I’m gonna give this car wash place a 4 star because everything was great about the wash. The colors and scents. My daughter loves going through. And the employees are extremely polite, and are not hesitant to give you a re wash if something was noticeably missed. My only small issue is, is that it is slightly expensive in my opinion. $20 for the ultimate wash.. it seems like the entire wash is about maybe 3 minutes. If it were longer at $20, it would be better. But overall I like it and so does my 1 year old.

Very friendly staff the car wash for the outside of my car seem to do a really good job it was $9 for the basic wash it was the cheapest option it went pretty fast it didn't take a long time. I then wanted to vacuum out the inside of my car like I do when I get my outside washed I was a little disappointed that the vacuums were $2 for 8 minutes which is a lot of time I guess I'm just used to going to car washes where if you get a car wash the vacuum is free but $2 is not bad for 8 minutes my issue was that the vacuums didn't work very well and they had an extension on it that let you get into cracks and crevices of the car but didn't do a wonderful job of picking stuff up on the rest of the car. So I was really happy with the experience with the actual car Wash but was a little disappointed with the vacuum system.

Nice car wash, nice customer service. Three stars because the vacuums aren't free, even if you have the $85/month membership. They are $2 for 8 minutes, which is a good deal if you just go to vacuum your car. But every few times we've gone there, some of the vacuums are clogged and don't work. We also have to towel off the car every time or else we get spots, especially on the windows.

Excellent high quality car wash for a low price! I take my 1996 Landcruiser here all the time and it cleans the exterior and underbody so well! I highly recommend. However, larger, taller vehicles may have trouble fitting inside and you may have to look elsewhere. That is my only compliant!

The worst car wash I've ever paid for. Complete waste of $20. Dirt and bug spots everywhere, along with soap that it couldn't even rinse off. I will never go to any Mike's car wash again. Horrible.

I usually go to one of the other local car washes, but was mailed a coupon for a free ultimate wash ($20 value) and decided to give mikes a shot. I’m giving three stars because it was free, but had I paid full price it would be 1 star. Didn’t fully rinse or dry (pic below was right after leaving). The machine bent my license plate in half (had already fixed in the pic, but you can see it’s still a bit creased). The vacuums were an additional fee and they really didn’t suck well. I ended up giving up after the 8 minutes. For $22 bucks I won’t be back, which stinks because it’s a great location.

The staff was friendly and the car wash worked well. I got the ultimate wash and my car is super clean now. But I can’t believe you are charged to use the vacuum. I’ve gone to so many of this style of car wash and Mikes is the only place that charges for vacuum use. There are other places in town with similar wash prices where you can get vacuum use for free and some even provide spray cleaner and towels for use there. I will only go back to those places from now on.

The first time should’ve been my last- my license plate frame bent that time. Claims said they would pay to have it fixed (but not replaced), but I just decided to get a new frame and call it a day. The second time (and now the last time), my entire license plate itself bent! What the heck?? Clearly something they’re using for the back of the vehicles is too rough if two metal items have now bent because of it. This is the closest car wash to me, but I’ll drive further out from now on, because who knows what willl happen if I go through again? Maybe my entire rear end will bend out of shape 😂

I brought in my very bug covered for a wash today. Dillon told me if I still had bugs on my car after, that I should come back through. I had A LOT of bugs dried on my car, so I was not surprised when I still had a few bugs on there post wash. I wasn’t going to put them through the trouble, but Dillon came over to check on me when I was vacuuming my car. I reassured him it was okay, that one car wash wasn’t going to get them all off. He told me I came to Mike’s Car Wash for a clean car, so I was going to leave with a clean car. He said take your time vacuuming, but please come back around when you’re finished. I came back around, he and his team took extra care to make sure I left with a shiny and bug free car. I appreciate them going the extra mile, especially on this chilly day. Dillon and his team did a great job representing the brand! Also, after looking at other reviews, I would like to add the vacuums worked great!

Love this place! I had the monthly membership when I was in Indy and was so glad to see them come to Louisville. Keeping my car clean is easy here and for the number of times I wash my car it’s really reasonably priced. I wish there were more locations in Louisville, or Lexington, but overall I’m satisfied! My car has been there many times and is usually about 98% clean after going through it. Never have had any issues and the people are great! The app is also easy.

Great service & location..one of the top self service car washes in Louusville. I went to 3 car washes to tidy up after the rent snow all the car washes had a 30+ minute wait. Drove a few minutes to Mike’s and we be using Mike’s as my go to car wash. Also, great $2 eight minute vac

Car wash is great and employees are friendly. However, the vacuums are terrible quality and hard to use. Vacuums are often free at other car washes so it was extra disappointing that I spent $4 to use these. The vacuum hose detached from the motor because it wasnt fastened tightly enough. The nozzle is narrow so it takes longer to get full coverage, the hose on one side had almost no suction so I had to move my car twice while the meter was running to get both sides and the trunk. If you need to vacuum your car go somewhere else.

Incredible experience here. Everyone working was so nice trying to help me get it as clean as possible including washing it a second time and even washing off all my mats for me. I only had to get washed twice due to Tree Sap otherwise the car was spotless! Thanks everyone there today you helped more than you know! Especially the dude standing at the kiosk out in the hot sun and what I assumed to be the supervisor. TLDR: These guys are going above and beyond and I will definitely be returning. Thanks again!

Pretty expensive for a car wash that doesn’t offer unlimited vacuuming or a cleaning station with towels & spray. Service was nice, very pleasant fellas running point for washes. About all it has going for it in my opinion.

****DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!Went to this location and came out with a nice dent. Went to get a quote on the dent and was ask have if I went through a car wash. Fast forward...filed a claim with mikes. Called the claims dept and was told that their equipment couldn't have cause the damage and based on the camera. Well the camera's show a side view and the dent is on the top. My husband who is a degree engineer and works with PLC'S everyday was trying to educate the claim adjuster on the phone. Who was the rudest person on the phone so my husband and I had to match her energy. This car is never driven 2018 garage kept with 30k as we own 3 vehicles so I drive the car outside the garage. My husband is now canceling his membership due to the way our claim was handled. Will not be back!
