I stopped my membership to the carwash because going through their wash pulled the 3 exterior panels off my vehicle. I had to go to Hyundai to get them replaced. I haven't been in a while since that incident and figured I can get an exterior and interior done. I forgot how expensive it is without the membership price, but still wanted my interior done so expected it to ve $50 worth of cleaning. I had to asked the personnel to wipe my seats down again because they weren't done and they spilled the cleaning liquid onto my mats in the second row. 3rd row still had flamming hot cheetos that were not vacuumed up. For $50 I feel it could have been better. More car washes are being built. Might have to try another one.
