Unfortunately I’ve had one positive and two negative experiences here- the positive came from the self-wash. It was really expensive though, so I went through the auto washer twice; both had terrible washes and even worse dryings. I thought maybe I didn’t go slow enough the first time, but the second time when I went slow enough to see the beads disappear regularly it stopped 1/4 of the way through my car, leaving me with spots all over my roof and doors. There were also still a ton of spots on my car after the wash- I ended up having to grab a rag and pipe them off when I got home. The attendants are great though, so that’s a plus.

We're on a cross country road trip in our Vandoit and due to its height, we have to search out tall bay self-serve car washes. With our Yakima roof top back, we measure right under 11.5 ft tall. This car wash bay was 11.5 ft so it was a close call, but we fit! They accept debit/credit cards and the rates are reasonable. The foam brush has lots of soap and helped us reach the top of the van. There was good pressure on the sprayer. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Tried to use a self service bay, many were out of service with no sign or anything. Another bay I tried was operational but the spray wand was rusted and completely broken. I was unable to wash anything.

It took my $20 and didn’t give me the equivalent car wash card in exchange. I came back later in the morning or in the afternoon and the attendant did give me the exchange card which I didn’t use to wash my vehicle so except for that particular problem, I found the service to be acceptable.

I went thru the automatic car wash. And then I did my tires with the self serve wash. Also used the vacuum which worked great After I went thru the automatic car wash I snapped a pic of my car. It looks great Thanks Magic Wash!

The vacuums were great but when I tried to get a car wash I paid, pulled in when directed, and then nothing happened. The exit door opened for me 30 seconds later after no car wash. The machine ate my cash.

I went to wash my extra small Honda Civic last week. The place was super busy! 2 bays were not in service. I opted to wash my own vehicle because $5 for 5 minutes seems like a fair deal. The first bay I went into which was the smallest didn't accept credit card so even though I'd waited in line I had to circle back and wait again. Once another bay became available I jumped in and as it is January I timed myself and in under 4 minutes I was done... I was charged 20 bucks. There is a voicemail I keep getting but this far I can't seem to get a refund as no one works on the property.... I didn't like it.

No attendant on duty on a weekend day during the hours posted. The automatic car wash is terrible. There is no underbody sprayer and the side sprayers when you first get in the garage don't turn on until your car is halfway through.. The wash sprayer wasn't even powerful enough to take the bugs off my windshield and there are a million spots left on my windshield because of it. The dryer is horribly ineffective and left water spots all over my truck. KwikTrip is a lower price and works way better than this car wash. I regret ever coming here. It's terrible

No magic at this location. $10 was supposed to include underbody rinse. Pretty sure I could have used a mist water bottle and did a better job. The soft touch wash had very little washing power. There was quite a bit of color soap bubbles on my bumpers. The same $10 wash was supposed to include a spot free rinse. I had to use my whippers to clear my windshield prior to approaching the blow dryer. Because the unit left such a sludge of water on our van the blower didn't do anything to be honest. I had to use my whippers once again after I spent 40 seconds trying to blow dry my front windshield. Back window had plenty of dry road Sault dust on it. I will never go back and never recommend this place.

First time coming here, the dog wash dryer on the right didn’t work. Second time coming here I found open chocolate bars underneath the wash.

Excellent car wash, and big enough for an RV. We washed our 21' travel trailer here, and the 11'6" clearance was plenty for our rig. In fact, my wife could stand up on the trailer's roof and get it nice and scrubbed. The place was clean, the foam that came out of the brush was abundant, and neither the car nor the trailer were spotted when we were done. The only two caveats that I would give is that it is a bit expensive -- $1 per minute (they do take credit cards) and that it's a pretty tight turn to exit. But, for us it was perfect.

Water was not heated, made washing in the winter completely pointless as it couldent get any ice off. The facility itself wasnt heated either so i couldent use the soap brush because it was a block of ice

The dollar coins the change machine gives doesn't work in the bays and it takes your money. Tap to pay works but you'll end up paying 20 in one stall at least that doesn't let you stop. Won't be back.

Solid self service car wash. 3/5 due to the bay I was in having no dryer option (the other 2 has a dryer) and the washer nozzle was broken and stuck to always on. Neither were dealbreakers since I prefer to hand dry and I can work around a broken nozzle. Would go back but use a different bay.

Vacuums smell funky and be careful using your debit/credit card for vacuums and the DIY car wash because it'll over charge you every time. So pay attention and make sure you let the attendant know. They are good about reimbursing you but I'd advise to avoid the hassle and just pay coins.

I got the $14 Super Deluxe car wash just yesterday, though that's not the actual name, perhaps razzle dazzle. Anyway, was wonderful! Under wash, side spray, touchless. TriFoam detergent, prewash/soak, clear coat, rain-x water repel treatment, final rinse and power fan dry. Only takes 3-4 minutes, no wait when I was there late Sat. afternoon, and though my debit card not accepted, I luckily had the exact bill change. Very satisfied, and rough equivalency to Mister Car Wash, which I frequent. I'll still go to Mr. Car Wash once a month in winter because it IS bit more thorough, and 2-3 washes at Magic Car Wash the rest of the month. At $7/wash savings that's $90-$100 savings over winter, nothing to sneeze at, for sure. On Nov 16, 2023, attendant Dakota, nice young man that he is, helped me to use the $13 complementary coupon I received some time back. He said it's good for the $14 wash, one better! Then gave me the grace to follow me to the wash entry and insert the coupon correctly. What 😃👍 service! I told Dakota I'll be a regular, especially in the winter with brutal weather & SALT really damaging a car's finish and resale possibilities.

Have gotten a few car washes here. Until this last visit it has been an adequate service. Not much to complain about if it works. The last time I went, the touchless bay just…. Didn’t expel water. It did all of the steps, besides spraying water at my car. I’ve called and left multiple messages requesting a credit for a wash due to the malfunction, and have not heard back. Seems like a pretty inefficient way to ensure client retention.

I have never been so upset at a service in my entire life. I have discovered self serve dog washes and had a great experience at pet supplies plus in monona. When I googled another and found out there was one a few minutes away from my house, I was excited to check it out and bathe my dog. Well, I should have just stayed at home because this was the biggest joke of $14 I have ever spent. Let me give you the picture- It’s real nice when it is a 24/7 service but the lights turn off every 5 seconds so you can’t see your sprayer or the dryer. Oh, and did I mention that the water pressure is horrid? You can’t even adjust the temperature on the water or the dryer. Oh yeah- and they ran out of all soap and you have to pay an extra $4 per towel if available. No trash cans in the room when fur is flying everywhere too. Essentially I paid $14 to bathe my dog with no supplies or soap for 15 minutes with a stream of cold water and a blast of air. Seriously, I’m not the kind of person to write negative reviews, but I was beyond upset. It’s better to bathe your dogs at home than to give your money to this business/machine.

A little pricy for what it is. I believe there is a $6 minimum, even though it advertises charging by the minute. It always posts $6 for me, and I do very short washes. Still pretty cheap and one of the only self car washes left in Madison. Self car washes are cheaper l, safer for your car and provide a better end result vs. drive through washes. Self dog wash here is also excellent, about $14. Grateful for this business existing.
