I typically go here once or twice a week to wash or rinse the salt off my car.. normally don't have any problems except this time when I had no water pressure whatsoever and wasted my money. Owner wouldn't pick up the phone either.. I'll be going elsewhere.

I don’t know what others are complaining about. It’s a car wash you drive your car through it and it washes your car. It’s pretty simple. Maybe some people don’t know how to use a car wash?

I went to the car wash on 6/2/21 for my 07 Chevy and I spent 10 dollars on the automatic car wash and it didn’t even clean my truck. The dirt was still on it after it dried waste of money! So I said I’ll try today on 6/14/21 with my Chevy Cruze and I spend another day 10 through automatic car wash and it did the same thing as my truck. So I took it through the hand wash put 5 more dollars in it and again didn’t clean it. My bfs family has also had problems with there Vehicles not being cleaned. Never will go there again, waste of money and definitely telling people to go to boro or Erie after all this

Just went over to clean my truck; inserted my $2.50, the power hose shot water and soap all over me as the wand was broken. Someone tried to repair the system with a rag. Left with wet clothes and dirty truck and no refund. Sad

One of the best touchless car washes around. If you select the under spray, drive into the wash slowly as it's right at the entrance and the action of you moving your vehicle is what locates the spray. If you go too quick, you will miss the front of your vehicle.

I went to the car wash today and put a dollar into the change machine and received one token. They still have 75 cents of mine. If the machine dispenses dollar coins and I was looking for change as I only had 3 dollars and the washer doesn't give 50 cents back what good is a coin changer that doesn't give change so I'm not giving you an extra 50 cents?

Waited in line for the touchless car wash and prepaid to be next. After the car in front left I wasn’t prompted to go in. So I assumed my prior payment didn’t go through. Paid for another one and nothing. Out $24 showing in my checking for the wash. Called the owner who then was to send me a reimbursement and nothing has come for over a month. So much for keeping my business local.

The car wash is fine, but I never go to this car wash (I’d rather drive into Waterford) because the biggest thing for me is that there is no trash cans by the vacuums and if you’re cleaning out the inside of your car, you’re typically gonna have garbage at least I do all the time. The vacuums don’t have the best suction either and they don’t shovel around them in the winter.

Automatic car wash is useless. Came out just as dirty as it went in. See the pictures of the mud still stuck on. Even went slow through the "rocker blaster." Dryer also stopped before I fully exited. Waste of $11. Hope you get a better system then the one you just put in. That one is a 2 outta 10.

Stopped at the self service bay on Saturday, the machine wouldn't accept my nearly new bills. I waited until Monday, stopped again. This time the self service machine took one dollar but wouldn't accept any more and wouldn't return my dollar. Also, sign says $2.50 for a 4 minute wash but when it took my dollar it said I still needed to deposit $1.75. Doesn't quite add up, right? Not worth following up for a dollar but I won't be stopping there again. After seeing the owner's rude reply, I'm standing by my review and what the machine said at the time. Maybe he should do a better job of making sure the equipment works and not worry about how I use my time. Most definitely will not be coming back.
