, the older latino lady is vey rude and she feels like she own the place herself also her manager same as her the latino short guy i tried to get a new sticker because i changed my windshield and she stopped me like 12 minutes after she talked to he manger they refused to get me a new one , same thing happened to my friend two weeks ago , the stuff need to be learned how to be nice to people and polite from the manager to the employees i tried all mister car wash locations in Houston most of them are so nice and polite stuff those stuff need to have a meeting immediately to improve their bad behavior thanks other are cool my issue is the stuff

I don't recommend this place. Yesterday I took my van to be washed, paid $50, and they didn't clean the windows or the windshield. The wash was very poor. I used to have a membership there, but I canceled it, and after canceling, they continued to charge me for a whole year. When I called, they said they couldn't refund the money but would give me a year of service. But when I went there, they told me I didn't have anything and that I had to pay for the service. So I called again, and a racist man answered and told me he was going to close my case, that they wouldn't give me any credit, and that I shouldn't call again. These kinds of places should be investigated by inspectors.

Love this location! One of the rollers always seems to fold my mirror back on the passenger side of my car and pops my gas cap open. Oh it's still like to see the piece of equipment that the one on Washington avenue in Houston Texas has that beats the car mats clean instead of vacuuming

The GM (Francisco) was very hospitable and kind on 9/26/25. I’m a long time member and I have went to different Mister Car Wash locations. This particular time I had an issue with my card on file, it was totally my problem; however, Francisco could have had me back out of line. He could have had me come back once the issue had been resolved but he allowed me to go through and told me to come back when I worked it all out. I wanted to say thank you to Francisco for his commitment to service and his ability to see past the issue and not have me be embarrassed. The Bellaire location is always clean and the associates are always friendly. Kudos to a great GM.

Avoid this location — damaged my black SUV. I visited this Mister Car Wash on January 11, 2026 and signed up for a Platinum Unlimited membership. After the wash, I discovered extensive swirl marks and scratches across the front and right side of my black full-size SUV. The damage is very obvious in sunlight. In addition, multiple Platinum services were not performed, including Tire Shine and Wheel Polish. The equipment actually left messy residue on my wheels, which I had to clean myself at home. This location claims to have “upgraded equipment,” but based on the results, the brushes are either dirty or improperly maintained, causing paint damage. This is unacceptable for a paid Platinum service. I will be canceling my membership and pursuing a refund. Black vehicle owners should be especially cautious.

Nice location, friendly staff. I'm disappointed with Mr carwash in general that they discontinued their dryer rags when other chains offer it for a similar $20/month premium in the membership. Cars always come out with dripping water from rear view mirrors down the sided, back us almost never clean on an suv, but my sedan gets a better wash for some reason. Vacuums are week but everything was working and neat looking, so can't really complain.

Now what I’m really enjoying are your guys towels $1.00 I’m looking forward for that to stay I always carry towels to clean my car but there’s times where I have forgotten to put more towels and for $1.00 I don’t mind purchasing towels I don’t have to worry if I left mines at home.
