I recently got the ceramic wash, and it was fantastic! The workers are very friendly, and one of them even wiped my car dry after the wash, which I really appreciated. They offer vacuum stations and have towels available on a cart near the office. My only suggestion would be to add coverage to the vacuum area, as it gets quite hot outside. Overall, I had a great experience!

Excellent customer service by the two gentlemen working on Wednesday evening. It was my first time there and they greeted me with a smile and was so genuine in helping me having a clean car! Also the pricing beats Take five down the street, wish I came here sooner. Thank you for providing excellent customer service, which is rare in Memphis.

Stopped at the Union location after work to get the bugs off my car. This was my first time here, and I chose it for its convenience and positive reviews. When I arrived, a worker was watching me and then asked if I had a membership. I told him no, since I’d never been here before. Instead of welcoming me or explaining my options, he just stared, walked over, and spoke to me in a very rude manner—making it seem like you must have a membership to get a wash. Definitely not the friendly or helpful service I expected.

Stopped here today and the service was excellent!! I was greeted with so many smiles and helpful employees! To my surprise all the washes that day were also 12 dollars!!! So I got the best wash for a fraction of the price! I will for sure be back!

The best in town. No debate. I switched my monthly membership from the other competitor to here—the quality is at least 2x better. The grounds are immaculate, the prep is thorough, the service is excellent and friendly, and they hand dry your vehicle after the wash for no extra charge. It’s so good that I convinced another friend to join who had been a member at the competition. His response was “I wish I had known about this place sooner.”
