Free vacuums are nice, but the wash was terrible. Even a basic wash should clean the back of the car? Pics from right as we pulled out of the wash into the vacuums. How is there still dust? It didn't even get wet apparently? 7$ isn't enough to cover the back of the car too, I guess.

Paid for the mid tier wash, truck was somewhat dirty but not covered with thick mud or anything difficult to wash off. After the wash there’s still plenty of bugs on the windshield and little to no tire shine was applied, quite disappointing for the cost of the wash. UPDATE: MARCH 2023 Only reason I am changing my star rating to 5 is due to their customer service being great! I was refunded for the wash no questions asked. Thank you for having great customer service team!

Excellent service! The employees and facility both display it. A newly transferred employee, Asst. Manager, Alan was very friendly and professional. He introduced himself after I approached him and let him know that I had not seen him at this facility. His attitude was humble and service-oriented. He put a SMILE on my face. The Mister on South kino and 36th is a very big disappointment. For one the rollers scratched the sides of my truck and put long gouge marks from the side hood all the way to end of the bed. I really didn't have time to vacuum my truck so I didn't catch it till I was home. But it's not hard to tell where they came from because all the marks are all consecutive on both sides. Another thing when I signed up to be a member and got a discount they told me I could cancel at the end of the month so when I tried to cancel it at the end of the month they told me the money was already taken out which was double from what I paid for.they said I needed to go a day before. it's a sad thing when you trust a company and all the things that has to offer and it always seems that they always have an excuse for when things happen to your ride. Cars are not cheap whether it be a car or a truck one takes care of it and pays a lot of money to keep it looking good...LookOut! 😡

This car wash has issues and they are not fixing it. 2 cars rammed in to me while getting a wash. Both cars said it had happened to them before. The machine is clearly broken. Dont risk damage to your car. My incident happened a week ago and i still haven’t heard how they are going to fix my car.I have called multiple times and nobody will answer or call back

The staff is always kind and helpful. Facilities are clean. My only complaint is I don’t understand why some have overhangs for shade while vacuuming and others don’t. I find that very annoying and with it being Tucstit get so hot. Need to upgrade please. It’s literally made me think about changing to another company. It’s too hot not to simply put a cover so the sun is not heating up our cars where are cleaning the inside we pay a monthly fee so we can clean both I stand out

Dec 3, 2025 Unfortunately the last 3 visits were not so good. Each time it sounded like a house party. Other patrons were noticeably bothered by loud music. The workers did nothing and looked away...one of the loudest cars was being detailed by the carwashes' employee?? I won't be back. A nice, quiet morning was spoiled when someone started blasting music, clearly annoying everyone around. When I mentioned this, Luis, a manager, handled it without hesitation.... I'll never forget that ... Even when there the as been mechanical issues, the staff handles it with ease and professionalism. Thank you! I go out of my way (pass 3 other locations) for Chris & his staff... professional, friendly, and willing to accommodate. Thank you.

I recently brought my 2024 SUV to Mister Car Wash and unfortunately left with damage. The machine left a noticeable dent on my trunk, along with blue mark transfer that clearly matched their mechanical brush and arm. When I reported it, the employee argued that “if it was our machine, the damage would have been worse” and dismissed my concern. Despite the evidence, they refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. I’m now left with a dent on a newer vehicle and no support from Mister Car Wash. Very disappointing customer service. If you value your car, proceed with caution.

I have been visiting this facility since it opened. Always great service and good quality wash. Plenty of space and vacuum bays available. Unfortunately, it seems that customers are allowed to crank loud obnoxious music in vacuum area. Some employees were obviously aware and did nothing about it. This unfortunately makes the drying and vacuuming process after the wash, extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant.

I've always had excellent service but I noticed that when I got home, my antana had came off. Not sure if it could have happened there or not. I will come back by Wednesday to show you what I am talking about. Maybe it fell off during washing I don't know. Thank you. A concerned customer.
