The smell at this car wash when you pull up to pay will take your breath away. It smells like rotten eggs and dirty mop water at the same time. Inside the actual car wash is no better. It also stinks like rotten eggs We will not be returning.

Just went through this in my new car and came out with a gash on my hood! Contacted customer care via email to refund the membership that I just signed up for and they couldn’t help me. Called customer care and was told they DO NOT refund memberships even though only 1 wash was used (a wash that scratched my car.) They can only offer another month of membership. Ridiculous that they can’t refund or prorate the cost when a car is damaged and only 1 wash was used.

The scrubbers in the car wash seem to get my car cleaner than other car washes nearby. I live on a dirt road so my car really gets very dusty and sometimes muddy. Also the vacuums are high powered and in good working order. The staff are what made me but the membership though. So friendly. Worth it to have very nice people greet you.

I decided wash my vehicle on the way to work. I thought I would probably be in a line waiting. I was surprised, the wait time was non existent. I pulled in, got scanned and entered the car wash. The workers there are very nice. I like that they don't push the unlimited wash thing. Once I say no they say ok enjoy your day. Love that. Other places just bug. My only complaint is the place smells like poop. I don't know why it happens I just know when it does I don't wash my car. I don't want it to smell like a sewer. If you guys could fix that I'd be one happy customer and change my review to 5 Stars.

I'm rountie driver, I've gone through alot of car washes through Tucson, even other mister car washers within the city. And the one on houghton is best by far!. Friendly and kind staff. They keep the area looking good and operational with the vacuums and etc. A staff member offered to have my car washed again after getting the front of the car covered in dirt.
