Everyone we have ever worked with here has been courteous, and very nice. Any questions or issues that we had were taken care of asap. I liked the texts sent while the service was being done but really liked the short video sent to me showing my car and what was done. Only thing I would have liked is to have the car washed when getting the service work. Great job, thank you

Been a client since 2009, excellent servie from all that I’ve encounter! Duane is wonderful, he knows all his clients and ensures we have a 5 star visit! I Always use the courtesy car to get to work and get picked up, very pleasant drivers as well! Highly recommend Mercedes product owned 2 Both brand new 1st one had for 12 years and this one 3 years and very happy with both cars! Awesome service department as well, take great care of you vehicle and send you video of service completed!

The team here is fantastic. Every step of the process from my first phone call to rolling out after repairs was seemless. I wish there had been more clear communication about how their offered payment plans work before our scheduled repair but their patience while we figured out our end was appreciated. We were treated like family and will never take our MB anywhere else. This team will take great care of your vehicle.

While traveling through Indiana, we experienced a total tire failure and were very fortunate that MB of Lafayette with its superb Service Dept was less than 50 miles away. Duane Kerhove was terrific! Tho' our particular tire was not in stock, he was able to get the appropriate replacement in less than 24-hours, and we were back on our way. In the meantime, he did everything in his power to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. He also solved a couple of other, small problems we were having that had nothing to do with the tire issue. Essentially, we experienced First Rate Service delivered in a timely, courteous and efficient manner! Very impressive!!

I really appreciate the communication I received about my vehicle…even if it’s just a text. At the start of my appointment, I had a text thanking me for dropping my vehicle off. I received a great VIDEO of a walk around my car with details. It was a great benefit for me also to get a text with the bill and a link to pay. That was a huge timesaver in my book. The service department is extremely clean! Nice people to deal with at the service department. It was our second time in.

After multiple bad experiences with the service department in Indianapolis, we took our SUV north. In fact, we dislike the service department so much that we were considering trading in our Mercedes for a BMW. We also have a Land Rover and a BMW so we know what awesome service looks like. The service department in Lafayette was amazing. They diagnosed the issue on the day of our appointment within hours. They communicated and the repaired our vehicle on the day it was dropped off. I know these things sound silly and are expected, but the provided true service. I can’t say enough good things about this team. We will continue to drive to them from now on and buy from them in the future. It is so worth the drive up 65!

Service did not complete my original request. Someone noted that I denied the additional review of the lane assist being inoperative, which is not correct. The lane assist issue was one of the items I specifically asked to have inspected when I dropped my car off. Service stated they would reschedule the review but never followed up. Service A was completed, but the lane assist concern remains unresolved. To be fair, I understand there was an emergency that required the staff member handling my service request to leave early, so I’m giving grace on that point. Still, nearly $400 for an oil change is a bit steep.

I live in a rural area and it’s a good hour drive on a nice day. It snowed and the roads were less than ideal. I called whilst driving over that I wouldn’t make it on time. They were flexible and adjusted my appointment time even though they were very busy. They still got the vehicle in quickly, did a great job servicing it and were very friendly and accommodating.

Landon was amazing! I think it was Landon? Full professional mechanic all over with his attention to detail and inviting me out to the bay to go over what the dealer would recommend for my 2017 E400, I was confused there are no rebuilt options for an eight year old model. Even more odd is the serious, yet not surprising, markups on basic parts that would help hospitals feel at ease. An estimate of three big ones for a front CV axle? Wow ok, funny I find myself highly recommending eBay to these guys where I found the exact part for 980 including shipping. So yes! We all know what we are getting into with a dealer and nothing will be remotely close to others offering the same work. I personally use Dubbers and Custom Dyno for majority of my auto service nerds where after ten years, Lexus, Toyota, Honda, and now my Mercedes have had quality work done for fair prices. However I'm always glad to be able to support alternatives where great people are also keen to be honest and offer brand official work.
