I recently visited this branch, but unfortunately, my car came out covered in water spots. I have visited this carwash multiple times, and every time, the spot-free rinse has failed to deliver. While I understand that no carwash is perfect, it's unacceptable that this issue has not been addressed or resolved. It's clear that the carwash machine is not functioning properly, and it's disappointing that the management has not taken any steps to fix it. Overall, I cannot recommend this carwash to anyone looking for a reliable spot-free rinse. The machine clearly needs to be fixed, and until the management takes action to address this issue, customers will continue to be left with unsatisfactory results. It's essential for businesses to take responsibility for their services and equipment and ensure that they are functioning properly. Unfortunately, this carwash has failed to meet these expectations.

********UPDATE 3 months later *****************i had to sell my vehicle at a $13,000 loss, my wife and i recently had a daughter and having 2 cars would have been a big plus, how can mister car wash make money in our neighborhood and not be fair and only take from our community i really expected MISTER CAR WASH to do something to compensate me other than offer 6 months free carwashes*** UPDATE **** ABOUT 5 weeks later i’ve been out of a vehicle this entire time they denied my claim after initially accepting fault they sent me to get an estimate once the realized the extent of the damage they said they wouldn’t pay 100% of the damages and would only pay for $5000 after approval from “higher up” i agreed and was told i would be contacted to figure out the next steps, I I received a call the following Tuesday from the manager tell me that they were going to not except for for anything, and then continue to offer me six months free membership. They have since repaired the damaged concrete bumper and rebar. IM A DISABLED VETERAN INJURED IN COMBAT , i’ve worked hard my whole life to have the small amount that i have my vehicle suffered catastrophic damage because the multiple employees you have walking around all day didn’t check the parking lot to see that the concrete bumper with 4 inches of rebar hanging out of the top of the concrete bumper, how can a place like this leave me out to dry like this , i received a call yesterday returned it in less than 5 minutes i had to get the news from an employee with no details except my claim was denied . the manager comes in for a day or 2 and then isn’t available . i know this isn’t a big deal to you mister car wash but this is my life.

Very clean, BUT ... my recently purchased car now really shines - I can even see very clearly a couple of very small dents that were previously imperceptible. Inspection while admiring the super shine revealed brand new gouges on the passenger mirror and a pushed in side panel each appearing after the ~$25 wash. These oddities prompted me to recall hearing (and feeling) unusual and disturbing rumbles that rocked my car. Hmmm. Not certain yet if I will be a repeat customer. Glad that I did not purchase their monthly unlimited wash option

She made sure everything ran smoothly and I noticed how well she coordinated the team to keep wait times short and service quality high. It’s not often you see a manager who is so hands-on, attentive, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Car was still wet after the dryers, leaving water spots all over my windshield. Also, I hate how someone is there at the kiosk pushing buttons for me and then asking for a tip. I can push the buttons on my own and it’s really awkward to decline a tip in front of someone. Why do you even have people there? Let them stand to the side and be called only when needed, not to just push buttons and then asking for a tip.

The location is so convenient for me and the staff handle the multiple vehicles coming in with little to no problem. We all seem to get through and have our vehicles washed. The vacuums they supply are always in good condition.

Would not recommend this place. Not only was my car still dirty after using their wash, but the machine scratched the roof and trunk area of my car. I reached out to try to get the problem fixed, and they had very bad & disappointing customer service. After multiple attempts and over a week, the local manager finally replied, but he was not cooperative and stopped responding without reaching a resolution. I’ve attached photos to show a portion of the scratches on the roof of my car as well as a photo of how dirty my tires were even after paying for the wheel upgrade.

Machine hit drivers door multiple times with loud bang sounds. Multiple scratches were left on the drivers door. Sadly, the incident claim was dismissed and Mister Car Wash refused to release video footages. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Paid the most for their best, the arm lifted and 5 cars from the membership lane pushed ahead of me making me wait, no way to tell if i got what ever it was i paid extra for, how could it know which car was mine? Some of the brushes in the machine barely touched, they seemed scared of my car, car came out dirty I Went thru twice not much difference car came out dirty, my vacuum was weak 40 bucks you get a dirty car you vacuum yourself
