I requested an appointment for a hand wax and Jill got back to me same-day. We confirmed the appointment for the next day and Steve took my $50 deposit over the phone (the deposit was applied towards the total owed). My car looked beautiful and was done in about two hours. The booking process was clear and efficient and I will definitely be booking future services!

I recently had my 2017 Toyota RAV4 limited in for interior detailing and a car wash. I was trading it in on a new car. I Must say that the job the crew did was outstanding!! I keep up on regular maintenance so the car was in good shape, but with the exceptional cleaning they did really made my car ready to trade in for Top dollar!! I truly believe it was the difference in getting the dealer to bring up the trade in value to where I thought it should be adding an additional $2K in value! Thanks guys!

Good carwash but employee kept badgering me to get unlimited car wash membership… I was not interested and had to say no thank you atleast 4 times it was very uncomfortable.

I was there at 8:00 on 9/25/25 Maybe about 5-6 white men walked in after me to either pay for gas or buy snacks. I was preparing my coffee. I noticed how the cashier Askano greeted all of them and also wish them a “blessed day.” That man never greeted me nor did he make eye contact with me. When I placed my coffee and two other item on the counter to check out, no eye contact and didn’t even give me the total. Simply waited for me to look at the amount and pay. He didn’t even want to give me a receipt until I asked for it. I even said thank you and he stood quiet. He greeted the white man behind me. This black man Askano gave me the impression he doesn’t like Hispanic people. I don’t think I ever want to come here again. Shame on you Askano!!!

We recently had an 8 year old truck detailed at the Capitol Dr Location and the service was outstanding. They were able to get stains out of the armrest we failed at. When they completed the job it was like new. The truck sold in 1 day after that. Well worth the investment. Mark

I recently bought a beat up Chevy s10 that needed a very good deep clean and a friend recommended I take it to get detailed. Jilly's "cleaned" it for me with their premium interior detail service that cost around $250. I was very unhappy with the results. My wife and I had to reclean the car and were able to do so in minutes with a paper towel, some water and dish soap. it is ridiculous that I was able to get it looking better with basic materials after paying the better part of $300 for a deep clean. Furthermore, I asked for a refund and showed/explained why and all they offered was to "fix" what they missed. I am very unhappy and would not recommend them to anyone.

I stop in the store tonight and the cashier greeted me as usual, the problem came when I gave him lottery ticket for a simple $1.00 win. I’m not to familiar with how things works instead of communicating, just give me the dollar back he assumed I wanted to repurchase another five days, but the problem came with an attitude and not listening when I tried explain to him I just wanted the dollar. I told him it was just a mistake on my part but this man kept insisting and not listening. My problem get rid of the attitude and try listening and if the customer don’t know don’t assume they know what you know! The messed up part was I still didn’t get my darn money.

Great value detailing option. Just bought a used car which was very dirty inside and out. I didn't want to spend days of time time trying to get all of the stains and smells out myself. I was surprised when the quotes I got from various detail shops went up to $1000! Really, though, that level of service didn't make sense for my well-used car; I just wanted it to be clean. The ultimate detail package from Jilly's fit my needs perfectly. It wasn't a flawless job by any means, but I didn't expect that at this price point. They substantially improved the appearance and condition of nearly every surface of my vehicle, leaving it looking and smelling fresh. Scheduling with them was easy, and staff were ready and expecting me at both drop off in the morning and pick up that evening. I could never have achieved this level of car cleanliness by myself, and the price is quite reasonable for the amount of work that they did.

I have never been so humiliated by car wash attendant. The VERY IMMATURE GIRL at the both started yelling and screaming at me that I was holding up the line. I had no clue; AS A SENIOR CITIZEN, I didn't know I could just pull forward; I thought she had to enter a code for the gate. I told her " I DID NOT APPRECIATE HER ATTITUDE AND DEMEANOR." Next time, if I go, I will record the BS, their is a law MISTREATING SENIOR CITIZENS. This happened today approx. 11AM. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. 🤬

2/10/2026 the attendant who was guiding you and doing a pre wash with the pressure washer did a terrible job. Only sprayed the windshield and nothing else. The rear door of my SUV was dirty and he seemed lazy. Went through the wash and a lot of dirt was still on the back window and back hatch, very poor wash.. I will not be coming back to this location again nor do I recommend this location. A waste of money

First wash after winter for a lot of people. Huge line. An entire row of vacuums was out of service — no mention of it up front and utter confusion as everyone fought over the 5 open, working spots. If I'm paying $15, I expect full service or a discount if one of the key components of said service isn't available.

I’ve been a proud unlimited member until recently. My vehicle was damaged on the driver’s door handle and below. I normally wouldn’t make any fuss about it. If I went to other car washes. Literally left Mister to change to Jilly’s because the customer service is always pleasant and they do a good job. But sadly my vehicle is left damaged and was told because I didn’t bring it back the same day. There’s nothing they could do. I’m very disappointed. Ticket #466 I have more photos. As you can see the water from car wash had simply dried. The damage still very present & visible.

I’ve been a customer over year and half. Went to the location in Brookfield one morning. I was in a different vechicle, so I press the help button the attendant just look at me thorough the window, never came out to assist my concern. Then I back back got out the car to go in the inside. Stated no one come to see what the customer wanted. They had the nerves to tell me attendant not outside until 8 am. So I then ask for the manager number got back in my truck to call the number Apparently it went to the store location(Brookfield). So therefore for the month of November I’ll be finding me a new unlimited car wash. Jilly customer service SUCKS.

2023 Subaru Forester (Touring) only 18,000 miles and looking at turning it in for a newer model shortly. Brought it in for a simple wash. After the wash, pulled into a bay. The vacuum cleaner didn't work, towels were beyond filthy so I grabbed a shirt in the car to wipe off a bit of water. Was shocked to find scratches on the hood where the power wash apparatus had come down. The scratches were across the entire hood. Showed my husband who stated that they could be buffed out, but the car will need to go into a Subaru Service Center, and it will cost us money! I will never use a roller-type wash arm that touches the car. AWFUL - SIMPLY AWFUL!!!!

I’ve got the monthly pass and go to Jilly’s on Capitol and Lilly regularly. The license plate reader is hit or miss, and even with a membership, you still have to push a bunch of buttons every time. It’s annoying. Once you’re in, it’s fine. They usually hand you a dash wipe and air freshener, though sometimes you have to roll down your window and ask. The wash does what it’s supposed to. They recently added more parking and cleaning stalls, which is a nice upgrade. Supplies and towels are stocked, and it’s easier to get in and out than the Elm Grove location. No real complaints — just wish the check-in process wasn’t such a hassle every time

I enjoy the convenience of the Jilly Car Wash and the convenience of other locations in the area. Also, they have generous hours of operation and remain open in just about any temperature. The greeters at the booth are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The people who are running the pre wash are hit and miss on their friendly demeaner.
