Extremely Unprofessional Manager on Duty I had a very disappointing experience at the Mr. Car Wash on Westheimer due to the manager on duty, Ramus. I went in with a simple question regarding my membership and a vehicle change. My membership was updated on December 10, yet I was told—very abruptly—that a vehicle can only be changed one time, with no explanation, flexibility, or attempt to help. Ramus was extremely rude and dismissive. He did not take the time to explain my options, offer alternatives, or even allow a proper conversation. Instead, he immediately canceled my account without my consent or discussion. His attitude was unprofessional, rushed, and lacked basic customer service. As a paying customer, I expected respect and clear communication. This interaction felt unnecessary and poorly handled, and it reflects badly on the location. I hope management addresses this behavior, as no customer should be treated this way.

DON'T USE THIS CAR WASH. I have been a customer for 3 years and I never had a problem. I have 4 cars in this location. However, the last time, the brushes were new or different, and we heard a huge noise. The bumber from was torn off. We spoke to the manager who lied to us. Send the pictures and call this number. A machine answered and of course no one called back. This is not over, I will keep you updated.

I am a big fan of Mr. Car Wash, as they are a full service establishment at this location, and I don’t have to do a thing! Charles was extremely courteous and helpful getting me reactivated on their frequent wash program. The top-tier titanium membership pays for itself in less than two washes per month, and my car leaves looking like it was detailed inside and out.

Clean your own interior. I might have had too high of expectations but I got a wash and interior cleaning and I got in my car to immediately see dog hair on my front seat and the same stains on my door. I came home and wiped it all down myself. The wash was nothing special other than it was nice to have it dried at the end. I won’t be getting a membership like I would have if it was a better service! I didn’t get his name but the guy who greeted me and took payment provided great service so he gets 5 stars!

I’ve been using this Mister Car Wash location for 20+ years. It is not being maintained like it used to be. The tire washers are not working, the roof spinner cleaner is it working and the roof buffer at the end is not working. Time to pay more attention!

Poor service. Vacuum was cursory, they left visible dust and leaves in the carpet. Car wash was not the best quality; left visible marks that went uncleaned which I later very easily cleaned myself, which means they were not permanent or requiring polishing or waxing. I paid extra to clean my rubber floor mats, and they left them soaking wet, which is dangerous because your feet can slip in the vicinity of accelerator and brake pedals. I asked for them to be dried and they said they don’t dry them. Also their greeter who gives you a selection of available services and prices when you first drive up, can barely speak English, and it was very hard to understand her. Will not be returning.

It’s about 50-50 if they program the car wash correctly, where it washes with the brushes the front of my truck, they specifically put this bumper on so it wouldn’t interfere with your brushes, but it’s very upsetting when they delete the front. they got it right this time

Best car wash in town. Professional and friendly staff. I only go to the one on Westheimer next to Discount Tire, they are full service or independent. Clean waiting area. And restroom are very clean and they also have a vending machine with great selections and reasonable prices 😀. Love this place all the way around!!!

First time I tried Mister car. They did a great job. I will continue to bring my cars for cleaning. I wanted to edit my initial review. I brought my truck at least four times and quality of cleaning got worse. Today I paid for top cleaning package. Spots all over the car and they spend less time to make sure the car clean. I took it home and finished cleaning myself. I was disappointed

Absolutely the worst car wash I have received. I did the inside and out detailing and they didn’t even clean minor things like my leather back seats or my shifter. Save your $50 and take it somewhere else where you will get better quality.

I had a quick basic wash for 14 bucks. It can go as high as 40 for Titanium with all bells and whistles. The facility is clean and services are quick and friendly

I truly enjoy Mr. Car Wash service and my car wash package agreement. The free ou5side only car wash is awesome. Its great to know that I can run in and get my outside car washed outside for free. The total car wash for 15 dollars is simply amazing. The staff is courteous and friendly and they are very professional from vacuuming inside the car to an immaculate car wash. Definitely sign up to get one of their programs. It pays to have it. Thanks Mr. Car wash.

One of the only locations I dislike visiting. As a member for years I'm not allowed to park my car in the drying bay to detail my car myself. But a non-member is given is that access....Smh.

Worst car wash job I've ever had in my life. The manager was so arrogant from the get-go very defensive not willing to even listen or look at the truck and just defending. Run from place like this that doesn't have any accountability.

I got the top interior and exterior package. For a first time user, not ideal. It was hard to figure out where to go, no one really to help or guide and no signs saying were to enter first. I was right away recommended to have a membership: I told them that I'll wait to see how the service went. I guess for what you pay it's okay but definitely I don't think they do their best to clean properly. Not convinced for membership.
