The place is okay for the price, but it’s obvious that they overwork their cleaning crew, specially the personnel who dries the cars (mainly women). This leads to results that are not as satisfactory. I used to go often but I stopped because I felt like they never treated my car with enough care.

I will never return. Paid for the works and I got the bare minimum. Ladies did not wipe seats or insides well at all. I was really disappointed. My 12 year old daughter does a better job and she hates cleaning the car. They should really take more pride in their work ethic. I wouldn't recommend them.

Came for an interior detailing on a Tuesday afternoon. I was their only customer. One lady did all the work while 7 other employees just stood around. It took 30 minutes. When I got the car back, it was still dirty inside. Wet lint left on the seat. Grime around the e-brake. Trash on the dash. Interior storage compartments clearly untouched. I could have done a better job myself in half the time. What did I just pay for?

My wife has been getting her car washed here for many years and has been highly satisfied but the last time she took her car there she noticed a dent and paint chip that she knows wasn't there before the wash. She notified management and they denied that they did it and now that twenty dollar car wash has turned into a four hundred dollar repair. It's her word against there's and believe me she knows one hundred percent she is right. Minit Man lost a regular monthly customer and they should have insurance to take care of these types of things. Everyone needs to inspect their vehicle when using this place, just like my wife did to no avail. Never again!

I've used the service at least 4 times but the last couple of times the service was mediocre. The ladies are resting and chatting in the cars instead of cleaning. No one seems to speak English when you have a complaint. My tires were not properly cleaned and when I asked the say the only clean what their finger can reach, are you serious. I will not be returning nor will I be recommending.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Almost $70 gone to waste. Scratched my husband's truck. Seems like they clean to whole truck with the same dirty rag full of sand or something. Not worth the wait or the money be careful people this business is not worth it. They don't even do the vacuuming right not the bare minimum.

First time and they was suppose to do the inside and out (full service) the inside,they only vacummed what is visible under seats they didnt even bother had trash still down there...all they did was add shine the outside all they did was scratch my paint 🥺🥹 and seems like they put the pressure gun really close so paint came off in certain small parts the windows seems like they used dirty rags not clean at all they are all dirty even more than what it was before i took it there. Im so disapointed i had heard good things so i trusted it and took it but oh man real bad,now im left with my car paint scratched and really bugs me alot u can really see the scratches,now i'll just stick to washing it on my own😒

Avoid coming to this carwash , they broke my cupholder! I understand accidents happen but the fact they didn’t tell me and didn’t own up to their mistakes looks bad on them!

One of my rear sit mats was missing after the service. BOTH restrooms in the waiting area are out of service, and their receipt machine not working. This place used to have better service, and it looks like it is just getting worse. I used to come often and they used to have good services. Now it is just bad, bad. Their employees were not wearing their masks at the time of service either. They put them on until I was in front of them at the counter. Cleaning services are very average and unsatisfactory, and the dashboard was dirty as well as other parts of the vehicle. Do not recommend them anymore. Definitely not the best anymore.

Never again! First time and last time here. Took my SUV and my husband's truck. My truck wasn't even vacuumed correct, back seat was not vacuum paid $42 and I could have done better in the car wash myself. My mats were dripping wet and interior detailing was horrible. My husband's dash ended up terribly scratch seemed they used the same rag to clean the truck and sanded out his dash!! Horrible. Be careful don't trust this business it's horrible my husband paid $68 and not worth one penny of it.

I took a brand new vehicle out there and came out all scratch from their drive-through machine and then I asked for no tire shine and the lady put tire shine so she was trying to get me to pay for it for her mistake. I don’t recommend this car wash to nobody. It’s terrible and overpriced for the bad work they do.

I got the $35 wash that included a normal exterior wash and an interior clean / wipe down. They did a pretty good job for what I paid, they left the inside and windows a little streaky with the armor all but overall a good job and I’d come back!

My recent visit to Minit Man Car Wash turned out to be an absolute nightmare, leaving me seething with frustration and disappointment. I had entrusted them with my truck, expecting a thorough and careful cleaning. However, instead of a spotless vehicle, I was left with scratched paint and a sour taste in my mouth, thanks to their shoddy equipment and utter lack of accountability. Let's start with their so-called "equipment." It was nothing short of a joke. The brushes they used appeared to be relics from a bygone era, worn out and raggedy. It was as if they were deliberately trying to inflict damage on vehicles rather than clean them. The moment their ancient brushes made contact with my truck's flawless paint, I could hear the unmistakable sound of scratching, sending shivers down my spine. Now, any reasonable person would assume that a reputable car wash would take immediate action upon discovering such damage. But, alas, that may not the case at Minit Man Car Wash. Their customer service, or lack thereof, is abysmal by looking at other one star reviews. If I bring issue to their attention, they predictably will deny any responsibility and even have the audacity to insinuate that the scratches were pre-existing. It will be an infuriating display of negligence and a blatant attempt to shirk their responsibilities. I find it utterly unacceptable that a car wash, supposedly in the business of maintaining the appearance of vehicles, can so casually dismiss and deny the damage they cause. It's clear that their guarantee is nothing more than a hollow marketing ploy, meant to lure unsuspecting customers into their trap of incompetence. In light of this ordeal, I have made the decision to put a stop payment on the charge on my credit card. It is simply unjust for me to pay for a service that not only failed to deliver but also caused significant harm to my truck. Additionally, I am seriously considering taking legal action against Minit Man Car Wash to seek compensation for the damages they inflicted. In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Minit Man Car Wash. Their raggedy equipment, coupled with their refusal to accept responsibility for the consequences of their actions, make them an absolute disaster waiting to happen. Spare yourself the anguish and potential financial burden; find a car wash that values its customers, invests in quality equipment, and takes full responsibility for any damages incurred. And some scratches were so ugly and noticeable on my piano black truck that I had to use touch up and it looks awful no thanks to them.

This is the first time I had gone there expecting it to be efficient and reliable. However, my experience was far different from the expectations. Not only they did a terrible job to clean inside and outside but also left a couple of scratches on my paint. Photos are attached for reference

New spot I visited. Low price, awesome detail. 22$ in and out for my Cadillac Esv. Good work. I'm used to paying 40$ to 50$ at other places. Highly recommend this place if you wanna get a bang for your buck 😉!
