Unpleasant encounter: rude, dismissive staff. Poor customer service, won't return. The lack of professionalism, communication, and a Mexican staff member not understanding English resulted in a disappointing experience overall.

Seems like only a few years ago when I used to pop into this tiny car wash on Hillside Ave and pay $3.99 for a no-frills exterior wash. Times have changed. Looks much nicer now given the tight space. But with the price of $15 for a basic exterior wash, this is the end for me as I can go to a much nicer facility that is closer for the same price and better service. Just to note, the one best thing about this car wash is that they do a good job scrubbing it down with the soapy water before it actually enters the automated wash and rinse area.

They rush and use old harsh bristles at the start and then use dirty towels to dry. The staff are rude if you try and say anything. Look at the amount of complaints and the rude replies. Fair enough some people get good washes but the amount of people who say they got scratches are all lying according to management? Also a note to people who go there. The wait time is long and you have to stay in the bus lane. You will get a ticket. $15 for a basic rushed clean by rude staff adds up to $165 with the tickets.

Nothing wrong with the car wash but if you're waiting on line and you're the last car you will get a bus lane ticket violation. So after decades of going here I must find another place.

i think they did a good job for an “express” wash! such a good job getting the nasty city salt off of the wheels! one star off bc the rocker panels still had some white salt residue but i easily wiped it off afterward. that stuff was encrusted!

Live in the area and recently saw they went full hand wash in Taxi SUV - it’s a standard wash - $15.00 for hand wash outside , you can ask not to use the brush on your paint or wheels . Remember to tell them . You’ll avoid any paint issues .

Really impressed with this place. The team was quick but didn’t rush. My car came out looking spotless. The pricing is fair, especially considering the attention to detail. If you’re picky about your car being clean (like I am), this is the spot.

We came to get a hand wash for our vehicle, upon entering the vehicle we noticed that they didn’t finish cleaning the inside of the vehicle. We asked them to come back over to finish the job in which the workers decided they weren’t moving and started speaking in Spanish to who I assume the older gentleman in the photo is and starting laughing, as we are trying to get assisted the worker threw down the vacuum and refused to finish the job, the manager at no point said anything to his workers and continued to let him disrespect us. I wouldn’t recommend this place especially to people of color, they have a problem with anyone that isn’t Spanish. Disgusting service

Took one of my car there last week since I needed an urgent clean during mid winter. I usually always do hand wash at home but this was urgent. They did a very good job for a very nominal price. It is definitely worth it. Highlights: + Hand wash + Under body wash + Very well vacuumed -Could do bit better cleaning inside (but then again they had more cars coming in, so they do need to rush it ) Overall is definitely worth the price. As a customer my advice to the business: try to cover the wood brush sides or edge in rubber or plastic this will prevent accidental scratches as the workers rush because human error is inevitable. 😎

I got the Platinum wash and had to wait 50 minutes to get my car. I'd like to say they spent that much time cleaning my car, but it was mostly spent waiting. They are severely understaffed, and the cleaning is pretty sloppy. While the guy cleaning the interior did an OK, the exterior was left with plenty of stains, smudges and water marks. Given the time they took to do it and that they have no waiting room or even a bench to wait for them to clean, it was a pretty bad experience.
