You will be part of the team washing your car. You have to vacuum yourself. When you pull out of the car wash and exit there will be water spots all over your car after you drive for 50 feet. The mirrors will spray water on your doors all the badging on the car Cracks and crevices will spray water all over the place once you start to drive so when you get home, you can get out your cloth and take out all the water spots because they’re not gonna do it. This place sucks will not go back. Imagine making you vacuum your own damn car and then telling you it’s free. Not to mention the water spots when you leave two stars is generous.

Paid for interior exterior $28.00 this is what my wheels look like, asked if they at least wipe them down. Was told no. I have 3 cars on the monthly deal. Will be canceling them.

The roof rack of my new Toyota RAV4 was damaged at this Mister Car Wash location when a brush got lodged underneath it and lifted it up and creating a gap between the roof rack and roof. Pictures were obtained and an incident report was made. The manager had me come back a few days later and informed me that they determined the damage to the roof rack was from pre existing damage and/or manufacture defect. He then told me Mister Car Wash would not repair the damaged roof rack and I was on my own. I then requested in video footage or pictures showing the pre existing damage but the manager referred me to the corporate HR. I called and emailed corporate HR multiple times and an agent told me they would get back to me. Several months passed and I got no answer. I just had a service appointment with the Toyota dealership the week before damage and there were no defects identified on inspection or pictures obtained. I talked to the Toyota dealership and other owners of my exact model about any known defects in the roof rack and none were noted locally or nationally. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional as Mister Car Wash locally and at corporate level took no accountability and did not respond multiple requests for information/video/pictures to back their claim of pre existing defect in the roof rack. We were long term members of Mister Car Wash with 3 cars registered but we cancelled our membership after this experience. I would not recommend this location or any location ever again. I read online about others who had damage at a car wash and never had the claim processed either.

We just moved to Arizona and had our very first car wash experience here in Tucson today. It was a last-minute decision — we pulled in around 7:21 p.m, not realizing the place closed at 7:30. Despite it being so close to closing time, the staff welcomed us in with no hesitation. Kim was the one who helped us, and she was fantastic! Since we were new to the place (and to the different types of washes), she kindly walked us through the options and explained everything clearly. Super friendly and patient, even when we were cutting it close to closing. We finished the wash by 7:26 and only had 4 minutes to vacuum and clean the interior. Kim went above and beyond by giving us considerable extra time so we could finish up properly. Her kindness and professionalism made a great first impression, and we left with a clean car and big smiles. Huge shoutout to Kim for staying a little late on a Sunday just to make sure we were taken care of. This level of customer service is rare — we’ll definitely be back!

I used to have an unlimited membership elsewhere but I thought I’d save and try Mister. The customer service is always great. But the equipment seems to be outdated. It’s a hit or miss with working vacuums. I’m always super busy and when I stop by it’s for a quick clean up. I’ve had to move to use another one. I’m not sure I’ll be renewing.

I gave the Mister Car Wash at Oracle and River a bad review and planned to cancel but washed My car at the Mister Car wash on Grant and was very pleased with the way it came out. I had the unlimited $39.99 wash and it looks Beautiful. Reconsidering the cancelation. Wish they had towels and it would be perfect.

I love being able to pull in and go straight to the car wash I'm in and out in 5 minutes or less with a clean car. My only complaint it my car doesn't get as dry as I'd like. But overall, great!!

Dear Mister Car Wash Corporate Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding vehicle damage that occurred at your Mister Car Wash location in Tucson, Arizona (Speedway Blvd & Country Club Rd) on January 28, 2026. Prior to entering the wash tunnel, I followed explicit instructions previously given to me by location management: I was told to ask the tunnel attendant to perform a top brush retract to prevent damage to my vehicle’s roof-mounted light bar. Upon arriving at the tunnel entrance, I did exactly that. The attendant acknowledged my request and stated that he would retract the top brush. Despite this assurance, the top brush was not retracted, and it made contact with my vehicle, causing damage to my light bar. After reporting the incident, I spoke with the General Manager, Ciara, who denied my claim outright. I was told that Mister Car Wash bears no responsibility because the damaged component is an aftermarket part. This response is unacceptable and logically flawed. The issue is not whether the part is aftermarket—the issue is that I followed management’s instructions, relied on an employee’s confirmation, and the employee failed to take the agreed-upon preventive action, directly resulting in damage. Additionally, no apology or expression of concern was offered. The response was entirely dismissive and lacked professionalism, accountability, or customer care. I am requesting the following: A formal review of this incident, including employee conduct and management’s handling of the claim Compensation for the damage caused to my vehicle’s light bar A written response addressing why my request—made specifically to prevent damage—was ignored I have been a paying customer and acted in good faith at every step. I expect Mister Car Wash to do the same by taking responsibility for employee negligence and providing a fair resolution. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Robert
