An absolute waste of money TBH, the dryer didn’t really dry my car, they don’t have vacuum, and my cat is super super spotty now from the hard water they use. I wouldn’t recommend this.

I just paid $22 for a premium wash at Mister car Wash in Brookfield. The track pulled my car through the wash so quickly that I barely had time to send one text message. I was thinking, "wow, this might be the fastest car wash I have ever gone through!" Turns out, that's not a good thing. There are still streaks, wiper marks, and dead bug residue all over my front and back windshield, soap scum is still on my mirrors and side of the vehicle, and beads of water everywhere because the car wasn't given ample time in the drying section. Now, because it is winter, my car is covered in little frozen beads of soapy water. Not cool.

I love this place. The GM at my location is always super friendly. In fact, the whole crew is. Other than the best wash in town their vacuums are crazy powerful. It keeps my 2006 looking like a 2026! Subscribe today, I have been a member for years and go every Monday!

only gets 2 stars because the man working was very knowledgeable and kind. car wash barely cleaned or dried my car I even “upgraded” to the premium plus for a total of $17

Best car wash around! Annual membership is a great deal and all their facilities have excellent equipment that keeps my vehicles looking new. Their Titanium 360 makes the paint sparkle. Staff is always accommodating.

This automated car wash left tons of surface scratches on my car. Do not recommend. You also have to buy a towel from them for drying off after. No window or interior cleaning solution available either, like other local car washes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am never disappointed with this place! They are always waving and smiling as they help guide you in! The big bald guy out front is friendly and helpful too. Having a membership is the way to go- with that come right in, no waiting at the gate experience every time! It is important to note that drying your car off with those handy microfiber towels they sell is a must for a perfect streak free finish! Thanks Brookfield Mister Carwash for never disappointing!!!

$23 for a soft touch wash and totally misses the entire rear of the vehicle... also didn't remove bugs from windshield or front bumper or hood. I've had $5 washes more effective

Just wanted a car wash on my car that is less then two weeks old. $18.00 for a wash that will now cost at least triple to get all the hard water spots out of the paint. Not only that but "ZERO" customer service. No pre-wash, not sure if they even used soap or wax. And the drying.....what a joke, I've gotten better car washes at Kwik Trip.

Staff are very friendly and helpful but i noticed once my car is dry, my entire car is covered with long white streaks, appears like it was splashed with gallons and gallons of milk. I have to gi somewhere and get another was just to get rid of it

I paid 26 dollars for a car wash, the new titanium package, and I still had dirt on my car! 26 dollars is ridiculous for a car wash that still leaves your car dirty. I will not recommend to other people.

They need to maintain their equipment. The wash was fine, but the dryer system left several wet spots on my vehicle, more so than their competitors. When I pulled into a vacuum bay, the tool was completely blocked with trash. It wasn’t the only one, and I had to move my car two bays over to find a hose that was not blocked. Several bays are missing hoses altogether. Why? This place is relatively new. Luckily, there were plenty of bays open at noon on a Saturday. Hmm…I wonder why? ;)

I usually stick with Jilly’s because they’ve got more locations and they’re easier to hit during errands. They also give you free towels, plus glass and interior cleaner—small things, but useful. That said, this Mister Car Wash is a good fallback. The lot is bigger, which makes post-wash vacuuming easier and less cramped than most Jilly’s spots. Wash quality is solid. Staff seem fine. They do try to upsell extras like towels, which feels a bit stingy compared to Jilly’s. But if you’re nearby and don’t need the full interior kit, it gets the job done.

I know it's very cold, but is it normal for the water to freeze while washing the car? Besides, the car wasn't even cleaned properly. If it's this cold, I advise everyone not to waste their money and time coming here.
