Never got my car washed at Mister strictly because of all the 1 ☆ reviews. I was thinking about it i see them out there every day but not after so many negative reviews....damn!!

Mister carwash has been my go to place for the last 10+ years, but the quality of cleaning has slowly gone downhill. Today I paid $40 for basically an exterior wash because I can’t tell that they cleaned anything inside. These pictures are AFTER my interior and exterior car wash today. I went home and cleaned it myself with basic supplies, so clearly they did not even try. A Sudz just opened down the street so I will be taking my business there. Do better Mister Carwash.

Not very happy. Got platinum cleaning plus tip for $50 then had to come home to clean it more… I mentioned that I was taking it to sell right after the clean but they didn’t even get some bird poop off the hood. Inside had crumbs and wasn’t wiped down at all. Seems like a lot of money for me to still have to clean/vacuum/wipe it down.

Used to pay a membership for this location and I’m so glad I stopped paying. 30 dollars for a interior wash and they FORCE you to get an exterior even if you don’t get it you’re paying for it. I told them I only do hand washes on my vehicle due to drive in car washes causing damage to paint, tires, and the mechanics beneath the vehicle. Mind you I just came from my dealership with 4 brand new tires AND an exterior wash! Now here’s the major problem they did such a bad job even cleaning the interior that my 10 year old niece could’ve done a better job. Smears, marks, debris all left behind and this is after they sat there and told me the exterior car wash HAS to be paid for. I am currently pulling a Karen and filing a dispute with my bank over this because 30 dollars is INSANE especially in today’s economy. I’ve never been more pissed about my time getting wasted and being battled over something I didn’t even need to begin with. Don’t even get me started on the fact that they no longer offer interior shampoos anymore.

Want to know him. On Saturday I went to get my car washed. The water pressure was so strong. It flipped my side driver's mirror backwards and forwards. So much so they removed the cover. A manager by the name of Joe sample immediately took care of my issue and apologized for the damage. I ordered the cover and it came in the following day. My luck. It was too big 😯. And then immediately order ed the correct cover to my model 2024 Camry. He maintained communication until the cover was ordered and installed. I must say the customer service, The people and the car wash itself is Amazing. This location has always been my favorite and will continue to be after this incident. I want to thank you Joe or your positive attitude, kindness and taking care of me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time here today 06/08 . I got the platinum offer since they said it was the best one this and that. Thankfully did not sign up for whatever membership they offered. I could see from the inside when they were ”polishing” the tires it was not a good job. The interior cleaning was bare minimum. I noticed they lack of work as soon as I was entering the car.

Absolutely horrible, you will pay for a service and not even get what you paid for. I paid for the top tier wash and my wheels are not clean and there is no tire shine. Bring your own drying towels because this wash doesn’t properly dry your vehicle afterwards. Also only about 4 of their vacuums work. There’s plenty of better choices nearby just choose any alternative but here. There was no manager or staff present to bring these issues up with either.

UPDATE: 06/11/24 I was at this car wash last Thursday and noticed damage to my vehicle. I am a loyal customer of Mister Car Wash and do have a Platinum membership. I reported the damage to personel who wrote them the information, took pictures of the damage, and said they would get back to me by Wednesday June 12, 2024. I am look forward to getting the damage repaired without any fanfare. I have a dashcam that records 24/7 all vehicle activity. Mister Car Wash is my "exclusive" car wash place. I personally dry my vehicle after each and every car wash visit. Attached you will find photos of the damage. Also, no one contacted me to survey the previous damage to my vehicle from last year. Please address all concerns here without any fanfare. Thank you. ----------------------------------------------------- UPDATE - 10/06/23 On one of my visits a couple of months ago, it was busy with several cars in line waiting to be processed. I entered the middle lane and asked the attendant if I could use the spray hose they use to spray the hoods of cars that have hard to remove stains or debris. He said yes and I proceeded to spray my interior leather seats in the middle row of my Toyota Sequoia to remove some minor marks. After I sprayed the middle row seats I noticed the seats became further discolored and immediately tried to wipe the excess from the seats. Then another attendant came up to me and said the spray hose was not for interior cleaning and that the chemicals were corrosive, in other words, acid! It was too late by then, and my seats were permanently damaged. Being that I travel a lot, I just recently have had time to address the issue of repairing or replacing the seats. I visited the Toyota dealership body shop division, and was given an estimate to replace the damaged seats. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I cannot afford to repair the damage done to my vehicle for being given faulty advice from Mister Car wash personnel. A copy of that estimate will be forwarded to the Mister Car Wash corporate office by certified letter for review and payment for damages. I hope something can be done to fix this serious issue.

WHAT A RIP OFF! I paid for the 2nd best interior wash ($42) and gave a $5 tip. They make you tip before your vehicle goes through the wash. Then I get to my car and see that they haven’t truly vacuumed inside, and the front bumper still has bug marks on it.

I have an unlimited membership so I can get as many car washes as I want, but I have to pay and additional fee of $15.99 for a team to vacuum?? No thanks! I came to this location for convenience since I was this side of town, but I’ll just drive to my usual one on Washington Avenue and vacuum it myself 😌✨ Only plus is that their soap has a scent and Washington does not.

This feedback is for corporate and applies to all locations. Please tell staff to stop moving customers’ seats, mirrors, and interior controls. This is the only car wash I’ve ever used where, every time and at every location, I get back into my car and everything has been adjusted and not put back. There is no reason to touch the seats, mirrors, or buttons. If anything is adjusted, it must be returned exactly as found. This is a consistent issue and is hurting your reputation.

I purchased the platinum package, and honestly, my expectations were high. They returned my car to me in the same condition I brought it in: the windows were smeared with water, the doors were covered in dust, and it didn't even look like they had put it through the machine to wash the outside. I feel cheated because I paid $46 for something that was not what was promised. On top of that, I told one of the workers that I wasn't satisfied with the job. The worker took it away and came back 5 minutes later with the car in the same condition. It's definitely not a place I would recommend or return to.

Very poor wash. Inside and out. Still have dirt on the step boards. 2 tires shined (barely), 2 tires left untouched until I pointed them out. No attention to detail whatsoever. To add insult to injury they asked for a tip upfront. I will not be back.

Daniel in the front detail section was super professional, patient, and helpful in finding the right cleaning product to remove some apparent 'road tar' on my white vehicle. It took several attempts. He patiently tried a few options, careful not to damage the paint, and finally removed it 100%. I am super grateful and beyond satisfied with his service.

Long line for car wash. No free vacuums. No free towels for drying car. Car left with dried water stains all over it making it look worse than when it came in. Many other brands offer same $10 basic car wash with many more amenities. Total disappointment that can’t fixed without significant changes to current set up. Improve your product offering or will not be a return customer.

When I got there the staff was arguing. I asked if it was too late and had no problem coming back a different day. There was no communication with me. I paid for a titanium interior service with lemon scent for $46. They took my key and I went inside. Then a staff member came and got me, said they locked themselves out of my car which thankfully I was able to unlock with my phone. Then they said they had no crew and I had to drive the car through myself. I offered to come back a different day and he insisted I go through the car wash now. Then on the other side the crew ignored me. No one came to wipe down the car, the inside wasn’t touched and there was no lemon scent. I felt really uncomfortable when I tried to speak to someone they stood there with their backs to me avoiding eye contact. I tried calling to receive a refund and they hang up on my calls and no one has returned my calls or emails

Staff was great but I got the basic wash and it did a horrible job, my car is still dirty. Probably only took less than a minute to go through the whole wash, the spinners barely even touched my car on the sides, soap didn’t seem to coat the whole car, and no scrubbers even touched the back of my car, which was the part I wanted cleaned the most. My front and back windshields look exactly like they did before the wash, dirt still visible on the parts my wipers can’t reach. In my opinion, this is not even a “basic” wash.

This is what a $20 interior add on at Mister Car Wash looks like. And they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Mr Car Wash acts more like a charity than an actual quality wash. Utter joke and waste of time. I am asking for my money back.

No hustle, everyone just standing around. 5 Young people with a pad in their hand waiting for the next car and 1 elderly worker doing all the work. Workers walking around, inside and out with no real work being done. What am I paying $45 for again? This is taking forever. Never again.
