I love going to the 24 hour Kwik Trip here in Middleton! They have great food at lower prices than the grocery store! They have hot sandwiches, pizza slices, bread sticks etc etc. The people who work there are really nice, and extremely helpful. Just as an example, my daughter was going to go on a trip and I wanted to buy her food that she could take along with her such as yogurts, protein drinks, cheese, cold sandwiches and much more. So I had a lot of bags to take out to the car and the clerk immediately offered to help bring the bags to my , and of course I said yes! I went to even ask because who does that they gas station or convenience store? Kinda sounds funny, but I absolutely love that particular gas station, Kik Trip!

Love Kwik Trip!!!!!! So glad it’s right by my house now. They have good coffee and donuts. I love that they sell bread, onions and other items you could stop and grab quickly! They have a new rewards card that is great as well!

This is a really nice gas station and store. There's a lot of gas pumps and outside feels very safe which is important to me as a woman getting gas at night time are any time period inside the store as well that it's clean and there's a ton of selections that are healthy. It's always well staffed and the staff are very friendly. Bathrooms are really clean which I always make a note of.

Tried to return some fix a flat and the store leader a skinny brunette young girl said sorry without a receipt I can't return it and then says " I didn't make you buy it" I was told lat night I could return it if I came during the day. She also said she couldn't look up my receipt. She was the rudest judgmental person I've ever encountered at this store and I'm never coming back I rather go anywhere else

What is it about Kwick Trip, do they not know people come there for coffee and expect the condiments to be stocked? Why do they clean with chemicals while your getting coffee. This place wants to be best convenience store what a joke. If employees quit talking to each other and do the job they are paid to do, maybe coffee and condiments would be stocked. If they cleaned when no one was getting coffee it would be great place to go. A cup of coffee should be a five minute visit at the most, not twenty minutes while they go look for what should always be available. Anything to keep a costumer waiting. Can't wait till the big super center convince store hits town.

We are always impressed with Kwik Trip. They have a fine selection of about every kind of snack that you could ask for. They treat you courteously and efficiently. One plus is that they Supply some seating in case you want to get a burger, soup, or something similar and sit there and eat it. Good option if you are on the road.

Heather the manger who works at the buckeye Road location in Madison wi awesome person in and out. she is a very hard worker she always acknowledge every customer she knows what customers service is ive been coming to this location for about a year now and shes always show respect towards her customers and employees she steps up when no one is willing she gets her job done, and I’m grateful to have her at this location she needs to be recognized for the hard work she does. First time here, and possibly last, if I can help it. . While it was a minor incident, Hayden’s customer service could have been better. If needed, more details can be provided upon request. The female employee was very attentive, upbeat and sweet. I appreciate her communicating with me even though she was tied up with another customer.

I am so thankful for this Kwik Trip staff! I ran out of gas pulling in to the parking lot this morning and two female staff members volunteered to push my car to the pump instead of making me buy a gas can. Fortunately another good samaritan offered to help as well because it was an uphill push. I am so grateful for them and they made my chaotic morning a little bit easier!!! <3

We stopped in while travelling just to get a soda and my husband wanted a soft pretzel. The cheese machine was down so they politely asked us to wait while they changed it. In the time it took to change the cheese, the pretzels in the hot case sold out! Rather than just shrug their shoulders and send us on our way, the staff was so great! Made us a fresh new one immediately and didn't even charge us for waiting. I've noticed lately that customer service seems to be dead, but that is certainly NOT TRUE at this location! Both staff members on duty were AWESOME

This place needs to be better with their boxed cake donuts. Purchased a box of chocolate powdered sugar donuts that were like biting into a cardboard box. Expired the next day. Our money is precious these days, and businesses should be selling only their best.

I have been a regular customer at the Buckeye Kwik Trip store for the last 3 1/2 years. Christian is always so kind and helpful! He has gone above and beyond to make sure the carton of smokes I stop in to buy each week are in stock. Over the years, I have been to countless Kwik Trips and it's a 50/50 shot whether or not they will be in stock. Never, have I ever, had anyone offer to up the weekly order of the brand I smoke (like Christian did) so when I stop in, I can purchase what I came in for! I appreciate that I no longer have to drive to the different local Kwik Trips to get what I need!
