Big and awesome. And friendly staffs. It only sucks cos I have to drive extra 20 minutes each way to use this place, just for the Vacuum. When I have one on my backyard. Sigh! Though the best is still the Gesner & Hammerly Blvd. They have the other vacuum for the in between the seat.

It is kinda hard to move the vehicle on the track before putting on neutral . Don't need shocked ,when sometimes there are minor scratches. That is machine wash vs. handwash .As long the scratches are very tiny , for example I saw tiny blue brushes ...I like that the vacuum cleaners are updated and run nonstop , there is even a delicate blower and a complementary carpet floor mat wash machine . The Associate Joshua today was very friendly and kind enough to take my rubber floor mat and wash it and bring it back!

They don’t really pay attention to the details, they just do a quick cleaning don’t matter what package you pay. I done 100$ & 40$ looks the same job to me. They’re nice people don’t get me wrong.

I’m paying over $40 a month for your service, but the car wash is constantly not working. Today, once again, it didn’t work, and the manager had a bad attitude and couldn’t explain what was going on. This is very frustrating — I’m paying for a service that I can’t even use. Please fix this issue or I will have to cancel my membership. Thank you

This review is for the 9045 South State Highway location. I stopped there around today after running errands as my car needed to be washed. I have the unlimited monthly membership so I have been to many locations. I was surprised that the location itself seemed to have the shortest distance between the drive up entrance and the actual entrance to the drive thru car wash. After driving through and having my car washed, I drove around to the self vacuum area. I was pleasantly surprised at the different vacuumed they had at this particular location. The seemed to have great suction which not all locations have. I also noticed this location has a floor mat cleaner which I haven’t seen at every location. The one thing I was pleasantly surprised by is that this l location has an overhead roof over the vacuuming area which makes the July Texas heat a bit more bearable. I noticed that this location seems to have a lot of bays so customers can drive in and clean/dry their cars. The cleanliness on the outside was pretty good. I didn’t see any of the trash cans overflowing. My car was cleaned very well and I noticed it didn’t have as many water spots as I usually have to dry off. I would recommend this location to anyone needing its services based on my experience today.

I've read countless complaints about this location regarding the employees' poor attitudes and even damaged vehicles, and customer service ignores these issues, sweeping them under the rug. I'm trying to put my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro in good hands, so I don't want to risk them telling me they're not responsible if it gets scratched. I'd rather refrain from using their services. Quick Quack has phenomenal service, so I'll entrust my vehicle to them instead.
