Even tho my car was detailed nicely, I'm not happy with their customer service. I had an ipod that came up missing in my car and natalie said that she sides with her employees. This ipod meant so much to me because it had music from a friend of mine that had been murdered. I wasnt offered even another detail or replacement. Basically left under the impression of they dont care bout nothing but money. Highly disappointed.

We have two dogs, both of whom shed pretty well, and the hair had piled up big-time in the back seat of my wife's Mercury Mariner where we usually have them sit. Attempts to vacuum or brush the hair out of the car proved to be counter-productive. Paid $180 for Ming to do a full detail and it was worth every penny! The dog smell is gone, every last bit of hair was removed, and almost every little knick and scratch was removed from the outside. Most definitely would recommend these folks to anyone. Problem now is whether or not to let the dogs ever enter the car ever again!

I took my car to Mings because I thought they have been in business for a long time they must be good. I was sadly very disappointed. From the greeting at the door with a delay and not very professional to check out without offering a "walk through" which I wish I would have done before leaving, my bad. My seat tracks dirty, vanity mirror, ceiling dirty, I question if seat were shampooed and french fries in seat belt fasteners. I finished detail myself with a warm wash clothe and soap and got seats and ceiling looking like new and dug out french fries with my fingers and cleaned the rest. I phoned Mings and let them know. Not terribly empathetic but offered to touch it up I could bring back in well the reason I had it detailed was for my moms arrival back and short on time getting car there getting a ride and another ride back was why I got it detailed in the first place, short on time. At that point a "where are you we are coming to get it would have been a more appropriate solution". Attention to detail at this auto detail not so much. I must say big waste of time and $160. I wont return.

I have never taken the time to write a review but felt it necessary to share my terrible experience with Ming in hopes they can improve. The car was not cleaned well at all. They told me employees were sick which is not a good thing to tell a customer. When I complained about the terrible job they were not interested in even coming out to look to see what a terrible job it was. They told me to bring it back and they would wash it only..... I went back and shared by disgust after the office manager lady was very rude on the phone and acted like they did nothing wrong. They took a whole 10 bucks off the bill and they did not even say thank you for me coming in to pay for a terrible job. I decided not to even have them wash it again because I paid 200 for a full detail which I never received. I hope they improve but I am very displeased in the service and the attitude!

Ming cleaned the messed out of my car!! Very professional and they were able to remove 95% of interior roof stains. Pricing is more than reasonable and I will recommend those I can to come here for their car needs. (Wish I could provide photos but I’ll be embarrassing myself with the before photos)

My wife and I have been using Ming for over 18 years and cannot say enough about their quality of product/service! For us conventional car waxes aren't comparable to the Ming finish whatsoever! Alan and his staff are awesome and courteous every visit. Very much recommended! !

We have been taking our vehicles to Ming's well over 10 years. They never disappoint and their customer service is excellent. Their communication is superb. In repose to the one bad review about the credit card fee, Ming's does not blind side you with this fee, they tell you when you drop your vehicle off about this fee if you choose to pay with credit card. Above 5 Stars!

I feel that I paid a little extra for the “Ming Finish”, so I admit to having higher expectations. But, the fast and friendly service from the owners made me feel good with my decision. However, my dissatisfaction is from their follow up service. After about 12-14 months, I started noticing water spots were getting hard to wipe away after washing the car. After review of my 36 month mirror finish guarantee, I felt the finish was no longer satisfactory. Upon my return visit, I was told that my (black) car color was the issue and they wouldn’t honor my request. Because of this, I can not recommend this business. ******PLEASE NOTE****** I did receive a follow up call from the owner and I’m happy to report his willingness to “make it right”. I picked up the car today and the finish looks great! Thank you Allen.

Dave at Ming. Excellent. I brought him my “rescue” Porsche Macan with paint issues from a salvage rebuild. He knew what the problem was, discussed issues and options, and did a superb job. Now the paint is smooth as silk. Thanks Dave! And very reasonable $ for a full day of work.

Brought my truck in for a dent removal and full detail. They did a good job in the dent but the taillight they had to remove wasn’t reconnected or reinstalled properly. They didn’t clean the bed or bed cover at all or inside the consoles, I’m confident they didn’t do anything more than wipe the rims, no tire shine and clearly didn’t buff or wax the hood, top, or one fender. Seat covers were loose and they didn’t clean the seats underneath any more than a possible vacuum There was a bunch of spots on the hood that they said was etched from bugs and they couldn’t do anything about, that I got out myself at home. Didn’t detail the engine bay at all. For the 500 I paid just for the detail I’d expect a much better service. Had to take it home and detail it again myself.

I took my 2017 Silverado to Ming Auto Beauty Center to have my front seats cleaned before putting on new seat covers. I paid with a credit card over the phone as I was unable to pick it up before they closed. After picking it up I noticed that on the bill they changed $60 for the seat cleaning, $16.50 sales tax and $2.95 credit card (3%) surcharge for a total amount of $78.95. Things didn't add up ... 1) 7.25% sales tax on $60 is $4.35, not $16.50. 2) A 3% CC surcharge on $76.50 should have been $2.30, not $2.95. 3) Using their incorrect numbers for the sales tax and CC surcharge, the total should have been $79.45, not the $78.95 they showed as a total. Totally messed up ... The only number that was correct on the invoice was the $60 for the seat cleaning! After explaining the invoice issues to the young lady in the office, she used a very unprofessional word several times (not directed at me) and refunded me the sales tax and CC surcharge ... that was the only good thing! In addition to the invoice issues, the quality of the seat cleaning was extremely poor! The spots on the driver's seat bottom were still there and looked no better. The seat backs, both front and back side, along with the headrests, where noticably dusty. The headrest on the driver side still had spots on it from contact with hair cream. I used a hand brush and a small amount of hand soap, still on the brush, to remove the spots on the driver's seat bottom, wiped the soap off, rinsed and vacuumed with a small portable upholstery cleaner ... after the surface dried there were no spots to be seen and it looked good as new! I also had to vacuum all of the surfaces of the seat backs and headrests before installing the seat covers. When I brought up the poor quality of work to the technician, all I heard were excuses! My total experience was extremely poor!!

Took car to Ming 56th & Hwy 2 to have a scratch fixed. Don’t expect them to be able to do what they tell you for $150. The photos are before and after. Their “fix” actually looks worse after in my opinion.

These guys do amazing work! Took my Jeep into have them remove the decals I put on and they did a fantastic job! You cannot see where I had them on at all. They also washed my Jeep and it was sparkling when I picked it up. The prices were great and the guys were very nice. I will definitely be bringing my Jeep back in for a detail. Thank you guys!
