This is a business with services. Their employees cleaned vacuumed and polished my car til it sparkled. I was very happy to have an unencumbered view through my windshield once again.

Expensive, guy with the power washer gun had the same stamina as my dead grandfather, he rushed us thru the tunnel . All the dust on the rear windows came back home with us undisturbed. Waste of money, time and gas.

My car was still spotted and I got that next to the highest wash. Then I have never been to a carwash where there charge you to vacuum your car if you pay for a carwash that's crazy.

The employees and managers work their tails off, and it definitely shows when you get out the wash. Wow. They are all very friendly as well. Would recommend to bring a towel of some sort to dry off your car after the wash as it’s still a little wet but nothing major at all.

I had a horrible experience. When I first approached, the manager offered me the most expensive wash and did not tell me that vacuuming was not included. I was totally disappointed with his attitude when I put in my complaint. He had no compassion and was not professional. Don't go to this wash.

For 29.00 I received a car wash that left the bird droppings on the vehicle and only 1 out of the 4 tires were touched by brush and dressing. If I had the time I would have had it redone. My service was on Aug 12, 2024 at 10:00 am

Did not know we would have to pay an extra $2 for vacuums until we already went through the car wash. Also, after paying $2 it said that both sides of the vacuum would work and it did not. We brought all the kids to help, but they couldn’t help because we only had one vacuum, which then took double the time.

My initial 2 washes were okay. I have subscription for the highest end with ceramic coating. Today, I was rushed through the wash and I came out as if my car had just been sprayed. My son who was ahead of me and also had a similar wash had the same experience. We both protested at my urging, and we were told we could go back through the wash. We weren't going to do that, so we left. While I will not say that I won't ever go back, I'm seriously reconsidering maintaining my subscription. If I pay for premium service, I expect nothing short of that.

Totally do not go here. This is not worth a penny you can only wash your carpet, but you cannot vacuum your car. You have to pay to vacuum your car never seen this before whatever you pay to wash your car the vacuuming of your car included. There are four. I will never go back here again and I don’t recommend it at all. No wonder why people were making you turns constantly on the line and why they were so empty.

Purchased an Ultimate Wash last night. Got home to find it hadn’t washed the back end of my SUV at all. Went back today to have them look at it and asked them to run it back through. Said they couldn’t do it because you have to come back same day… absolute worst customer service. They could clearly see the rest of the car was clean. I will not be back. $22 wasted.

I don't understand why I am paying over $50 a month when I leave with water spots and then have to pay an extra $2 to vacuum. Speedwash is cheaper , cleaner. And they will vacuum and wash your windows for you for less money. When I bought a new vehicle recently I couldn't even use the wash because they could not figure out my account. It was like 2 weeks and I still paid for the full month. I'm still paying for it now because I have no idea how to cancel my membership and change companies.

Paid for the most expensive one, it didn't even get the bird poo or bugs off my windshield. You have to pay EXTRA for the vacuums which have close to zero suction, they didn't even vacuum up crumbs. Please don't waste your money here for your car to look no different. If I could ask for a refund I would.

I just drove by and saw this location was open, so decided to pull in and get a quick wash. They’re brand new, so there were managers in the wash watching my car go through. When I got done they flagged me down and said the back didn’t get as clean as they’d like and asked if I’d circle back around to let them wash it again! 🤯 I’ve never had that happen in my life! The extra step in customer service completely made my day. They’ve got a customer for life out of me! Plus, the car looks great!

I accidentally got some white paint scraped on the side my red car so I quickly went to this car wash, their hours are what I needed to try to get the paint off immediately. I told them I was there to get the paint off and they were so understanding. They did exactly that. They sprayed all of the white paint off, mission accomplished! The wash itself was great too. I will be back!

Mike’s car wash did a great job on my very dirty car. The attendance were very nice and the process was easy. I especially like Mike’s earlybird discount of two dollars when you visit the car wash before 9 AM. I would recommend this car wash to anyone.

Everyone was super nice and Made us feel completely welcome. Mr. Anthony and his associates were great listeners and gave special attention to those problem areas on the vehicle that were especially dirty. Our vehicle came out looking great, and we will definitely be back for another Ultimate wash. Thank you for your hard work and especially on such a hot day to get Our vehicle shining !

I hate leaving a bad review like this but... The last couple times I've washed my vehicle here, there is soap residue. Dried up or suds around my mirrors or window sills where the dryer didnt completelydry my truck.. I have a dark colored vehicle so it's very noticeable. So maybe a bit more water during the rinse cycle would be a good idea. The attendant sprays the front of my car for a few seconds. Still had bugs on the front after going through the wash... What is really upsetting is that the Vacuums not only cost $2 to use lol THEY DONT WORK VERY GOOD. After the 3rd time going, I finally got lucky with the vacuum I used that time. It actually done its job🤷🏼♀️ super overpriced & No monthly membership options.. sorry, I'll go elsewhere.. unlimited monthly washes $23 a MONTH! I would certainly update if issue are fixed...

Visited for a car wash and took the high cost one (ultimate + ceramic). After reading review i choose mike’s car wash and took the ceramic wash to try once. To my surprise the wash/ service i got was not worth 29 dollar. I went there as my rear glass was dusty and after wash i could see the dusty areas near the back shield and all over the passenger window glasses. I know the service was quick and it is automated but not worthy paying 29dollar and would not recommend someone here
