I haven’t tried this place since it changed over. Disappointing for $48! Passenger side the side I didn’t look at until I drove 3 miles. You did half a tire, dirt on the car. The streaks in the windows and cup holders not done. Smh go to the west York end you will have to dry the car your self but it’s better. This is why you do not ask for a tip before the service is rendered. This is why people don’t want to tip anymore due to terrible service and you already paid extra for them to do their job or a better job.

Very disappointed with the end result. Car had sections of hood, and door where dirt was still plainly visible. Wheels were not completely cleaned. I would not recommend this facility for exterior level 2 service.

Terrible job. I still have prices of french fries on my carpets. The vacuuming is terrible.

We paid for an exterior and interior clean, and they did not wipe anything down on the inside. The leather seats were dirty; the dashboard was dusty; the floor trim around the doors wasn't wiped down... They promised us air freshener and didn't provide it... The transaction was a total waste of money and a disappointment! Being short handed is no excuse for poor quality! We will never use this car wash ever again!

I’m on the monthly titanium plan and my truck never gets all the way clean so I have to go over it every time I get it wash and l also have been seeing chips in paint. I went there yesterday to get my truck clean and it was very busy so as I was waiting to go through l ended up scraping my truck on the guard rail because you have to make a sharp left turn in order to enter the car wash and when I called him today he told me that I came in there and crashed into his property so beware because l will never go back there again and the service suks

Save your money and go elsewhere. I took my car here and got the "platinum" package. I was pretty put off right off the bat, because who asks for a tip up front? I tipped because i assumed id get what i paid for... I get it, it's not a detail, dont expect much. But i would expect basic things like my cupholders, dash etc. to be taken care of at the very least, but i guess that's in an unlisted package. There was "no manager around" at the time, so i submitted a complaint. Only to be contacted almost a week later and told "we would love you to bring your car back down here so we can see the car and make it right" while a nice gesture, id rather not have to do more work, and would prefer my money back. It also doesn't make any sense, to see the job they did, a week later? in a car? that is driven? I was then told that they "cannot refund the money if they cant see the service that was done on the vehicle, and because a service was done, no refund could be given." Pretty comical. Really great customer service.. Won't be coming back here, and you should save your money too.

I don’t normally give five stars but this place is beautifully decorated inside. Lovely people working here the interior experience cant be beat. Not only do they clean the inside but they run you through a very fascinating car wash, that while you wait inside you can watch the cars go through and everything happening. Kids would be eager for their parents to come here to see the car be cleaned. Before covid they use to have slushes at the empty station, but since covid it has since been taken away sadly.

This is the worse car wash on Market Street York. I clearly tell the lady it’s my first time using your services she gives me the price details and didn’t mention that I have to pay separate for mat to be clean they changed me $40 and then told me that I supposed to ask them to do it. I don’t suggest no one using their services.

I use this car wash two years ago and swear I would never do it again. However, I went in today because I wanted to get the inside clean after spending $34, the car should’ve been pristine. Far from it. Don’t think I’ll be going back

This is my first time at a car wash. I paid for full exterior wash. Thinking they would dry my car and shine the wheels. When I pulled up to have my car finished, I was waved on. I parked the car and asked the gal what’s going on. She told me I was done. My car isn’t clean.

Today I took my work vehicle in to Mister for an interior/exterior cleaning. I paid $55 plus added a $10 tip for their services. The process is that your interior gets vacuumed, sent through the car wash, and then the interior gets a wipe down. At the finish of my service, I noticed that a lot of the interior wasn’t wiped down , there was still stuff under the seat that wasn’t vacuumed, and the exterior still had dirt streaks on it like before when I brought it in. I spoke with a manager, she apologized and said she would speak to her team about the poor quality service. I ran my truck through a second time by them free of charge thinking that it was just an honest mistake, but my truck still lacked the proper cleaning. I understand it’s a business that gets an influx of customers and that everything is fast paced, however that’s no excuse to give poor service. I’m paying for the convenience of not having to do it myself and I ended up having to detail it myself later when I got home. I won’t be returning to this business in the future simply because I believe it’s a waste of money. I think it would be wise for others not to do the same and give the money to a more deserving and more attentive car cleaning service. The quality of service does not match the price you pay to have the work done.

Worst car wash I have ever had! $26 for a full exterior - prompts you for a tip, gave them $5 at the kiosk. So I pull up to the car wash and go through. Get out the other side and pull up to the finish area and I get told to continue as I’m all done. I said I need the truck dried and he says I did not pay for that. So $31 in and the truck looks horrible, underbody terrible, dirt still all over, roof hardly touched. I can go on………….check out the photos!

Came here after the snow storm to wash off the salt. Car was cleaner than expected inside and out. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with how I was treated and how my car was treated. I will say, I do miss the "Cafe" that was there many Many years ago, but I do understand business models change with times.

Exterior wash is fine. For $30 you get in your car (at every single location) and it’s still filthy. Smudges everywhere. Food still all over the carpeting. There is 0 attention to detail here. There is one garuntee when you come here and it’s that you’ll be spending another 15 minutes after you receive your car going back through to get the service you payed for. Then you get to feel like a Karen when all you wanted was to pay $30 for a clean car interior. The need to hire a consultant from Chik-fila to teach their young employees how to do things w precision.

Sooo, this is what 55$ gets you? Please keep in mind I this is after sending it back twice because of how bad it was. I gave up after the last try, this is just incompetence at its highest. I had to ask if vacuuming the seats was included because I was in shock, was told yes. They admitted they didn’t do it the first time so we sent it back through. This is how it came out the last time. Picked the mat up sat it on the seats never vacuumed the mat, seats or anything really. Dirt that should have been removed on the interior and exterior. Now I’m not looking for a 10 star service but come on, take a little dignity and pride in what you do. Also the fact you’re stealing from your customers when they pay for a service they don’t receive. **** UPDATE CALLED THEM SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH PHOTOS, WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REFUND ME. 2 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND AND PROVIDED PROOF THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

I get things get busy, but that doesn’t mean the quality of the job should be thrown out the window. Not sure what they even cleaned on the inside at this point. Outside wipe down crew was super polite though!

After explanation of all the terrible reviews I was assured that this establishment is not that bad . I asked that they take there time and to make sure all the bug guts ar off my car . They did not take there time . Very rushed in all aspects of the interior clean . Many things not vacuumed, surfaces not wiped down, trunk not vacuumed. And the only thing I really wanted right was far from done correct. So now here is my bad review Stick to just a car wash. Unless you spend more time to do the things you sell . Terrible job very disappointed Unfortunately I am here working out of state and dont have time to keep going thru process. Almost 60$ with tip wasted . Do better !!!!!!!!
