These people are thieves! I called this location to cancel my membership since I purchased it from them. I keep getting charged for a service I don’t use. Just a bunch of incompetent staff who can’t do their duties right. I cancelled in sept you still charged me in Oct, I called again on nov 1st to cancel. Nov 30th Im still getting charged. Support is just as useless claiming they can’t refund because it’s in their terms and conditions despite me calling multiple times to cancel. I do not recommend their services.

Enjoy popping up here especially now that I don’t have to wait for an attendant to scan my sticker as the sore Range Rover windshields can be uncooperative. Today the attendant helped me learn my vehicle and how to stop the hold on the brakes to avoid disrupting the conveyer belt!! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you !

Worst car wash ever. Barely any soap, car comes out just as dirty as it went in. Vacuums are in the direct sun with no shades so you can burn yourself trying to use them. Manager’s a clueless clown who shouldn’t be running anything. Total rip-off don’t waste your time or money.

LIARS AND UNCARING!!After my complaint and call more than 3 months ago ...SILENCE. They answered my review so sympathetic, we called the number and a very nice, polite, and caring agent took our call. She was more sympathetic to our complaint: the back bumper of our Suburban was torn off and broken by the brushes. Oh my, we are so sorry. You will be contacted in 3 business days.... that was more than 3 months ago. Our lawyer is coming back, so let's see if they ignore him like they did us. BEWARE- THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS. DON'T GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!

Love love love this place, I got the membership so that way I can clean my car whenever she needs it. I really appreciate the staff too, my car is low (Camaro) so sometimes my barcode doesn’t scan when I pull up but they scan it for me. 🥳🥰 I would definitely recommend everyone get the membership because it really does pay for itself and I love driving through the car wash too. 10/10 recommend

Don't come to this car wash. Like previous reviews have mentioned, they will damage your car and take no liability, forcing you to consider alternative options. My boyfriend came on Tuesday 08/12/25 for their most basic car wash. Shortly after leaving, another driver signaled for him to pull over and check the rear of the car. To his surprise, his back bumper had been torn off and was dragging on the ground. He immediately returned to the car wash (which didn't take long as he was only two streets away) and told them about the damage. They took an incident report and told him a GM would contact him within 72 hours. In the parking lot, he were able to snap the bumper back on but it's clearly damaged and unstable. They called us back today 08/14/25 and told us that although their equipment DID dislodge the bumper, they would not accept liability because their footage showed car had been previously damaged (this is untrue). Not only had we been to the mechanic within the last week and a half (if our bumper was in bad shape they would have advised us), but we have pictures and videos of the car before the wash (which I offered to show them). When we asked to see the footage, they said we could come by but they would not give us a copy and we were not allowed to take pictures or record videos. This place has no integrity. Checking the other reviews, this is quite obviously a pattern. They know that their equipment can cause damages and instead of accepting that and offering to fix it, they choose to blame the customer. We've already filed with BBB and will consider other options if necessary. We're still hopeful that the business will right their wrong and be able to work with us. We're not asking for a lot, we just want our bumper fixed.

The customer service is Top Tier! The Operation team goes above and beyond the call of duty! My scanning sticker didn’t work and the team member immediately changed it (repositioned it to a better location on my windshield). It worked instantly! The greeting smile I received as I was guided into the carwash tunnel was priceless! Her smile welcomed and thanked me simultaneously as I began the cleaning process! I love Mister Carwash b/c they have the multiple locations and superior drive thru car washes compared to gas stations. I upgraded to their platinum/titanium package a yr ago. And every where I went I asked how does the car wash know one car is platinum vs regular. And while I knew the answer already, it amused me to see the staffs responses. This was the first location, specifically Juan the manager that gave me an exceptional answer that explained it perfectly. Not only was his answer on point, but when I pulled in Nekia greeted me with a genuine smile that made me feel happy. So over all Mister Carwash is great but the staff at this location is exceptional. Great work guys!

Very disappointing experience. The car wasn’t much cleaner afterwards at all (ignore the paint job. Marks still on the windshield & hood). I went home right after and just hand washed it myself, which did the trick - but was the exact thing I was trying to avoid by going to the car wash. What’d I spend the money for?? Even paid extra for the tires, and the rims were still dirty afterwards. Also, my blindside mirror is all messed up now, too. Tried to clean it with windex when I got home, but couldn't get those marks off it. Don't plan on going back to this place & wasting my money, which is a shame because I live within walking distance. I’d suggest you save your money, too.

🚨 Permanent Paint Damage After Routine Car Wash🚨 I brought my car here for a basic wash during my lunch break, expecting a quick and simple service. What I received instead was permanent damage to my vehicle. When I first got back into my car, I noticed the interior had been poorly cleaned — there was still visible dirt and debris. That alone was disappointing. However, once I returned to work and looked at my car in better light, I saw dozens of small dots covering the hood. I initially thought something had splattered onto the surface, but when I tried to wipe it off, I realized they were fresh paint chips. My hood is now covered in scattered paint chipping that was not there prior to the wash. A business that is supposed to protect and maintain your vehicle’s exterior instead caused significant damage, forcing me to file an insurance claim and seek body shop repairs. To make matters worse, no refund was issued. A routine car wash should not result in permanent paint damage and an insurance claim. I would strongly caution others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.

I liked how this location has mat holders with the vacuums. At first I was confused about the vacuums being before the wash, but there’s an exit where you can easily loop back around to the vacuums. This actually makes it better because you can vacuum before or after the wash… or go crazy and do both! But… then I went to exit the vacuums and you have to turn around and sort of go the wrong way back out to exit which is very precarious. Signage needs a major upgrade to help navigate the lot. Almost hit another car while trying to exit 😬 Basic wash membership always requires a big wipe down at the end, but I appreciate the value for the money.
