I did a trailer washout in a few different locations of Blue Beacon and always my trailer looked sparkling clean, but unfortunately not this time. I’ve been told they can’t brush the trailer’s doors or walls from the inside. Ok, I just spent 46 bucks for nothing. Thanks

I don't know what are you people crying about. Just had a wash and my truck looks brand new. Everything got washed and found no dirt. Yet so.ehow you didn't get a wash on all dirt. I've seen the pics and all of them look prior to wash. Water would leave marks (your photos showed none). This guys use pressure wash to clean trucks/trailers. I'd you had mud on mudflaps and they just rinse it it down there would be marks. The pics I've seen are prior to wash. Friendly stuff and quick wash

Best out of all Blue Beacon locations, didn't even have to ask to brush tuck. Stuff here is very friendly and they do very good wash on the truck not missing on aluminum rims lugnuts. Thank you for a great job on washing my truck.

I spent 2 hours in line behind 4 trucks. I used to work at Blue Beacon and our goal for even winter washes was 10 minutes per truck/trailer combination. Even with all that time, they failed to perform even adequately. I asked them to focus on getting the mud off. Instead, I'm stuck with what's shown in my pictures.

Had a wonderful experience getting tractor and trailer washed and vacuumed out today. They are very friendly here. Was in and out in about 45 minutes from time I pulled in. Vacuum machine is $1.00 and had plenty of time. Blue Beacon you did a wonderful job on the truck and trailer wash. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back. 11/18/25 I arrived at 11:00 PM to wash my truck. They washed it with water very quickly, but when I asked them to wash the sand off the tank and frame, the supervisor told me I had to pay extra for that. Many guys told me never to go there. I don't recommend it to anyone. The service at this place is very bad.

Was in there today. Wash was quick, and it shows. Pulled out and saw a whack of things that was missed. Went in, questioned it. They came out and agreed to back me back in. Did a rewash anddddd still missed a bunch of stuff. We pay so much money for these washes, there’s no reason it shouldn’t come out spick and span since there’s about 6 workers on a truck and trailer.

I had a very disappointing experience at this truck wash. I paid for the premium wash, yet the truck was still dirty afterward. Even after asking them to rewash it, the quality remained poor. The service did not meet the standards expected for the price.
