This car wash has on several occasions barely been able to even rinse my car. The cleaning ability has gone down hill since it first opened.

Thus location is hit or miss. Went through a few weeks ago and the under carriage sprayers didn't work even though I paid for them. Went through yesterday and the second bay stole my money. Car still needed washed so I went to the first bay. That one did alright.

Change dispenser doesnt work, cash input doesnt work for vacuums, one of the washes card input doesnt work. Can't get ahold of anyone

Good for quick wash. Does fairly well bit rinse and dry could be much better. I always get the ultimate wash but still end up with quite a few spots and never completely dry.

I used the first Bay and it completely rinse the car the way you would like it to be done no soap left on it so when it was blown dry it looked very good surprise surprise

They should have a notice if one of the bays are out of order. I went a couple weeks ago and sat there for 10 minutes and nothing happened. It's hard to get back out. I thought this time it was out of order too so i went into other lane. The woman in front said she thinks it is open. It was this time. No one is there for help.

Got the best package, but still had filth on the windshield, and didn't even touch the bugs. Vacuum works well, and is a clean environment.

I would rather go to other places that have less of a wait time and more options but Niagara has an East side monopoly. I go there if I don't want the hassle of driving to Peach Street. If going here, I suggest the $11 wash on a sunny day.

As soon as the undercarriage spray hit my car my check engine light came on and the car I just got yesterday is driving funny now. So after sitting in line for 40 mins my car is gonna need serviced. I'm waiting for a call back on how they're gonna handle this

Convenient location. Easily accessible. Vacuums, shampooer always work well. Quarters give you ample time to get the job done. Car wash has always performed well on my vehicles.

Niagara is by far the best automatic drive-thru car wash thats available in town. There are several different carwashes to choose from with great prices! I always leave a happy customer ,stunned by how clean every spot of my car has been thoroughly washed

Exceptional wash for an automatic, i myself like to wash by hand, but its friday, and after a long day at work, my car was still treat to her weekly washing, with an almost good aa my handwash look, it even has the armor all wash fluids included with under carriage wash, i will be returning especially as winter comes.

Upon entering the automatic car wash, you must swipe you credit card as expected. Unfortunately it ask more than once, for the card to be swiped. The requests came both before, and after selecting the car wash type. Only concern is that the card may be charged more than once. No receipt is provided. The actual wash itself, was fine as usual.

I used the highest tier car wash they had and it completely destroyed my rear bumper and trunk. It left deep scratches on my car in several locations. I am livid. And not only did it ruin my car but it didn’t even clean it! My car still has dirt ALL OVER IT. I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place is hit and miss sometimes you get good wash sometimes you don't. My last one might be my last one there. The top jets were not working correctly, think they were pointing up. The back end of the car still dirty, bugs still on the front and there was no spot free rinse.

Stopped here today to get the salt off my vehicle. Payed for the too tier wash($15). The undercarriage wash wasn't working and other nozzles weren't working. Did a horrible job. Very disappointed
