Review Update: I sent an email as requested with even more details and never heard anything back. I stand by my original post and add that it seems no one there actually cares. Fortunately there are several other options in the area that actually clean the car. Horrible car wash. Hood and tailgate looked like they weren’t even touched. When I mentioned it to the kid working he just said, well, we can try again. Clearly no concern about the poor quality.

March 4 11am. First timer and will never again. Check the dirty car wash pics. Not for pickup trucks for sure. So much for car washing along the way to Costco. And their bot responding 🙄.

Good exterior wash with vacuum yourself. Cost is approx 30, so if u wash weekly, it is a good value. Closes at 7pm, sometimes I wish it would close at 8pm as I get off work at 7pm sometimes.

Mister Car Wash by itself is decent. It had an operating automatic wash, however there were many flaws. Nobody guided the car into the wash (it was led by an instructing machine, which could have been confusing for many people). Employees were nice and welcoming, but they seemed a bit understaffed. The wash was normal for an automatic car wash, but the vacuum station wasn’t the best. There wasn’t any roofing, which made it so much harder considering the weather of Texas. While the car was being cleaned, there were advertisements for a $1 towel provided. This may seem petty, but I think that it was a really bad way of trying to take some of our money, whenever these small towels should be complimentary. Overall, this car wash is what you would expect for a cheap wash, but this was expensive. I would recommend looking for another place to clean.

Car and TIRES are SO CLEAN. I’ve never experienced a car wash that scrubs the tires like Mister. Cool lights in the tunnel. It takes 3 minutes. The Vacuums are free, and they even have those air guns to blow dirt off your dashboard and out of cup holders. First month free only cost $16.

This location is convenient located. Every time I’ve been there there has always been friendly associates available if I need any assistance. The actual wash is great since I have the monthly membership. I have no complaints. The vacuum area is clean and has great availability of vacuums that actually clean as well as air hoses. I will continue to come to location if I’m ever in nearby and need a wash. Keep up the great work.

The place itself is alright but, like many car washes, you drive up to the screen and an attendant presses the options on the screen for you. The last option after selecting what wash you want is the option to tip. So the lady is standing there and asking you “How much do you want to tip me?” Very weird.

The young man assisting was pleasant and nice at the entry Paid nearly $30 for a drive thru car wash. Loads of different foams and sprays, but not a single person afterwards wiping down any water spots but instead they offer to sell you $1 towel to do it yourself. Naw. They don't even vacuum for you anymore! No thanks! I'll spend a few more dollars to get a more personalized wash at a mom and pop place, where they still make sure your car looks showroom new with real people! Not everything automated is better at least in this case.

What I really like is that the car wash is never so crowded that you do not have to wait long to get your car wash or a vacuum job! The car wash does o very nice job of washing your car and drying it. Always plenty of vacuum stations available. I have a monthly subscription for the car wash so I can get as many washes as I want!

don't waste your time. this is the only place I've ever been that makes you pay for a towel. the wash didn't even clean my vehicle. there are too many nicer places that clean better and let you use as many towels as needed for no charge.

I visited Mister Car Wash this afternoon and paid for the Titanium wash. After going through the wash, I parked across the way to go shopping, and when I got out, I noticed the passenger side door was still dirty — like that spot never got touched at all. I went back and spoke with the attendant, Robert, who apologized and offered a free rewash to fix it. Unfortunately, even after the second wash, the same area was still dirty. Robert then explained that one of the bristles in the wash was off track and that some cars were having the same issue. While I appreciate his honesty, I don’t think it’s right that customers are still being charged full price for a wash that the staff knows isn’t functioning properly. I understand automatic washes have their limits, but leaving large, untouched spots on the car is unacceptable — especially for the top-tier package. I wasn’t offered a refund or any meaningful solution since Robert mentioned he wasn’t a manager. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience and the lack of accountability for the equipment issue.

UPDATE !!!’ CUSTOMER CARE TEAM - I have Called & Email for 3 weeks straight NO RESPONSE to remedy damage. Broke my passengers mirror during wash. Mark Manager on claim show very blurred , picture claims was like that before. Really Mark the mirror was in brand new condition. Notified your employees right after wash they found pieces of my mirror and cover in the wash bay so clearly it was damaged in the wash bay. Look at the pictures of damage your employees took for the claim. Very disappointed in the dishonesty and deliberate misrepresentation of damage in order to get out of paying for damage. Do not bring your vehicle here they will damage it and blame you. If you are going to operate a business take responsibility for damages that occur not scamming customers with dishonest excuses. In addition if Mark is an example of your company’s leadership may want to send him back to drying cars.
