I went to this place hoping it would be the answer; to give the family car some TLC and get all that "lived in" dirt and grime and food stains. The car cabin was relatively clean, however there was some dirt left under the passenger seat, the sunroof was not cleaned and there was still a stain on the back of the driver's seat. Additionally there were some dings on the outside that I thought would be worked on, instead it seems the high pressure of the wash made the last bits of paint fleck off and now they stand out even more so. I also have a row of scratches on the driver's side headlight which weren't there before. Additionally I have a RED service light on for my SRS/airbags after this car wash which was not present when I dropped it off. I dropped my car off at 9:20 am and it wasn't ready until about 4:30 pm. I don't know exactly why it took so long but that seems like a long time to wash a car. Honestly I probably would have been happier at a mechanical car wash with an army of guys at the end who do all the little things, because it would have been almost as clean at 1/4 the price, it certainly would not have taken all day, and I would have working airbags.

I remember finding this place and loving it. I was taking my cars here for a few months now. These guys were fair, did a good job, and were more important affordable. Today, I took my car there only to be upsold on the same car wash that I always purchase. I ended up paying $85 for the same $45 car wash. Literally, everything about the car wash was the same. I am highly disappointed about what they did today. I will be taking my business somewhere else from here on out. What caught my eye about this was that they didn’t upsell, but today they did.

had to work n didn't make time today to wash the car, so stopped into Zuriel for the first time based on the reviews. I'm observing them clean my car now. the reviews r legit. its like they take personal care like its their car. wonderful wash, airing n drying water out of all the cracks. Honestly impressive! i was only gonna clean the exterior, though the interior would b upset. i recommend them if u r in the area. (ps im 40 mins north). i was lucky the time i arrived, but would recommend making an appointment. worth the value! gratitude!

Friendly helpful and professional staff - gave me an accurate estimate for the time it would take to get my car done, which I appreciated! Waiting room has plenty of seating and air conditioning but most importantly my car looks AMAZING!! They really did work on my tiny car for a solid 30 minutes. The results were WELL worth the $50 price of the Hand Wash. I will definitely be back!

“I was really disappointed with my car wash today. They had two new employees who don’t usually work on my car, and they were cleaning the windows with a product that should never be used on glass, which left a film behind. Even after I pointed out that I own a successful commercial and residential cleaning company and explained they were using the wrong product, they continued to use it. In any business, it’s important to make sure your staff is properly trained and knows which products are appropriate. The communication and the effort to provide a solution were also poor, which was very disappointing, especially since I’m usually happy with the service.”

I still remember the first time I came here to wash my car, it left a very good impression, although the price is not cheap, but the work is serious, I even recommended my friends to wash their cars here, I have come here to wash four or five times, and the experience is getting worse each time, and the price keeps going up, even though I paid extra money, their employees are perfunctory, very dismissive, and even told me that it was my job to clean it myself, not their job, and they can't even do a basic cleaning service. You need to train your employees, Don't lose your customers
