Very disappointed! More dust in my car after they "cleaned" my car. I had to vacuum and wipe the interrrior soon after I got home. After paid nearly $50 for a full service for both interrioror/exterior service and this is what I got, I am very disappointed.

I love coming to Mr. Car Wash! I don’t take advantage of my membership enough, but every time I do, I’m reminded of how worth it it is. The team—especially Alfred and his co-workers—is always so kind, friendly, and hardworking. They consistently provide excellent service, and my car comes out shiny and spotless every time. It’s a wonderful community spot that makes you feel right at home. If you’re thinking about it—get the membership. It’s truly worth it!

2251 s boss location. Went there today... Oct 5 about 1230p. The tall new black guy on the finishing end was fabulous. Maybe they'll hire MORE people with that great customer focused attitude. He went the extra mile to clean up the missed spots that "the regulars" always seem to miss ON PURPOSE. Anyways.. a great addition and yeah I've been going there for over 5 years so I KNOW how HALF WAY they can be... Just sayin'. I don't bash them though because it's HOT OUTSIDE! But I thought I take a moment to rate them today. It's 5 star service today.

I used to come here frequently and received exemplary service and they used to do a great job cleaning my car, offered interior deep cleaning options etc. now they only sell upgrades to the exterior clean and do not do a good job cleaning the interior at all. The customer service is also rude now. Today I went to get a wash and it was the last straw when one of the vacuum attendants snapped at me rudely to tell me to switch to another lane. They cleaned the car so poorly that you couldn’t even tell it had been cleaned at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed.

I will never go back again. Their machine took the plastic ring around my light and broke the little plastic piece from the inside that keeps it in place. The manager said my car was in a precious accident and just bought the car 2 weeks ago from a dealership where they pulled out a Carfax history with no previous accidents and the car was fully serviced on time. Unprofessional and accusing me of being a liar. It was obvious that it broke on the spot because of that little plastic piece. I have been a member with mister carwash for almost 3 years. Such a shame how they treat their customers. I went to get a new sticker for my new car. Clearly you can also see my plate is still temporary. I cancelled the membership. Let this be a lesson to everyone who have a membership with them. NEVER AGAIN

Most of the equipment/ machinery like the cloth that spins at the end to dry the car off even a little bit….. do not work 😂 this place isn’t even worth the $22 a month for unlimited washes

For $27 you'll get basic package which is good in my case. This includes both interior and exterior cleaning. Interior cleaning done manually by 3-4 persons. They do vacuum inside the cars, ensuring dust, dirt sucked out. Also they clean any trash items in front of you. Next the external soap cleaning by automated rollers. Pressurized water 🌊 bring back your car to day one. Finally water droplets wiped out manually using hand towels. You'll feel good 👍. The entire cleaning activity will take approximately 10-15 mins. There's unlimited package also avail.

My Experience has been great with Misters, getting the inside cleaned is and a shiny coast on the outside is worth every penny especially in this Houston heat. Services that I received today instead of informing me of the business hours or allowing me the opportunity to be aware of the times that the company is open and operating he hushed me away, waving his hand, not responding and telling me do not talk to him to speak to someone else, I asked him his name. He didn’t wanna give it to me so I took a picture of him so that I could get this resolved. It is not OK at any time that you are rude to a customer whether is before or after hours unacceptable I pay for my membership two days prior to this incident. I can’t say that I’m pleased with the services that I receive so far

Not worth the money!!! Don't go. Paid for 360 clean for $46. They don't actually clean the inside of the car anymore. As you can see from my photos they barely vacuum. I still had coffee spill on the center console and mats were dirty. I complained and they claimed they only DUST the inside now. They apologized and said washing the mats was extra. I said fine charge me but also finish vacuuming my car. They took my car and said they would fix the problem. As you can see from the image they did not. Terrible job, will never go back.

The people are always friendly and professional to me. I wash my car at the Voss location (Houston) at least once a week. They keep my car looking like new. The facility is spotless and so clean. I once went to another location on 1960 (Houston) as I was in that area and their service and people were horrible……will never go back.

The absolute friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I pulled in realizing I only had cash on me, which I suspected they didn’t take. The attendant politely confirmed my suspicion and apologized. As I waived back at her saying no worries and began to back out, a fellow attendant (likely the manager) waived me back and said he’d take care of me. So I pulled back up and started to hand him my cash, but he said to keep your money, just remember your card next time! I couldn’t have been more excited and thanked him profusely! Even as I pulled around the drive, all the other employees waived as I drove by and it was just so pleasant. It’s customer service like that that puts a little bit of my faith back in humanity.

My first visit to this location was outstanding. Normally, I use the exterior only (membership) lane, but I needed a more thorough cleaning, interior & exterior. The staff were friendly & helpful. The work completes was FAR better than several other locations I usually visit. It was a busy time, so they got a bit backed up - but not too badly.
