I have been sitting here for an hour and twenty minutes waiting for full service. No one has even touched my car. Google gives you live updates about how long someone normally spends here. For the past hour it has said approximately 30 mins. HA! I’ve given this place 3 tries now, this being the third. The first time, they broke off my antenna cover before I even went through the car wash (scrubbing with a long brush in the pre-wash). The second time was decent, nothing amazing but nothing bad. I’m not a math wizard but 1 out of 3 is 33%, and that won’t pass anywhere in America. Skip the full service or go somewhere else entirely. Not worth the $25-$30 unless you have all the time and money in the world. If that’s the case, teach me your ways. I will say, the people that actually clean the cars are great hard working people. This establishment is just run poorly.

Usually come every now and then to get a wash. Early bird special used to be a bit cheaper than now (must be under new Mgmt.) After coming out of the wash there was some residues leftover from wax still on vehicle and also a few light scratches that were not there before. No mngr on site to speak to and those working spoke mostly Spanish, so communication is already difficult. Called and got no response and left a message. Still, no response.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! Worst car wash in Georgia. Their equipment is horrible, don’t understand why they have vacuums for when they don’t even work. Plus on top of that the sprayer that they have that blows out air smells horrible and when they spray your rugs with it the smell that stays on your rugs is so bad that it lingers in your car. So I paid for a car wash and on top of that a full service, and you also have to give the lady’s a tip on top of that. Paying all this money for a horrible job to be done on your car. I complained to the manager the short Hispanic guy that my car was not vacuumed well and he says that it’s because of the type of carpet I have. Are you kidding me I have never heard of no such thing. I bring him to my car and show him how my car still has dirt and he says it’s because of your carpet again. They take no responsibility for their actions and for their equipment being so bad. Both managers that work here are rude and arrogant. AT THIS PLACE THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY ON EITHER YOU OR YOUR CAR!!!!!!! I’m so pissed just a waist of time and money the couple of times I have been here. Everyone just please be aware and look at reviews first before coming to this place. You will have the worst experience ever, and your car will still be dirty by the end of the wash. Don’t come and waist your money with these people. There is so much more that I wanna say but I am not gonna keep waisting my time. Just please I repeat please DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

I payed 48$ for full service thats fine… everytime i come here i tip 10$ … Today i only had 5$ on my pocket .. and gave it to the lady . And she said “thats it “ with an attitude… I dont think its right after i payed almost 50 already .. i dont think i will be coming here again.. very disrespectful.

Horrible purchased a full service wash and was harassed for a tip after already giving. I mean almost stood blocking my door for from closing. I still had to leave and vacuum some missed dirt in my car and wipe wet water from inside. Will not go back.

very poorly ran. barely any soap sprayed onto my car, vaccuum bays are very dirty and not taken care off. i ended skipping the majority of my interior cause the vaccum did not work well.

I been coming here for years. I always leave disappointed. So I always pay $35 for full service and than I always had extra. Why because I always forget that they just don’t do the full work but I also need the extra work. I hope that makes sense. Anyways today was officially my last time coming here. I picked full service and this rain protected whatever. First thing the guys what get your car ready for the outside cleaning don’t see that extra you are paying so it’s pointless. Second once you park your car and get out watch out it’s super slippery. They cleaner never and I mean never get a power wash and clean it. Every time I go I always think about this and how dangerous this can be for the employees and clients. Anyways fire the first time in the over 10 years of me coming here I didn’t have cash. So I waited for one of the ladies to tell me my car is ready. So I go and I get in my car ok and she tells me in Spanish you don’t give tip and I said I don’t have cash. And she tells me well we get paid in tips and yall I always give a good $20 tip ok but I felt like for the work they do it’s not work the tip. So I get back out of my car just to get a tip, only got 5 and I was not happy. So here is what I think happened to me when you get in your car you just don’t see how bad of a job they do bc you’re under a tent. When you leave and you park your ok you see how bad of a service this place is. Anyways then when you do leave be ready because bark and gas handle are always slippery. I won’t be going back period. I felt like if I complained it’s not like they were going to fix the issue. I would just go somewhere else bc this place is not it for $35 full service where you don’t know if your getting a full cleaning it’s not worth it anymore and not in this inflation. Also I been reading the reviews peoples stuff getting broken, stolen, and they don’t do anything is really just shows how careless they are even with just talking to clients. Just don’t go. I won’t!

I've only ever used Master Car Wash on Jimmy Carter Blvd! For the past 11 years, they've helped me keep my vehicles cleaned up and smelling fresh. I've seen the place change management but not lose the work ethic...It's especially nice when it's not too busy and you get a few extra hands to get your car, SUV, van, or truck spotless! It's important to keep mother nature at bay by keeping your vehicle clean (especially after a beach trip - when the salty air literally glues fine sand particles to your vehicle) They have several packages to choose from with different levels of wash and wax... The full package with full service cleaning inside varies depending on the size of your vehicle. You'll be rolling in style and in a clean car!

Made it just in time to catch their Early Bird Special of $5 basic wash. It's only during Monday-Friday 8am-11am. Their other services they offer are pretty reasonable. When they're busy some of the bays will fill up pretty fast so prepare to wait if you're in a hurry. They do offer full service detail for a exterior and interior cleaning. While you wait they also have an outside waiting area. Some of the bays don't have good vacuums but if you're a regular you'll know which ones to go to and not go to.

Good deals on getting your automobile clean. Very friendly staff with lots of help. You can self clean your vehicle or pay them to custom clean your car like new. We stop at this location on Jimmy Carter every time we pass thru Atlanta. Georgia.

The worst car wash I’ve been to. The owner is so rude and it reflects right back in to the employees. The machines are old and the water dirty, scratches your car everytime and the crazy part is that the owner doesn’t even care. Do your self a favor and go to mr.clean car wash.

I took my car there to get a wash and interior cleaning. The owner, Roy, was outside prepping the cars and did not push my driver’s side mirror in. When I came out of the car wash, my mirror was hanging off. When I brought it to Roy’s attention he said that he would not compensate me for broken mirror because the car is a 2016. This is my first and last time bringing my car to this place and Roy has not heard the last from me

This car wash is the most horrible experience I have ever had. I activated my membership today and my car's plastics were stained from some liquid they use there. I tried to talk to a person and they gave me the worst customer service. They said they wouldn't refund my $25 dollars for using the wash. I told them you charged me $25 dollars for ruining the plastic on my car.

The machine scratched my car on the right back door passenger side. Also the washer don’t rinse off all the suds on your car. Also you pay for tire cleaning and sometimes you will get it. Sometimes you have to go ask for them to do it.Ugh. Over all don’t take your new car there. I have an old old car so it didn’t bother me as much, but I didn’t notice.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this car wash. The price has increased significantly, from $25 to $35, plus a $10 tip. What's worse, the service was subpar. Despite the higher price, the interior of my car was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains, including a Matcha latte spill, that were ignored. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed they had tried to clean it, which was clearly not the case. Needless to say, I do not recommend this car wash.

I been coming here for years, today i. Extremely disappointed 😞 , first a full service costs $35+$20 tip=$ 55 here is the result, all four of my tires are dirty, and all my windows 🪟 dirty, they didn't even open the windows to clean them. The dashboard is dirty. I'm pissed off by the $20 tip I gave them before looking over my car, but lesson learned( but karma will handle the remainder). Will not be back. This place was so much better than this, years ago. My money will go elsewhere.

If I could give zero I would! I just paid $12 for a car wash and the whole right side of my car amongst other areas haven’t even been touched. I go back and show the attendant and he tells me to get a rag and wipe the dirt into my car, says that’s how it’s supposed to be. The manager refused to tell me his name and told me to go to their website! I absolutely do not recommend going there. Staff is rude. There was also another lady complaining at the same time and they simply brushed her off as well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst experience ever! I took my car washed here and it was the worst $60 wasted… Apparently they used a product that literally bleached the window trim of my 2022 KIA Sorento, as you can see in the pictures. As soon as I saw the damage, I called the manager and showed him. A super arrogant and rude man told me that it was a defect in my car and that I had to call the dealer to have it repaired! Of course he didn't take responsibility, he didn't apologize, he just left me there and walked away! I wash my car every 2 weeks and this has never happened before. My worst mistake was taking my car to this place because it was on my way! Don't make the mistake I made! Worst car wash in the area!

I took my car to be washed for $65. After the wash was finished, the first female employee stood waiting for a tip, but I ignored her. A little while later, another female employee came and asked for a tip. I told her I had already paid $65, and asked if that didn't include a tip. She said I had to give a tip for both of them, and she wouldn't leave until I did. So I gave her another $10, making a total of $75. Just for a car wash? What happened? Why were they standing there demanding tips like that? I didn't see them doing that to anyone else. It made me feel terrible, and I don't think I'll be using their service again.
