This wash is great! Free vacuum and friendly staff! The "best" wash is great and really works on bugs and things that are stuck on the vehicle (high PH wash). Perhaps the best aspect of this automatic car wash is that for a month worth of "best" washes (that means going as much as you want in a months time) is only $34.00! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Never disappointed everytime I wash my car at 22nd Street. Staff always friendly. Vacuum strong and there are always clean rags to wipe down your interior after vacuuming.

Good, fast and nice free vacuums - the price is average or a bit below average for car washes, I'm able to get in and out quickly and use their facility to vacuum out my car with no hassle. No frills here, but that is ok with a car wash.

Would probably be a good car wash if they weren't always closed off in the middle of the day. 3 weeks out of 4 and not any indication if they plan to remove the cones anytime within the next hour. Drive 40 miles to Tucson once a week and it's not like I can just pop in. Oh well was enough reason to cancel my membership and join a competitor.

Well, I drove from the other side of town to show my support for a Veteran Owned Business. When I got there they were closed with one guy washing windows. Thanks for the heads up! Mister Car Wash never goes wrong.

Do NOT waste your time or money at this fraudulent carwash. Paid 17.99 for the ‘top of the line’ carwash and I honestly think my car was just hosed down with water. A thick layer of dust/dirt and grime remains all on my vehicle. Now water spots are everywhere. Zero chance I’ll ever return here and I’d recommend you never come here either unless you like wasting your money and getting little to nothing in return. Avoid this fraudulent establishment like the plague.

Be careful with the image, it says that it includes all that, but you have to do it the updates of what you need on the screen, the manager of the establishment is not courteous, this is the second time what happens to my cars in this place and with an aptitude of I am the boss he explains the problem but does not solve it, I have 5 cars but I will not return to this place because of false advertising.

Is not worth getting the membership at this carwash !! At the beginning it was great . But just in the past year or so. It kept getting worse, staff is rude , their carwash doesn't do a good job cleaning your vehicle, is too expensive and is closed at least 2 times of week due to repairs .... I been a customer for a good year and half . I would definitely not recommend this carwash .

I usually hit this place up around the 1st of the month on payday to give the ride a wash and vacuum. Good fast service at a low price and it's convenient in and out in 10 minutes or so is all it takes to have car looking nice and shiny. Location is good too right off the freeway just a block or two outside my neighborhood. I recommend this car wash if you need your car cleaned but don't want to spend alot of time or money to get it done...

Staff was weird, car wash was great. They acted like so odd it was my first time using a car wash so I guess I'm weird for going extra slow or that's what the guys face said at the drive thru wash. Really good equipment for washing car and it's free other than the wash. The guy at the window was also weird not the friendliest acted like uncomfortable kinda at least that's how I felt. The girl working there was super normal and helpful super good worker she is. The other two the guys not like I'm a man hater but they seemed rather lazy.

Employees stated something was broken (tire wash), which is fine, things break and need repaired. I was simply getting a standard wash. I don't normally leave negative reviews but it's an important reminder to not cut corners. The rinse left a white residue on the car and prior to this most recent wash the clear coat on my car was fine. Immediately after some type of solvent used on the car wash ate the clear coat and left runs. I understand needing to clean sprayers etc to get calcium buildup out, old wax, soup scum out of system; but everything needs to be pressure washed and all solvents completely cleared out. Better care needs to be taken to protect customers cars after maintenance. That said, I have used them years (since opening) without any other incident. I have faith this was a fluke and should not be used to discourage use as they have a 99% awesome track record.

The wash it self was ok and the people working there were nice, but I've had better car washes. The vacuums did a pretty good job, but they require you to pay if you want any towels and things to clean inside with. I've gone to car washes for a 1/3 of the price that had people wipe down my vehicle as I come out and have cloths that are slightly wet to clean the inside. Not a bad place to go if you're desperate, but I've had better.

I like this place it’s clean and the great benefits this location offer free tire inflation and the machine has the pressure gauge that help a lot. The usual free vacuum and A plus they have pressure air to blow pressure for your indoor and outdoor.

Terrible place too take your car ,BEWARE!!!!! I took my car here for a quick wash and the machine ripped of my right side mirror, And scratched up the passenger door. I've never had a problem with my side mirror before taking it here ever ,yet they tell me the damage was done before I took it through the wash. Crazy how that is since the damage happen in the middle of the wash and I seen it come off both while in the car and when they pulled it up on Camara. Conveniently there manager is never there and took them a whole week to even reach back to me just to tell me a lie to cover themselves so they dont have to cover damages! I will say thanks to them I will NEVER take my car through a automatic car wash ever again.!

How this place doesn’t have 5 stars from every single person is absolute lunacy! The best guest service I have ever had anywhere! Kassandra (the manager) is amazing and you can tell she leads her team with a guest first mentality! I’ve been to plenty of car washes and even more restaurants, bars, different venues and I can say with confidence that this gal knows her business inside and out! Every single time I go to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee washed, I am always greeted with her obligatory smile along with the warmest welcome. Yeah, it’s a $5 car wash however, I always leave feeling better and my Jeep is cleaner! Her team is equally impressive! Always checking in, making sure I have the essentials to make my ride sparkle! I have since promoted this business to my friends and family and they all say the same thing! Amazing!!! Thank you Kassandra and team for ensuring mine and my family have the best experience possible! As for a few of these negative reviews, I’m a little unclear how you can’t read or understand how this establishment offers a $5 UNLIMITED car wash for the FIRST MONTH and then you get charged for the regular price after. It’s called a promotion! And I highly doubt you didn’t know that! If you can open a bank account, you can clearly read! If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a car! Sheesh!
