I booked and paid online for my detailing service November 11th. I was contacted shortly after and notified that my booking time, shown as available on the website where I had to pay for the service at the time of booking, was not available. I then asked for a refund. Two weeks later, after trying to get in touch with the company for a week through a phone number that no one answers and doesn’t allow messages, I finally spoke with someone who said they would check on the refund and call me right back. I waited two hours and did not receive a call back. I wasted another hour trying to get them to pick up the phone. When I did finally speak to the employee, they said they had not called yet, though I had emphasized the urgency of my request. At that point, I didn’t trust I would actually get my refund, so I asked to rebook. I booked my appointment for 9am December 2nd (today). It is currently after 10am and no one is here to complete the service I paid for 3 weeks ago. I have called the business phone over 10 times and can’t reach them. These are horrible business practices. All I want now is a refund so I can get my car done elsewhere but it seems I can’t even get that.

I was disappointed when I realized that my less than 30 day old Brand new mercedes had been scratched during cleaning. I was contemplating on whether or not this had happened prior to washday but I remembered I’d taken a pic of my car the day before to show my gf and no scratches were there. There were also light paint scratches all over. Not sure that’s normal but was a bit disappointed for a first car wash. Off to the dealership for an expensive repair. 2nd car, same day and time.... Not a terrible job however I had expected a little better results that I had not noticed upon first inspection. Had two cars detailed. One was left with stained sun visors that had not been cleaned and crud in between the seat consoles. I’m oretty clean but was really looking forward to great detail job. I’ll have to wash my own car from now on. 😞

TOP QUALITY DETAILING!!! Hands down, the best I've ever seen. I was seriously stunned, I've never seen my vehicle look so nice! I still can't get over it. I have used many mobile vehicle cleaning services before. McNeills went above and beyond. Our, being a family, trashed car from 2 kids and a giant mastiff would be something that would scare any meek service away. McNeills showed up on time and did magic upon our Honda Pilot that was inconceivable. I will hire them again. And will forever use them as my car service. Thank you McNeills. P.S. the engine and exterior is super clean. We are just amazed by the job they did on the kids seats and the back where out giant dog travels.

The work they do is phenomenal! However, the communication is extremely disappointing. On two occasions, it was significantly past my appointment time and nobody had shown up or contacted me. The most recent time, they canceled my appointment because it was raining yet never called me. I had to call and ask what was going on

My first time experiencing a Mobile Detailing service was a great one! Mr. McNeil and I initially bumped heads due to some miscommunication but in the end he was able to accommodate me. My car was purchased used so a fresh cleaning inside and out was necessary especially since I have a 5 month old. I purchased the Ultimate package ...Exterior wash/wax, engine cleaned, tire shine, carpet and upholstery sanitized throughout just as advertised! Other than arriving 35 minutes late, the services were definitely worth it!

Its shining like new inside, shampooed carpet and I can not imagine so clean engine and tire and surrounding. They know their job and very friendly. Highly recommend them! My car was damaged from heavy rain fall and they did so well. They drove out to Bahama NC, which is 40 mins from Raleigh! I called them at 10am this morning and they got here right at 11am and finished at 1230pm. And the car looks so good! they got all the stains and it smells amazing. The outside and the wheels are shining. Highly recommend them if you want to get any of the cars detailed in the future. (Only thing they missed was the inside of my center console but it really only had crumbs anyways)
