The staff is very friendly and helpful. LaAngie always says hi to my grandkids very kind and caring. She's not just a worker she cares for your vehicle and you as her own. She takes her job very serious. And always with a true smile on her face. You can honestly say shes there to personally help you for you not just for her job.

The young gentleman who helped me was super! My drive-thru decal has never worked. He removed the old one, cleaned the windshield, installed a new one, and now it works!! No one had ever offered any assistance in getting this issue corrected before today. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, but he’s a great asset to Mister Car Wash.

Update.... Not sure if I'll ever run my car in a carwash again. However They did make it right and referred my vehicle to get repaired. All damages paid, thanks to the repair shop my car looks good as new! ****************** UPDATE 6/19/24. I went to this place at least once a month. Went yesterday to get a basic wash like I always do and this happens,while on their belt going through the wash I heard popping sounds but could not see anything once out I realized their machines ripped the side panel of my SUV. JOSH, the manager on site, was very helpful. He helped me get it to a drivable condition and even refunded my money... however, the machines damaged my vehicle. I was told I'd get a call from the GM (George) after they look at the cameras and see what happened. It's been 24+ hours, and I've not heard from anyone. I don't want this to become a legal issue. Just pay for my car to get repaired. ** I will update this post as things change. ***UPDATE DAY 6 I got a call 3 business days later, and they sent me to an auto shop for an estimate on the repairs...... (My error in failure to report, they did send a claim report. It was in my junkmail ) Stay tuned. So far, I am satisfied with the process.

OMG...I have found the supreme place for the best experience in a car wash place. The cleanest my car has looked in a long time. After the wash you go around the corner and vacuum your interior and they have a place where you can hang/snap your floor mats up to wash/spray/vacuum them. Our son pays for the unlimited washes per month for $25. What a deal! The staff are friendly and the manager came around yo the vacuum area to check on everyone if anyone needed anything. Great customer service 👍

It's great to have a membership with Mister car wash. Just drive in and get your wash! Do your own free vacuuming on the side of the car wash. Just pay automatically once a month. They will help you sign up at the entrance gate.

Came through for the first time to get my boyfriend’s car washed and we came out and it looks just as dirty as when we entered. I’m not quite sure what we paid for and why it looks so bad even AFTER getting the carwash. I will say the free vacuums were nice but I wouldn’t get my car washed here again.
