The lady who signed me up for the unlimited plan was super nice, and that's what prompted the 2. Ot was a fast process, and we could expect it to be somewhat robotic. Upon getting flagged to retrieve my vehicle I walked up to the back of it and could clearly see they didnt even wipe part of the back door. You could see all of the dust and dirt still sitting there. It looked wet and wiped off. Nothing like your expect from selecting the top of the line membership package. I asked the guy for one of his rags to wipe something up, and then it just uncovered even more that was not done. The back window was hardly even cleaned. The tires and wheels looks like they just sprayed them off, and no attention at all. They are too focused on pumping out the vehicles and not doing a good, decent, or even satisfactory job. I will be cancelling my plan almost instantly and wont be returning. This is the 3rd strike with this company at 3 different locations. Now I know it's not a individual issue, and rather a business culture issue.

Never had any issues. Its clean, fast, decent quality car washes. They do not do an excellent, thorough job with the interior but it's an okay job. You can see your car the entire time so it feels safe. Currently no popcorn and coffee 😞

Very disappointed and mad.. l paid $36 for a wash that supposedly included wax? My car is a brand new Colorado truck and told the guy please scrub good l went to a ranch this weekend oh yes we will take care of it…. Didn’t even try . Front and mirrors are full of bugs, mud in both sides and back is full of dust. How can someone charge for this? Interior is just as bad..

Disappointed went in after road trip asked if they could get all bugs off windshield and grill. Was told after I paid that someone had stole their sprayer. One man in drying area said he could get it when they slowed down. After about 5 minutes he came over with window spray and rag. He cleaned most of window, not great.. but didn't touch

Sad to say that almost a decade of going waaay out my way to get a car wash at this location, I can no longer support it.. Used to get my car sparkling in and out with a smile (precovid $19? base).. Went yesterday, paid $28 base (was $24 late last year).. I didn't add my usual tip cuz $28!! Did my usual walk around to look for misses, and the entire front was still dirty, chrome not even polished.. young man said bug spray not working today and they don't detail.. Basically telling me to take it or leave it.. Windshield still had a bug smear on it.. inside windshield still smoggy.. He did wipe off the bug smear and "rewiped" the inside of the windshield.. Guess he's not paid enough.**update** This old lady spent 10 mins with 1 wet and 1 dry microfiber cloth same kind used at mr carwash.. Came out clean with only 1 very small chip.. I read the reviews before coming here and I should have listened. I was extremely disappointed with my “Platinum Interior” wash that I paid $36 for. My cup holders and all around my gear shift hadn’t been touched. The driver side floor was barely vacuumed. The exterior of my car is still dirty and looks as if it was just lightly sprayed down. There are still dirt spots on my hood and grill! $36 plus tip spent on this job? I could have paid $5 at one of those gas station automatic washes and gotten the same job. Do not waste your time or money here.

This place is BS! The worst car wash ive been too, honestly. Paid $20 for a wash, couldnt get a vacuum or a dry. Even asked them for a towel to dry my car myself and they denied me. Save your money. The machine sucks too, left black marks on my paint! Horrible. Smh I should of took pictures and video.

Employees were great but car wash was awful. There was more black grimey areas on my car then before it was washed. Bugs all over front of car windows all dried with water spots. For $39.99 it should have looked much better. Very disappointed. I will be canceling.

I pay $39.99 a month for unlimited washes, that does not include interior cleaning or vacuum. I went in today to get my car cleaned. Paid an additional $15 for my interior and tiped $10. I get home nothing was wiped down inside. I will be cancelling my monthly membership.

Only a few of thr full service left in Tucson...this was River and Oracle. Good service ...I wish they all kept the full service ...reason why I joined the club in the 1st place...if they all go to self serve im stopping the membership

I used to get a nice spit-n-polish at the River and Oracle location until about two years ago. It’s been one disappointment after another and why do I keep going back. I have hope but I am done. I paid $29 + $5 tip for an exterior and an interior. I’m left with bug bits and tree juice all over the exterior and dust and dirt and grime on the interior. Next time when I’m asked at the time that I pay if I want to add a tip, I will say “I’ll wait to see if the car is spick-n-span to decide.” Very little incentive today to do one’s very best in this minimum wage subsidized and entitled tipping culture. What’s surprising is that reading through the many, many poor reviews, I see several responses from management, but there continue to be many poor experiences. Sigh.

Lack of proper system adjustment, quality products (not watered down) and adequate drying process makes this one of the worst car wash locations I have ever been. Had to drive the car through the system twice and it still left my car with dirty areas. The ceramic coating and drying process is useless. Lack of soap at the beggining made the spinners clean the car basically with water only.

The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. Great customer service but the part where they actually clean my truck. Not so much. They didn’t clean the windshield or other windows they were dirty. The back fender and side rails were still dirty and the vacuum was sub par. One cup holder was still dirty and there were crumbs. Sorry. Will not be going back. Way expensive for what I got.

I borrowed my son and lost car.Brought it to get washed.They and cleaned in sight, specifically asking to make sure that it was cleaned up in the interior he said no problem.I i paid and tipped them as I was busy with work.I did not pay attention that they had not cleaned.The car inside really?Disappointing will not see this company ever

The staff is always really friendly at this location. However, I’ve noticed on several occasions, I have to go home and clean the inside of my car myself despite tipping the crew for their hard work. Pictures show dirt on the passenger side floor mat which looks identical as the way I took it in. Cup holder as well. I appreciate the staff’s hard work but would like to see more attention to detail especially if we’re asked if we want to tip the crew beforehand.
