I have been using City Detail for over 10 years. Every car I buy I use their ceramic coating. When it comes time to trade in my car the exterior paint is in perfect as new finish. I always get an excellent rating when the auto dealer appraises my car. They are truly the best kept secret with owners of Porsche’s, BMW’S, Bentley’s, and Lamborghini’s. My last car they did was a five year old Porsche. The paint was in black metallic and in "fair" condition. City Detail using their magic brought the paint back to factory new finish. Their Ceramic treatment is applied by techs who know exactly how to use this material. I have seen ceramic coatings done by other people and the result is really sad. There is an art to applying this coating. Their prices are a fraction of what other places charge. Did I mention they work on the planes at the EAA show and have also prepped cars for the Jackson Barrett cars before they go to auction. You really should not think about going anywhere else for your car protection needs. Bill Rubin-loyal customer for 10+ years.

I bought my car used in 2020 and got the interior detailed a couple weeks ago for the first time. It is BEAUTIFUL!!! It is cleaner now than when I bought it! I have white leather interior and a hound/lab mix so there was a lot of dog hair, and my car was gross. The hair is gone, and the white leather looks amazing! Highly recommend

I truly don’t have the words to describe how awesome Kris & her team is. After experiencing years of multiple health issues, we discovered we were unknowingly living in toxic mold for 2+ years. Unfortunately, that means the toxins were also cross-contaminated into our vehicles. I was at the point of preparing to sell both of our vehicles due to the difficulty with decontaminating our items- we had to move & completely start over with most our belongings, so I figured the cars wouldn’t be any different. Not many people are aware of the dangers + difficulties of mold, especially for sensitive and immunocompromised folks. Kris *immediately* understood the importance of our issue and did everything possible to ensure that I would be safe in our car. The team made sure to go over the car multiple times with an enzyme cleaner for mold, and even used an Ozone machine to kill any remaining toxins. I really cannot thank you enough for the wonderful, thorough job you guys have done. I no longer worry about my health + the brightness of my future, and that peace of mind is truly irreplaceable. I recommend City Detail to anyone that is searching for an incredible team to clean up their vehicle- whether that be mold decontamination, or a simple spring cleaning. You & your vehicle will be treated with the utmost care.

I was so incredibly pleased with my detail! I have a 2016 Rav 4 that had never been properly detailed. My car honestly looks better than when I bought it in 2018 from the dealership. This place does a FANTASTIC job! I had my minivan detailed (inside and out) there a couple weeks ago and I was absolutely floored by the results. I have owned the car for five years and had never had this done to this vehicle so you can imagine what it looked like (three kids and lots of road trips). My van looked practically new again. It was well worth the money and then some. I did have one minor issue with the service and I only mention it because I want to point out that when I brought it to their attention, they were SUPER fast to correct it. I didn't catch it until after I left and it took me a week before I could get it back to them but THEY stayed after ME to make sure I brought it back rather than just writing it off since I wasn't able to get it back there immediately. I very much appreciate the level of service and the quality of their work. Give them a try...you will not be disappointed!!

The owner was super friendly over the phone and worked me in quickly for an interior detail before I left for the holidays! My car was pretty covered in dog hair from 6 years of driving around a yellow lab with occasional vacuuming, and they did such a phenomenal job making my car look nearly brand new! They were also fast and thorough. I will definitely be back!

Would highly recommend coming here for any detailing (interior or exterior) work you need! It's rare to find a place that does wonderful work without raking customers over the coals. Kris and her team were so professional, kind, and wonderful to work with. I brought my car in to City Detail Center when my dog had a big accident and was virtually impossible to clean for me. Kris was very nonjudgmental and considerate of my troubles as a pet parent. She was patient and communicated the entire time throughout the process. My car hadn't been professionally cleaned in years, just half-hearted attempts via carwash drive-thrus and lazy vacuuming. They spent about three or four days on it, making sure the mess my dog made in addition to years and years of neglect were cleaned out thoroughly. It's amazing to say that my car looks pretty much brand new! The inside is spotless and smells amazing (especially after what my dog did...) without the overbearing scent of harsh chemicals. The outside of my car is clear of all the scratches that came from the drive-thru washes and random dings throughout the years, the paint is shining and glossy! They even managed to clear most of the fog from my headlights (hadn't been done EVER in 8, almost 9 years). Even after this heavy workload and extensive time spent on it, Kris was kind and considerate of all the costs. She was transparent and communicated clearly, and a joy to meet! It's rare to find a business so human so definitely go support! I'll be coming back!
