I am a customer to this location for last 5 years. I drive from Missouri city to this location because of the generous staff. However, last two visits were horrible not because of the staff but because there a/c was out. Yes a/c was not working at all and it was 98 degrees outside. These are not the conditions anyone should work or invite customers. So if the management is listening please be generous with your staff and customers. Fix your ac first then operate. Two stars for the manager on duty only, she was very polite and professional. Update: 8/12/2023 Back after 2 months and ac is still not working. This fan in the picture is supposed to keep us cool when its 100 degrees out.

The cashier Claudia was very attentive and explained the packages very well plus a dollar for every floor mat I want to be cleaned and washed and their vinyl, two in the front, one long in the middle and the cargo one which is a total of 4 and we agreed I paid. Opone getting home I usually do a small touch up hear and there but to find out that they did not even open my trunk and vacuum or cleaned my floor mat very disappointing

They close at 7pm, I went through the car wash at 6:58 and at 7:05pm while the vacuums were full, they shut them off on us and said we are closed. I've been a member here for 10 years at mister car wash. Your staff needs more training. The proper way to do it, is to quit allowing new members in, and allow the members who were there before the cut off to service there vehicles. I literally did not get to vacuum my car! Very unpleasant!!!! Do better

Not great. No towels to finish drying vehicles. No shade for vehicles at vacuum spots. Car still are left with dirty spots. Paid for most expensive car wash and no visible tire shine on tires, also wheels are still dirty. They should take notice and advice from Cadillac Express car wash at South Post Oak. Pictures added.

I absolutely love this place and the service. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that some people use the vacuums without paying for the service, which sometimes leaves all the vacuums occupied for paying customers.

I was present with my friend during a visit to this car wash . After the wash, I personally saw fresh damage on the front bumper that was not there before entering. The issue was reported immediately. Anthony Suarez (Site Manager) and Samuel Brenes (General Manager) denied responsibility without reviewing camera footage or offering a resolution. Very poor handling of a legitimate concern. I recommend customers document their vehicle before using this wash

Very poor service. They removed the blowing machine and the front mirror cleaning machine, which were the main reasons I chose this car wash. Now the service is much worse and not worth the price. Extremely disappointed. I will not recommend this location to anyone. 👎

I visited this car wash on [26/12/2025]. After exiting, I noticed damage to my front bumper that was not present beforehand. I reported it immediately and spoke with Anthony Suarez (Site Manager), then Samuel Brenes (General Manager). The claim was denied and no effort was made to review camera footage or take responsibility. Very disappointing handling of a clear customer concern. I recommend taking photos of your vehicle before entering
