Great supply store for about everything and every project you took on. The workers were very attentive but didn't hover. Very well stocked. Check out lines were quick. Will continue to use Menards in the future! Back again. Still love it

My wife stopped by to look at paint chips. I walked around and grabbed a 4pk of 2032 batteries and a quart of oil. I go up to the register and the oil rang up at $3.59 and the batteries at $9.98. I told the cashier I would check the batteries. I took a picture for her. She pointed out it was for a 2pk. I told her I didn't stock them and you can see more than one in that spot. I shop freely, expecting employees to stock the merchandise in the right spot. After all, they get paid to do so. If they can't stock merchandise in the right place, Management should let the cashier's make it right. It didn't happen. If I have to double check the price of an item prior to checking out I don't have to shop there. We have many other choices to shop. I will get our paint at one of them.

Was looking for a new gas stove. Went to one store (not Menards) and was treated horribly! Decided to go to Menards. Roman at the Lafayette Indiana store by the mall was absolutely amazing!! This young man answered all our questions. We found the one we wanted and it was the floor model. He gave us an additional 10% off. Roman had exceptional customer service and needs a raise. We hope he is told about this review! I went from so upset from the first place (again not Menards) to leaving Menards beyond happy.

Melanie, Jim, and Crystal L. were all so incredibly kind, informative, and helpful! I was looking for a periscope vent thing for my dryer, only kind of knowing what I needed so I was so lost. Melanie not only took me to the right zone (where Jim and Crystal L. helped me find where the periscope things lived) but she stuck with me through the entire process. Melanie asked questions and listened so she could give me amazing advice to help me narrow down what exactly I needed (brand/size/etc) and then help me order it online to make sure it’d get to me before my dryer is delivered and installed. Overall incredible experience!

I have to say that I have delivered a lot of places in my time I pull a flatbed and I also pull a d r y v a n every Menards that I have ever delivered to has always been as friendly and great as they can be I've never had any problems at any Menards I've been the ones in Ohio Indiana the ones in Northern Kentucky the ones in just wherever they had to have a Menards that's where I've been to and everybody there is just friendly the guards are friendly it's easy to get in Easy get out everybody's as friendly as they can be they treat you just like they'd known you forever they're great with truck drivers never had a problem everybody's always friendly Lowe's 84 Lumber Lumber King Walmart how are you people need to take a hint treat people like they do at Menards and you'll get better service you'll get more people coming in Menards is number one in my book is number one and I I love delivering to them everybody's great if you can't find something or the restroom or whatever I even had a lady that told me what the restroom was and she said wait a minute I'll walk you down there it's all the way up front she woke me up and showed me where it was at some Menards have been to and some I haven't but these people are great I give them 10 Stars if I could
