I am finally convinced that all Mister Car Wash locations are scams. I’ve given this brand multiple tries by visiting different locations and they continue to dissatisfy. I paid for an internal/external clean with a small tip just to not have my cup holders or dashboard wiped down. 4-5 people work on a car and they still suck at their job. Highly do not recommend. Don’t be a fool like me and save your money by avoiding this brand all together.

Update Service has been great for many years. I did have one disappointment in the past which you can see below but im over it. They are amazing at what the do and it is very pleasant to see them almost every other day. It was a 5 star from 2014-2019. Now im disappointed Oct 2020. The day i go to add another vehicle to my membership i clearly asked if this is going to be safe going in. They said yes, we will simply tape it off, it should be fine. I go confident it will all be good and before i get out the "washing tunnel" the front cover breaks in two and pops open. I reported and the guy incharge said this is aftermarket, it is cheap pastic. You can buy another one in Amazon. Asked him to reconsider and he said Im Sorry I can give you a free carwash if you want. There i just got on my truck left trully disappointed and thinking about leaving the memberships.

The staff always great with my car never hassles me about extra stuff but today I surprise them an got the interior done. I love the awesome detail they do to get it sparkling clean.

Never again!!! Please avoid this place!! I gave my car to to them in one peace and than they give it to me in two pieces. Management say they are not responsible for it because it was already damage. It wasn’t even like that when I gave it to them. Now I’m stuck to pay God knows how much for them to fix my car. If I could give them a 0 star I would. They seem to not care. If I was driving nicer car they probably would have fix it faster but because I don’t that’s how they treated my car. Please just go to a professional hand wash. It may cause a lot but at least your car wouldn’t be damage. Then end

I’ve been coming to Mister Car Wash for years, but it has gone downhill fast. The service has progressively gotten worse — fewer people working, longer waits, and the quality just isn’t there anymore. What used to be a thorough, reliable wash has turned into sloppy work with missed spots and no attention to detail. Every visit feels rushed, yet somehow takes longer. Sadly, after giving it multiple chances, I won’t be coming back.

Amazing Amazing location with a superb general manager! I had an incident with my local mister carwash and he took care of the issue with grace and kindness. Thank you sir I appreciate your kindness and thorough help today! - Edit: While my review is specifically for the general manager, I would probably not go to location due to car not being as cleaned as my local location or opposite MC on the other side of Kirby. I also see tiny scratches.

Just went through the exterior wash service with my 2024 Model 3. Went through the entire process and my car was still as dirty when it entered! Customer service phones did not pick up despite multiple calls! Very upsetting experience. I suppose the car wash machine just doesn’t work effectively at all!

CAUTION: Literally just drove away from this car wash and started looking around my interior. This was my brand new vehicle’s FIRST EVER car wash and as you can see, there are multiple areas with scratches throughout the piano black interior where they carelessly rubbed a vacuum cleaner tip! The scratches are etched into the finish… I won’t be returning after this careless damage and I wish I would’ve gone some place that was detail oriented and careful.

They do a good job for what they do. I signed up for the Platinum package. With all the construction around, concrete got splashed on my car. They said they couldn't get it off. I would have to take it to a Detail Shop. Makes me wonder why I paid them $33.

Cody was Amazing!! He went above and beyond when I thought I lost something valuable to me!! He got under the seat and found it stuck under the seat. He didn’t have to but he did and I’m grateful!! The GM was also extremely nice!! Thank you both!!

My husband and I pay for a monthly membership for our truck, but our experience at this location is very inconsistent depending on who is running the wash. The employee working today (November 16th, 2025 at 10:53 AM) is someone we’ve had repeated issues with. He never sprays the pretreatment on our vehicle and consistently greets us with a scowl and an unpleasant attitude while guiding us onto the track. He rushes through the process and then immediately leans against the wall to be on his phone. A pre-spray might seem minor, but it makes a big difference especially after road trips when the front of the truck is covered in bugs. It’s frustrating to go through the wash and come out with the vehicle still dirty. For a paid membership, we expect a consistent level of care and service.

Paid for full exterior and interior cleaning have been a monthly passholder until today. Absolutely brutal job -dirty inside asked about why and they were dismissive and said “oh we don’t clean the seats”. Apparently they also don’t clean the inside of the doors, the dashboard or coffee holder. none of it was clean.- lazy and sloppy. Despite the promise to follow up - silence. So dishonest and poor service .

I recently visited Mister Car Wash expecting a thorough cleaning, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. Despite paying for a full-service wash, my car came out still visibly dirty. The exterior had streaks and spots all over, and the wheels looked untouched. Even the windows were cloudy, as if they hadn’t been properly wiped down. I brought it to the staff’s attention, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I spoke with Paul. For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and like I wasted both my time and money. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to double-check their vehicle before driving off. Disappointing service from a place that claims to be professional.
