Place is clean but try to avoid. They changed my car engine oil but reset all other fluid in the setting. Technicians are not very well trained on new cars.

I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience. I arrived at 11:30 AM and initially paid $75 for a VIP service. After realizing it wasn’t the right one for what I needed, I paid the difference to bring the total to $150 for a full interior detail. I wasn’t in a rush and made that clear—I stayed until about 2 PM. To be fair, my car was dirty and definitely needed a good cleaning—and they did clean it. But unfortunately, the number of issues I encountered outweighed that basic expectation: • Two air fresheners that clip into the vents were thrown out without telling me. I had just bought seven new ones at their location because I wanted a variety of scents, so I was confused when they asked me what scent I preferred. That’s when I realized my original two were gone. They replaced them with a cheaper version. • My headrest hook (used to hang bags or sweaters) was removed and never returned. • The windows weren’t properly cleaned, and there are still areas in the car that need to be wiped down. I’ll have to go over them myself. • There was white residue on the driver’s side. They tried to say it was already there and that I needed to pay more to remove it. I knew that wasn’t true, stood my ground, and made them clean it. The manager apologized, but even after cleaning, the residue is still not fully gone. • The seats were and still are soaking wet. I had to call my son to bring me dry clothes, and now at 9 PM, the second pair of pants I changed into is completely soaked. I’m still sitting in the car waiting to pick up my son from training. • When I got into my car around 7:50 PM, my front and back windows were completely fogged up. It’s not cold outside, so I can only assume it was caused by all the leftover moisture—clearly not dried or ventilated properly. • I found someone else’s car key left in my vehicle. As soon as I saw it, I called multiple times—no answer. I’m guessing they were scrambling to find the key, which was with me the entire time. • I’m also missing the mat for my trunk. While I appreciate the manager trying to fix what she could, I was left stressed waiting for someone to pick up those misplaced keys before my own client arrived, and now I have to repurchase accessories for my car—knowing that it’ll likely be dismissed as just my word against theirs. With everything that’s happened, the need to replace items, re-clean areas, and still deal with soaking seats is more than enough to justify this review. And truthfully, I’d rather write no review at all than have to leave a bad one—but this was unacceptable.

Not a good place. Staff are trained to give you stories and try to cheat you. You just want oil to be change but they gonna come with different things.

I don’t even eat in my car and I saw the girl who works there eating and driving my car. Her job is to drive the car from the belt to the sidewalk. And she did that with a sandwich in her hand. When I got in the car. The floor mate were place completely wrong. And the way it was kept, my seat got wet. There was water in the cup holder after the was. Before there was no water

This place has gotten ridiculously expensive. $150.00 for an oil change on a bmw 5 series. They said they check a bunch of stuff but it's not true. Window cleaner completely empty after I went for service. If they missed that who can tell me for sure they are doing what they claim they check ✔️ Got 4 cars none of them are going back to that place for service

I looked professional when they rendered the service - oil change and other checkups. Unfortunately, right after I left the service I realized that my tires were over pressurized - instead of documented max pressure of 36psi the guy put 46psi. Next morning I checked the oil level - above max (the car was leveled properly). When visit such services you expect that everything will be done professionally.

Quick and friendly service ay the Oil change. NOTE: If you want to use the coupon for discount, you need to print it and physically present it. They don't accept a screenshot picture nor anything on your phone for the coupon. It's approximately a $6 discount. Basic Carwash was free with the oil change. Although it wasn't the best car wash, at least it was free. Location was convenient, around many stores.

Went for a car wash and the car still looks somewhat the same. My pats weren't not cleaned, carpet looks like there weren't vacuumed enough. There is wet drops on the dash board that are slightly oily. Only reason I gave them three stars because the oil changing side car decent. If not I would have put 1 1/2 star.

Wrost place ever. I just left, they're not organized at all. I was waiting for my turn and they kept taking the cars behind me..... I was so frustrated, I felt very discriminated because the others drivers were men.... When I went to asked them why do they skip my turn? They were just like, "Oh, the other cars will take few minutes, then we will help you". Not professionalism at all.

When I first took my car to get washed here I was satisfied with the services so I kept coming back. Recently though their performance and service quality have decreased significantly. The last time I went there I payed full price for the cleaning of the outside and inside of my car and they said they wouldn’t be able to clean the inside because they didn’t have enough people. Fair enough I thought. I understood and still payed full price and left. Today I went back for a wash and I asked for their most expensive service. I asked if they could add the shine to the inside of my car like they had done so the first few times I’ve come in. Again they told me there wasn’t anyone there that could do that and I still had to pay full price. If I’m paying for their most expensive service then I expect my car to be spotless. And so far this is the worst job they have done.

Always professional service and the technicians are knowledgeable and take time to explain fully, which is always a plus. Whenever someone ask me, do I know a good oil change facility, I always recommend the Union City Zap Lube.

Bad experience at the car wash– almost scammed 🚨 / Mala experiencia - Casi me estafan ❌🚫 Today, I took my car for the VIP service, as I usually do, and asked for the seats to be cleaned. The price I’ve always paid is $75 (the last time was on July, confirmed by the cashier in their records). However, today when I got the receipt, it said $95. When I questioned it, the cashier sent me to talk to the manager, who told me that prices had “gone up.” In less than two months, a $25 increase. To me, that’s a clear attempt at scamming. This isn’t the first time either. Back in July, they also tried to trick me: I asked for the VIP with seats, but the man who gave me the receipt said it only covered the floor, not the seats. When I went to pay, the cashier confirmed it did include the seats and ordered the team to clean them. Conclusion: if you don’t want to get scammed, don’t go to this place. They are always looking for ways to confuse customers and overcharge.

I know that the machine makes the 90% of the work but it’s sad when the guys outside finish their work really fast and they don’t do it really well, because they just are waiting for another car, I didn’t like the finish details that they did. I paid less in another places and I got a better job.
