not only did they scratch my car. they also stole/took my matts from the backseat floor. your trust these people will take them out wash them and put them back. but they didn’t put them back. when i found out the next day since i don’t usually go to the back of my car , the owner told me there’s nothing i could do. Screw these guys. DONT GO THERE. save yourself the risk

Went for a quick car wash, left with my car all scratched up. I had noticed because I had to dry the car myself when I got home because they left so many white spots. I called them and they told me to go back. When I arrived all he did was show me a sponge. They took no accountability for what they did to my car. It looks like they washed it with a Brillo pad. Very unprofessional and also refused to give me a refund.

I guess my expectations were too high for the car wash with the best rating in the area. Very disappointed - I had to do some extra washing once I got home from the wash. They did a very fast, very cheap and very poor job on my car. Didn't even touch it above the rear license plate, and it stayed dirty around the edges of the hatch as well. Didn't wash undercarriage even though I asked (didn't charge for it either). Bad rinsing and rushed drying left a lot of water droplet marks all around the car (surprisingly hard to wipe off when they're dry). They wiped the inside of the windshield and side windows for some reason, so there are now smears on them too. And finally, there's real risk to damage the car because you're supposed to drive through water that's sprayed onto the windshield along a lane that CURVES to the right but you're unable to see where you're going. Thank god my car has front parking sensors. Sigh. Why don't you charge more and do a better job?

I'm sure everyone can relate with the feeling of getting your car washed after it being dirty for a long time. I'm sure you can also relate to going somewhere to get your car washed and them not doing a great job. Thankfully this location is great! They took their time washing my car and making sure to notice minor details. I will gladly go back!

If you want your car to be dirtier, then you've found the perfect spot. If you want to be taken for a ride, you've found the perfect place. My wash included clear coat wax. I didn't see them use wax, so I asked the cashier about it. He pointed to the water shower that removes soap. I told him that's the water that the other guy said well remove soap. So not only do they lie about what's what, but on top of that, they don't clean the car. When the car was "cleaned" it was dirtier than how I brought it in. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Your precious car is better dirty than bringing it here.

It is the worst car wash in all of Hudson county. Do not go the money they charge. You're better off holding your own car down or washing it at a fire hydrant. They are the worst 0 stars.

Been going to this car wash for 30 years, of course it switched ownership a few times. They do a good job but like any car wash you can’t expect a wash like when you do it yourself. You always have to go home and add the finishing touches.

Worst car wash ever. I requested for the ultimate cleaning package, as I had tree sap on my car. They said okay and as we get towards the end they tell me they can’t fully wash my car because they are very busy and have a lot of people waiting. How does that make any sense? So I paid for a still dirty car. Why are car wash employees so lazy around this area? Even the zap lube car wash is just as bad.

One can say “all car washes are the same“ not so, because I’ve been to many many car wash locations but this place really stands out ‼️ it’s a hidden gem. While other car washing places charge you much 💲💲💲 this place sticks to its low price. Done be fooled by their low price poor quality not at all in this case. Jose the owner himself takes pride in his shop and will make sure you are well taken care of. All his crew is very hard working and work in a professional manner so stop by and get your vehicle washed in a jiffy 🚘 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ tell them Irma’s cafe sent you‼️

The place needs updated timings. The last two times I have been there around 2pm, they have been closed. Google timings say they are open but they are actually not. Please update your timings to reflect your actual working hours.
