Overpriced $17 for an external wash only...if I needed to vacuum and clean my own car I would have done so at home. Comparable price for full service less than a quarter mile away. Will not be back.

Clean car wash. Used to be brushless with people using mitts to hand wash the car. Hadn't been in years. Good wash, just wish they at least vacuumed the floors. I missed that they do have free vacuum for you to use before getting to the wash area.

They cleaned my car great and the thrill of going through the machine was amazing!! + they even taped up my car door because it was slightly broken and they didnt want me getting wet. Edit: I went again and I payed 50$ to clean the inside. They disregarded that completely and it was left dirty.

This car wash deserve more than a 3.8, for sure. It's a lot better than many of the new, fancier ones that have sprouted in the area. I've been washing my cars there for over 20 years. It's an old, reliable car wash. I've taken all 3 generations of my Cadillac Escalades there, 2 HEMI powered vehicles, etc... I mention that only to demonstrate that I trust them with my valuable vehicles. The car always comes out spotless. And most importantly, they use the official, old school, tire dressing that actually sticks. And if you know really know anything about car washes, THAT"S A VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE.

They advertise Mini Detail everywhere on your way up to the car wash just to say they won't do it without an appointment once you get to the front of the line. The dont do any interior cleaning at all (without an appointment). Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, somewhere they actual clean cars.

My husband paid for lava wash (the best wash there is) after the car got washed , somehow our car still had bird poop on it . On top of that we didn’t get the perks that the lava wash entails. We received a regular wash instead, which is ridiculous especially when we paid a Little more for extra treatment for the car but instead we got a trash job. After asking to speak to a manager, the guy continued to show attitude and carried on being disrespectful and rude. Definitely bad customer service, Hands down this is the worst car wash ever !!!! Don’t not spend your money here if you want to be satisfied after getting a car wash

It is what it is. It's a typical outside wash with a free vac if you personally feel up to it. Which most ppl don't. Your vehicle won't be dried properly but it gets the job done.

The price isn’t bad however the guys cleaning my car were acting like they were doing their job for free. I had to constantly instruct him on obvious places spots on my car. Plus I don’t like the fact that I had to vacuum my own car. It was my first time there and I was so confused as to the process because I thought this was full service!

Quick and easy service. I have a lowered car and it was able to make it on the track. The prices are reasonable and the guys that wipe down your vehicle do a good job. I always tip them well.

They never get the rims good. When you ask them to brush the rims beforehand, they get upset. With the price of washes going up, the quality hasn't improved. As usual, I end up wiping the car or cleaning spots.

The only reason for the 4 stars is that I had to vacuum my car myself. However, they did a fantastic job of cleaning my car when I chose the VIP service. I've never had a bad experience at this establishment

Just got back from waiting on line at this car wash. Spent 15 minutes on a line that was not moving. Eventually I was able to get off the line by making a U turn and left without getting my car washed. So slow, highly disappointed
