If there was a way to give zero stars, I would! We used to come to this car wash all the time with all 3 of our vehicles. Per the staff person they “raised their pricing structure to take better care of their people and their facilities” but no longer provide a service worth paying for! We paid $18 for a car wash we could have gotten for half that at any gas station. They no longer hand dry your car, so they’re doing less at a higher price. We will not be back. Update: Please see the photos of my vehicle taken immediately after leaving Mister Car Wash that show my car was NEITHER clean nor dry.

Quick and great exterior washing service. I went there on a busy afternoon and thought that I would wait for 30 minutes before having my car washed. I waited about 2 minutes. First, a very nice lady explained the details of the different products and received the payment. I didn't have to leave the car. The line advanced very quickly. Then there was a sequence of brushes coming from all sides through a long corridor. At the end they gave some final touches on the wheels, mirrors and others, and I left with a very clean car. I was very satisfied. And this was 9 dollars, which does not seem expensive. This will be my car washing place.

I have frequented this car wash for over a decade. It used to be a fantastic place with great service. But recently they fired their staff and no longer offer interior services or hand-drying. Last week, my wife's car was still dirty afterward. I want to give them a high rating, but there's no point to coming here until they improve. Please bring back the service!

Absolutely awful service. Paid for the full service and they didn’t even bother to vacuum the trunk or properly vacuum the inside. Console cleaning was non-existent.

Felt like I just got punched in the face and my money was taken. $27 for a wash and my truck is still dirty. Don’t waste your money, you’ve been warned.

Went there because I heard good things about Mister in general. Got their best level wash which costs about 30 bucks or so. Multiple bad things happened that made me give them a 1-star review. The brushes actually scratched the car so we had to start a claim. This was about 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. They keep saying that they will have results within 2-3 business days but it’s been a hunt to get an answer. Will update this review once I do. Second, the wash didn’t even clean the car. The whole back still had physical dirt on it and none of it got off. My car is a brand new 2024 BMW, so for all this to happen at the very first car wash I take it to is very sad. Save the money. Don’t use. Unless you don’t care about your car getting scratched or getting cleaned and want to waste your money.

They damaged our new car and blamed us. Our car was on the conveyor moving through the wash and then stopped, but the car behind us didn't stop, so hit our car. The manager of the car was, Tom Konkol, blamed us for not having the car in neutral or putting on the brakes. Neither of which was true. So they're not taking responsibility. So it appears that when something goes wrong inside car wash, their machinery can't detect that two cars are getting too close. You would expect some kind of automatic shutdown if a car stops moving or gets too close to another car. But there was nothing like that. Use at your own risk.

I needed a quick car wash before heading on a trip, and this was the closest one. I had never been to a Mister CarWash before this experience, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I assumed it would be a completely self-service wash like at Kwik Trip with better equipment. I was wrong. When I was paying for my wash, I selected the cheapest option - $10 - and selected “no tip.” After all, I assumed this was a self-service car wash, who was I tipping? As soon as I selected no tip, an employee came out from the building and stood next to the payment kiosk, watching me complete the transaction and repeating the instructions that were displayed on the payment screen. I was having no issues paying, and did not request assistance, so I found this interaction incredibly bizarre. Once I entered the car wash, another employee was waiting with a hose, where he briefly sprayed the front and hood of my car. Halfway through the wash, the machinery stopped, and I was waiting for several minutes while several employees came out and made adjustments(?), not sure what was going on but I’ll chalk it up to being part of the wash. At the end of it all, the blow dryer basically dried water spots to my windows. As I drove away, I realized my car and windows still had grime on it anyways. I cannot speak for the rest of Mister CarWash’s other services, but if I ever need another car wash again, I will drive the distance to a cheaper and totally self-service Kwik Trip and get a better wash without any weird interactions or the pressure to leave an (undeserved) tip.

Scratched the paint on my new car and did not even clean. Theres still dirt after wash especially on the rear end side. The bird poo, bugs and dust all remained. The reception worker helping w payment is nice but the worker inside the car wash does not communicate. Better off going to the Kwik Trip carwash, it’s cheaper and even the touch free option there cleans better.

I have a Mister carwash unlimited package, this place is below the national standard. While in town on vacation, I went through here twice on different occasions, the conveyor belt stopped midway while I was on it both times. I've never experienced that before. The staffing was light, one person at the payment gate, only one person inside to send the cars through. Spraying the car before it goes through happened 1 of 2 times. Snow plowing in Madison is a bit wild, the standards for snow removal at this Mister carwash are consistent with the rest of the town.

I always have the BEST service and results from here. The manager,Tom Konkol is friendly, professional and helpful. I was so worried about putting my car in the wash the first time but Tom and his staff just told me what to do with my car and the wash does the rest! I use this car wash at least once a week because of the service, care and how nice my car gets clean. I definitely recommend them!

One of the shittier car washes I’ve ever been through. It didn’t break my car, but the quality of the clean is pretty poor for $18. They were moving cars through rapid fire, so seems like a high volume conveyor belt.

I hate to give negative feedback back but this is my first time and last time that I will use their service. They scratch my car and also didn't go through the back of my car. I rather goto kwik trip. No wonder no waiting line on car wash. I don't recommend anyone who has new car to use their service.

I would never recommend Mr. Car Wash. Car Wash is the worst car wash company I've ever seen. It's useless. The truth is that they always say the same thing: "We'll look for the tablet and file a report when something gets broken." It turns out that they always do the same thing, they always do the same thing, but they never respond. They've broken my rearview mirror and bumper, and I've filed reports at this car wash here at the university and at the one on the strip because both of them have broken my car. They've never responded. They say they're going to send you an email, but they never do. They say they're going to contact you from California, but they never do. They tell you they're not going to respond at all. So right now, I'm waiting for the police.
